I have to admit, I was very skeptical that this would do anything. However, my son's wedding is in 4 weeks and the sleeves on my dress are still a little tighter than I would like, even after all the alterations that could be made. So, I started this workout 1 week ago. I did miss 2 days of doing it due to my busy schedule and I did not do anything other than the workout. I am happy to say that I measured my upper arms today and I lost 1/2" on each arm. I also lost an inch on each of my thighs...BONUS! I will definitely keep doing this workout. I also saw in the comments that there is a 7-minute ab workout. I"ll be looking for that one now! Thank you Lucy!!
I was very chubby and my arms were huge. I did this workout 4 times a week including Lucy's 7 minutes abs workout....I have lost 1.5 inches off my arms, 1 inches off my waist and hips. This really works! I am going to continue this. Thank you Lucy ❤

Inches loss Burn Fat. 2) 7 min workout to lose stubborn Belly Fats. 3) 7 minute Arm workout to lose Arm Flab. 4) 7 minute workout to lose Back Fat. I try to do the 20 min workout in the morning and in the evening I do the others mentioned above. But sometimes I do the 20 min workout in the evening too. I have never liked exercising. I easily get demotivated when I dont see quick results but Lucy workout are really effective. I see results by the second week. She makes it fun and I am motivated to continue them. I am so happy.
@@safiyahshaik9527 Hi Safiyah. Yes I eat clean. Lots of vegetables, fruits, drink lots of water and cut my sugar intake. I follow Lucys' tips on eating clean for 5 days and for 2 days I allow myself to eat some of my fav food. It is not easy actually as I am addicted to sweet cakes etc.
Priyal Chouksey are you feeling each exercise get a little harder around the 20 second mark? If so then I think you are doing it correctly, if not then try again. Every time she would say that I knew I was either doing it right or wrong depending on the level of burn I felt in the specific part of my arms each exercise was meant to target... hope this helps :)!
There’s no way to say this without sounding like I’m bullshitting or exaggerating lol but I legitimately lost over 50 pounds in 3 months (quarantine) and then over 100 pounds altogether over the last year purely using Lucy’s workouts and eating healthier. I also find they are a really easy way to get yourself back into exercising when you fall out of it or are feeling bloated. Couldn’t recommend her videos more, not only have I dropped the weight but I’m toned and stronger all over. 💪🏼
So for people looking for results from this video: I did this for 2 weeks I'm not kidding it shows results...it won't be a lot, but a small difference. It also makes you feel better because you know you are doing something for your body. Please try it out you'll feel so good. Also, I'm doing this+the waist workout and the waist one is very good.

I’ll say this for the people:) I started this video and the ab video and did it for 2 weeks and at first I didn’t see any changes but as time went on I started realizing that my arm, legs, back, and chest muscles were getting kinda toned after the first week. It’s been 2 months since I did this video and I have moved on to other videos but in the 2 months I will say that this video was the most effective!!! You have to remember to eat healthy, don’t starve, but don’t indulge in junk food either. From the 2 weeks of this video I didn’t lose much weight but it was because I was building muscles. My starting dress size from Ralph Lauren: 14 Dress size now: 10 You’ve got this🤗 and yes I’m getting back into the videos😂💗
I haven't worked out in YEARS. I could barely get through the 60 second exercises because of how much weight I carry in my arms, but I did as much of each exercise as I could. I'm sure it will get easier as time goes on 🖤
This workout works wonders. I started doing this in January and now (March) all the clothes that used to fit small on my arms all fit; and I have gotten noticeable, drastic differences due to this workout :)

I completed the 7 day arms and legs workout. I have lost in a lot of bulk fat. On my arms, I lost 2 inches fat and on my thighs 1.5 inches. All thanks to you. I will continue this workout for the following week too!❤️

I've been doing this three times a day, on top of doing as many pushups and squats I can which increases every day because I've been pushing myself a lot, and I've been going on two twenty minute walks a day right after my workouts. This is day three and I can already see some results look at myself in the mirror once a day before I go to bed this is life changing!

I ALWAYS struggled with my chubby arms. And i am that person who's never consistent and gives up after few days. Anyways, i did this for 14days (still going) and man i don't even need to mesure it it looks sculpted and thin i can literally say i almost reached my goal for once in my life. I've been doing this challenge for five days now (+ the back fat and waist slimming challenges) and I plan to continue doing this every other day after the first seven days are over. Here is what I've noticed so far: 1. I feel stronger! The exercise has gotten a little bit easier, although I do work up a sweat still! 2. I wake up earlier. For real, mornings used to be such a struggle for me to wake up but since I started the challenge I feel like I have twice the energy I used to! 3. My back and arms are definitely looking a little bit more toned, but I still have a long ways to go! 4. My collarbone is more prominent than it used to be! (which was not at all hahaha) Overall, it really does work if you put your mind to it. Thanks so much to this program and good luck to everyone else on this journey!
Just did my first ever real pushup / pressup on day 4 of this routine!! This WORKS! After day 7 I'm gonna keep doing this (plus the 7 day 7 minute ab workout) every day, but I'm gonna add weights. I think every week I'll increase, starting at 3lb, then 5lb, then 8lb. As of day 4 I have actual muscle definition when I flex, and I'm so full of energy. Both routines are amazing!!
Started this today in an desperate attempt to slim my arms. I have always have fatter arms the the rest of my body. My arms is the first place that puts weight on. Il be back with the results next Saturday.
Day 3 Right shoulder joint hurts and right and left elbow joints hurt, think i may of been putting in to much motione of movement or resistance in. tomorrow il have to be more gentler.
Day 7 completed yesterday I have lent noticed much difference, maybe a couple mm off the arms. I'm going to continue to do this another week, and I guess il keep going untill they're as slim as I want them. Be back with updates in 1 week.

I love how positive you are. A lot of times, when people talk about losing weight they are so negative. A lot of people equate extra body fat to a poor moral character, but you just inspire people to get up and move, without making them feel like crap for having the need to be healthier. I've been working out for over 2 weeks. I just started this video 1 week ago, and wow my arms are going down! I switch my workout every week but I will definetely keep doing this video. I am living proof this works!!!! Also I add another arm video but this is the one that really does the job if you want skinny toned arms. One more thing, I kept looking at her because she reminded me of someone and then I realized that she looks so much like Bonnie from the vampire diaries!

It works! This is for all you guys who came here before trying this out. I lost 1cm in both my arms after doing this CONSISTENTLY for 5 days. I also did 15 mins of walking. I have been doing a minimum of one, but most days 2, of Lucy's workouts every day for the last 12 days. I have to say I am amazed by the results. I lost some weight last year using an exercise bike but at the start of this year I put it all back on and then some. 😭 I tried all the things I'd done before to lose weight but this time they just didn't work. I am approaching my 50th birthday in a couple of weeks and the prospect of looking so unfit at my half century made me so unhappy. I honestly believe it is having the encouragement and positivity that Lucy gives in her workouts that has changed the game for me. I look forward to working out each day and I can feel myself getting stronger. Lucy, I can't thank you enough. I look in the mirror and I feel excited for how much fitter I am getting as well as the fact I am losing the love handles and the middle aged spread. I’m a nurse and work nights. When it gets slow and me and my coworkers are getting sleepy we put on UA-cam and do 7 minute arms and 3 minute arms. They aren’t so hard I can’t do them (overweight) or my coworkers (thin). It puts us on equal grounds because this is so hard for all of us. These videos are amazing!!!

I have done the first 7 days and I am amazed! I wish I could post a picture here to show everyone! I have done a lot of different workouts for my arms and o have not seen any changes with them until this! I’m on my second round and I can feel the changes! Thank you. Ps. Yes, I had to make changes to my diet. I don’t restrict myself I just have smaller portions.

I just finished this. Age: 28 Hight: 1,70cm Weight (before challenge): 87kg Habits: I’m not active and I eat very little during the day and eat a lot of junk during the evenings. Very bad combo. During the challenge I started eating breakfast (I usually never do) and I feel better just from that even though my habits are the same otherwise. But I do drink a lot of water, always have since I was a kid. I drink between 1-2liters everyday and I very rarely drink sugary drinks in general. Also I make almost all dinners completely from scratch, I don’t do 1-2-3 stuff. Always have. I did this challenge in the course of 8 days (8th day today). I did three walks and the sit ups as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t do any measurements before starting (don’t have anything to measure with) but I did take pictures. Results: I lost a tiny bit around my arms and visibly more on my back. There’s no more “bulges” coming out of the upper part of my bra on the back. I’m not going to weigh myself yet because it’s only been a week, so that would be dumb. Conclusion: I have done various arm exercises in the past but rarely complete the workouts because I can’t endure them. I have very weak arms. This is totally doable on a regular basis and not just as a challenge. The moves are really easy to do, and that in itself is motivating. I only did it once a day, will definitely be doing this twice from now on and move on to weights when I become stronger.

I am on Day 1 and I'm at 4 regular push ups. I can't even believe I let myself get this heavy...I use to be able to do 15 regular push ups easily at least. I will back come here every day and track my progress for the next 6 days. Update: After 4 days I'm up to 11 regular push-ups, and with the challenge I also wear 2.5 pound wrist weights on my arms. I have my Beyoncé concert in July, I did not come here to play but to slay!!
Day 2: 7 Regular Push-ups! Today was better than yesterday! Even though it got harder at the 20 second mark I didn't have to drop my arms for relief. I just kept pushing through all the way to the end.
Day 4: God it's only day four 😩 well I'm almost done.... for now lol. I'm now on 11 regular push-ups. It was a little harder today but I made it through
Okay I got busy but I still completed day 6 and 7 all in a row, and I am now at 18 regular push ups!!!!!! I am giving my arms two days of rest because I actually did more than 7 days, but this routine is incorporated into my regular workouts now.

This has honestly helped me so much. I’ve only just started trying to get more fit after losing enough weight to allow me to comfortably exercise (my joints had too much pressure to move properly as I was very obese). I started following this video everyday for a week and then the second week adding in some other arm exercises using small dumbbells. At the start of last week I could do ONE half press up. I can now do 25. SO happy, and excited to keep working. Thank you! I’ve never been excited to workout before!

So I started this workout earlier this year as well as the one for the stomach. I kinda thought I would give up after like 1 week or so but as I did this workout, I started using it to let my emotions out. And after about 4 days I took a day break but then I felt disgusting the day after so I started on it again. I didnt lose as much as I wanted to after 2 weeks but I didnt realize just how much I had lost since most people dont see much change in themselves as much as others see in them. Its been about 7 months now and Ive lost about 25 pounds and I went down 2-3 dress sizes. Keep in mind that I was 170 while being 5'2". And I will keep doing it because I want to stay in shape. Rather than being thin, i'm more built and tone now and I Love it, again im not thin. I'm still fighting back fat and love handles but there is progress! You need patience to get the results that you want. You can do it!!!

Jazmine E great. I’ve done several of her 7 min challenges and always see results. I feel tighter and stronger and really like my arms now. I always go back to these videos when I am in a rut because they truly work and are realistic and easy to do often.

I have been doing this Arm Workout for 5 weeks now plus the 7-minute exercise for the stomach and the hips, thighs and bum 7-minute exercise for the pear shape. I am really getting results and I am so pleased. I am beginning to really enjoy the cardio and being out of breath. I have not done cardio in many years so getting my heart healthy is really good too. I am slowly losing inches from my arms, stomach, hips and thighs. I measure myself every 7 days and it feels great to see results. My resting heart rate has gone down by about 10 beats per minute thanks to the cardio workouts and I am recovering quicker heart rate wise with each session. Thanks Lucy. I am 55 soon and it is great to be undoing some of the damage done to this old body with leading a really sedentary life for many years. I am sore every day from the workouts and I am looking forward to pulling up less sore eventually. I have to resort to Panadol twice a day to get me through the pain and being able to function outside of exercise. These exercises really work so I encourage anyone to try them. I also do a 30-minute walk most days with my dogs. I can also feel that my clothes are becoming looser so that is a good sign too. :-)
It’s my 5 th day ..I’m done with this exercise now..I am sweeting like anything now.. I do her 8 min weight loss workout as well ..and I am feeling that my arms and my tummy has reduced.. I am not even following any diet..just trying to avoid sugar.. Didn’t hope I would get result so fast.. I will definitely continue this.. Thank you lucy ❤️❤️
I have to admit, I was very skeptical that this would do anything. However, my son's wedding is in 4 weeks and the sleeves on my dress are still a little tighter than I would like, even after all the alterations that could be made. So, I started this workout 1 week ago. I did miss 2 days of doing it due to my busy schedule and I did not do anything other than the workout. I am happy to say that I measured my upper arms today and I lost 1/2" on each arm. I also lost an inch on each of my thighs...BONUS! I will definitely keep doing this workout. I also saw in the comments that there is a 7-minute ab workout. I"ll be looking for that one now! Thank you Lucy!!

1) 20 minute workout. Inches loss Burn Fat.
2) 7 min workout to lose stubborn Belly Fats.
3) 7 minute Arm workout to lose Arm Flab.
4) 7 minute workout to lose Back Fat.
I try to do the 20 min workout in the morning and in the evening I do the others mentioned above. But sometimes I do the 20 min workout in the evening too. I have never liked exercising. I easily get demotivated when I dont see quick results but Lucy workout are really effective. I see results by the second week. She makes it fun and I am motivated to continue them. I am so happy.

@@safiyahshaik9527 Hi Safiyah. Yes I eat clean. Lots of vegetables, fruits, drink lots of water and cut my sugar intake. I follow Lucys' tips on eating clean for 5 days and for 2 days I allow myself to eat some of my fav food. It is not easy actually as I am addicted to sweet cakes etc.
I did this once every day for 7 days and I have lost 1.4 inches off my arms. This really works.

Priyal Chouksey are you feeling each exercise get a little harder around the 20 second mark? If so then I think you are doing it correctly, if not then try again.
Every time she would say that I knew I was either doing it right or wrong depending on the level of burn I felt in the specific part of my arms each exercise was meant to target... hope this helps :)!

There’s no way to say this without sounding like I’m bullshitting or exaggerating lol but I legitimately lost over 50 pounds in 3 months (quarantine) and then over 100 pounds altogether over the last year purely using Lucy’s workouts and eating healthier. I also find they are a really easy way to get yourself back into exercising when you fall out of it or are feeling bloated. Couldn’t recommend her videos more, not only have I dropped the weight but I’m toned and stronger all over. 💪🏼

I’ll say this for the people:) I started this video and the ab video and did it for 2 weeks and at first I didn’t see any changes but as time went on I started realizing that my arm, legs, back, and chest muscles were getting kinda toned after the first week. It’s been 2 months since I did this video and I have moved on to other videos but in the 2 months I will say that this video was the most effective!!! You have to remember to eat healthy, don’t starve, but don’t indulge in junk food either. From the 2 weeks of this video I didn’t lose much weight but it was because I was building muscles. My starting dress size from Ralph Lauren: 14 Dress size now: 10 You’ve got this🤗 and yes I’m getting back into the videos😂💗

Managing to keep up. Being careful due to previous shoulder, knee, and foot surgeries, over the years. Doing WALL press-ups, as getting up and down is hard. Able to do 3 sets of 20 wall press-ups daily.
Day 7 - Missed one day. Waist 37.5in/hips 51in/upper arms 14in/weight 208lbs
I've been doing this three times a day, on top of doing as many pushups and squats I can which increases every day because I've been pushing myself a lot, and I've been going on two twenty minute walks a day right after my workouts. This is day three and I can already see some results look at myself in the mirror once a day before I go to bed this is life changing!

I ALWAYS struggled with my chubby arms. And i am that person who's never consistent and gives up after few days. Anyways, i did this for 14days (still going) and man i don't even need to mesure it it looks sculpted and thin i can literally say i almost reached my goal for once in my life.
Ps: i did the Chloe Ting arm workout for 14days before that and noticed 0 change. Lucy's workouts are something else.

What happened on day 7?
I've been doing this challenge for five days now (+ the back fat and waist slimming challenges) and I plan to continue doing this every other day after the first seven days are over. Here is what I've noticed so far:
1. I feel stronger! The exercise has gotten a little bit easier, although I do work up a sweat still!
2. I wake up earlier. For real, mornings used to be such a struggle for me to wake up but since I started the challenge I feel like I have twice the energy I used to!
3. My back and arms are definitely looking a little bit more toned, but I still have a long ways to go!
4. My collarbone is more prominent than it used to be! (which was not at all hahaha)
Overall, it really does work if you put your mind to it. Thanks so much to this program and good luck to everyone else on this journey!
Just did my first ever real pushup / pressup on day 4 of this routine!! This WORKS! After day 7 I'm gonna keep doing this (plus the 7 day 7 minute ab workout) every day, but I'm gonna add weights. I think every week I'll increase, starting at 3lb, then 5lb, then 8lb. As of day 4 I have actual muscle definition when I flex, and I'm so full of energy. Both routines are amazing!!

A lot of people equate extra body fat to a poor moral character, but you just inspire people to get up and move, without making them feel like crap for having the need to be healthier. I've been working out for over 2 weeks. I just started this video 1 week ago, and wow my arms are going down! I switch my workout every week but I will definetely keep doing this video. I am living proof this works!!!! Also I add another arm video but this is the one that really does the job if you want skinny toned arms.

I have been doing a minimum of one, but most days 2, of Lucy's workouts every day for the last 12 days. I have to say I am amazed by the results. I lost some weight last year using an exercise bike but at the start of this year I put it all back on and then some. 😭 I tried all the things I'd done before to lose weight but this time they just didn't work. I am approaching my 50th birthday in a couple of weeks and the prospect of looking so unfit at my half century made me so unhappy.
I honestly believe it is having the encouragement and positivity that Lucy gives in her workouts that has changed the game for me. I look forward to working out each day and I can feel myself getting stronger. Lucy, I can't thank you enough. I look in the mirror and I feel excited for how much fitter I am getting as well as the fact I am losing the love handles and the middle aged spread. I’m a nurse and work nights. When it gets slow and me and my coworkers are getting sleepy we put on UA-cam and do 7 minute arms and 3 minute arms. They aren’t so hard I can’t do them (overweight) or my coworkers (thin). It puts us on equal grounds because this is so hard for all of us. These videos are amazing!!!

Best arm work out on UA-cam!!! I tried others but Lucy’s work out is more effective since it’s combined with cardio/multi-directional moves.

I have done the first 7 days and I am amazed! I wish I could post a picture here to show everyone! I have done a lot of different workouts for my arms and o have not seen any changes with them until this! I’m on my second round and I can feel the changes! Thank you.
Ps. Yes, I had to make changes to my diet. I don’t restrict myself I just have smaller portions.

I’ve been completing this every day for about a month. I haven’t noticed much of a difference in terms of arm fat, but I am definitely way stronger than I used to be! (and I find it really hard to build strength and muscle) 💪🏻 Thank you, Lucy!

@@katrinakaif6575 If I have, it’s very minimal. My arms are already quite skinny but I still have that loose skin that wobbles 😂 It’s very hard to budge. But the exercises made me stronger.
I was reading an article saw this lady and thought oh she's in her twenties then I saw her age and jumped to working out the videos and talk overs are incredialbly helpful and you sound so kind

I just finished this.
Age: 28
Hight: 1,70cm
Weight (before challenge): 87kg
Habits: I’m not active and I eat very little during the day and eat a lot of junk during the evenings. Very bad combo. During the challenge I started eating breakfast (I usually never do) and I feel better just from that even though my habits are the same otherwise. But I do drink a lot of water, always have since I was a kid. I drink between 1-2liters everyday and I very rarely drink sugary drinks in general. Also I make almost all dinners completely from scratch, I don’t do 1-2-3 stuff. Always have.
I did this challenge in the course of 8 days (8th day today). I did three walks and the sit ups as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t do any measurements before starting (don’t have anything to measure with) but I did take pictures.
Results:
I lost a tiny bit around my arms and visibly more on my back. There’s no more “bulges” coming out of the upper part of my bra on the back. I’m not going to weigh myself yet because it’s only been a week, so that would be dumb.
Conclusion:
I have done various arm exercises in the past but rarely complete the workouts because I can’t endure them. I have very weak arms. This is totally doable on a regular basis and not just as a challenge. The moves are really easy to do, and that in itself is motivating. I only did it once a day, will definitely be doing this twice from now on and move on to weights when I become stronger.

I am on Day 1 and I'm at 4 regular push ups. I can't even believe I let myself get this heavy...I use to be able to do 15 regular push ups easily at least. I will back come here every day and track my progress for the next 6 days.
Update: After 4 days I'm up to 11 regular push-ups, and with the challenge I also wear 2.5 pound wrist weights on my arms. I have my Beyoncé concert in July, I did not come here to play but to slay!!
Day 2: 7 Regular Push-ups!
Today was better than yesterday! Even though it got harder at the 20 second mark I didn't have to drop my arms for relief. I just kept pushing through all the way to the end.
Day 3: I'm at 9 push ups today!
Day 4: God it's only day four 😩 well I'm almost done.... for now lol. I'm now on 11 regular push-ups. It was a little harder today but I made it through
Day 5: I'm at 13 regular push-ups 🙌🏽
Okay I got busy but I still completed day 6 and 7 all in a row, and I am now at 18 regular push ups!!!!!! I am giving my arms two days of rest because I actually did more than 7 days, but this routine is incorporated into my regular workouts now.

This has honestly helped me so much. I’ve only just started trying to get more fit after losing enough weight to allow me to comfortably exercise (my joints had too much pressure to move properly as I was very obese). I started following this video everyday for a week and then the second week adding in some other arm exercises using small dumbbells. At the start of last week I could do ONE half press up. I can now do 25. SO happy, and excited to keep working. Thank you! I’ve never been excited to workout before!

Hey guys this is not a challenge workout video it's really amazing.. today I started my first day, it's enjoyable it doesn't like exercise its just like dancing.. I really really very enjoying this workout.. I think it's not only focus on arm fat but also its focus on thigs and belly too... It's simply amazing.. So I started this workout earlier this year as well as the one for the stomach. I kinda thought I would give up after like 1 week or so but as I did this workout, I started using it to let my emotions out. And after about 4 days I took a day break but then I felt disgusting the day after so I started on it again. I didnt lose as much as I wanted to after 2 weeks but I didnt realize just how much I had lost since most people dont see much change in themselves as much as others see in them. Its been about 7 months now and Ive lost about 25 pounds and I went down 2-3 dress sizes. Keep in mind that I was 170 while being 5'2". And I will keep doing it because I want to stay in shape. Rather than being thin, i'm more built and tone now and I Love it, again im not thin. I'm still fighting back fat and love handles but there is progress! You need patience to get the results that you want. You can do it!!!

Love this. Just finished day 4. I skipped a day after the first one because I was so sore. Lol. Can’t believe a little 7 minute workout made me sore. But getting better and stronger. I do this after my walk. Feeling really good.

Jazmine E great. I’ve done several of her 7 min challenges and always see results. I feel tighter and stronger and really like my arms now. I always go back to these videos when I am in a rut because they truly work and are realistic and easy to do often.

For exemple a typical breakfast for me: granola+banana+honey and some green tea.
Lunch: a huge salad
Dinner: Toasts with avocado and eggs
For snacks I had some cereal bars

Been doing it for almost two weeks, since I was doing different workouts they bulked up my arms making them bigger, but this workout has helped to slim them down and now I can fit into my sweaters I brought last year! 🤩 Also this workout has been helping to tone up my back, it looks more toned and the bulge is almost gone! I have been doing this Arm Workout for 5 weeks now plus the 7-minute exercise for the stomach and the hips, thighs and bum 7-minute exercise for the pear shape. I am really getting results and I am so pleased. I am beginning to really enjoy the cardio and being out of breath. I have not done cardio in many years so getting my heart healthy is really good too. I am slowly losing inches from my arms, stomach, hips and thighs. I measure myself every 7 days and it feels great to see results. My resting heart rate has gone down by about 10 beats per minute thanks to the cardio workouts and I am recovering quicker heart rate wise with each session. Thanks Lucy. I am 55 soon and it is great to be undoing some of the damage done to this old body with leading a really sedentary life for many years. I am sore every day from the workouts and I am looking forward to pulling up less sore eventually. I have to resort to Panadol twice a day to get me through the pain and being able to function outside of exercise. These exercises really work so I encourage anyone to try them. I also do a 30-minute walk most days with my dogs. I can also feel that my clothes are becoming looser so that is a good sign too. :-)
It’s my 5 th day ..I’m done with this exercise now..I am sweeting like anything now.. I do her 8 min weight loss workout as well ..and I am feeling that my arms and my tummy has reduced..
I am not even following any diet..just trying to avoid sugar..
