    My doctor was wanting to send me for MRI last year, was waking up with dead hands and feet. Suffered that for months and then my sister gave me vitamins for Christmas! I'm on D3 35micrograms, and a general C vitamin (both known as circulation increasers). Also taking Zinc plus and magnesium. No more blood flow issues and only took a few weeks 🙂

    I am 68 years old, & don't have any habits ( smoking or drinking) but before 5 years i had such problems,
    Then just with doing some household jobs & keeping me little bit active, like not sitting in one place for long time, which helped me to get ride of this feet problems, so i recommend all to try it, & do some walking, thanks, all the best 👍.

    To me and my knowledge raw garlic is the best blood purifier known to man , I'm 80 and use no meds ,and admittedly kind of a lazy slob but healthy as hell, I ferment garlic and honey in a fifty fifty mix ,one tablespoon daily I'm good to go

      @@delare4 crush 1 pint organic garlic and put in 1qt bottle and fill to 1/2 in the top with raw local honey, and then seal with food grade metal lid, not plastic ,canning jars are perfect, after seal put in dark cool place for 14 day's and it will naturally ferment , I particularly like a tablespoon scoop in my morning coffee. It is good in warm distilled water , when u drink it ,simply look at it and say thank you for your healing energy

      @@abishek5494 I make fermented garlic by filling quart jars full of peeled garlic. Bout 2 tablespoons non iodized salt/quart. Fill with water. Put whatever else with it you like. Room temp. 10 to 20 days you have fermented garlic. Fridge when done,
      Unpasteurized fermented foods are very very good for you. Make your own sauerkraut also. Buy it canned in the stores and its basically dead food

    Interesting really love this video about the blood flow! I sprained my Langley’s ligament I was put on a cast for 3 weeks now the cast is out I still can’t walk well because the ankle are swollen! My calf has become so soft the muscles and the nerves are not active because of the cast. So with your video I massage my calf everyday . Thanks

      Just start walking, start easy, just a mile per day, or even less, and than gradually increase the mileage, when you think can I do more? Try it, if you´re body is not ready for it yet, try again later. And you don´t have to do this everyday, just a couple of times per week. Watch videos of thru-hikers of the AT, PCT and CDT to get some inspiration.

    I'm a retired WO 1 sl army 68 elderly heart disease 2 yrs. It's very painful due to leg cramps heavily in the night and at dawn. Also 119 fbs. Taking cad medicine daily with advice and medical supervision from ay hosp cbo. Passing 2,3 times urine tonight. I like and consuming raw garlic with food 1 or 2 piece. However I'm not in a good healthy position at movement. I wish to know some medical advice for my leg cramp pain. God bless all of you...... !

    This is very good advice! Walking is simple and good leg/ feet for blood exercise! When my leg and ankle had some swelling I laid down on a comfortable bed and.proped up my feet on a pillow while resting. I noticed the swelling went DOWN the next morning! . I heard ice packs work on swelling and soak your feet in Espom salt helps . True veggies are best to keep your arteries clean that promoters good blood flow! Good video, well EXPLAINED! I do an exercise as if I am kicking up to the sky slowly and bring knees to my chest before landing down flat to the ground or floor at home . This forces the blood to be more active or bicycle peddle like exercise while lying down reps as the above said tips. Smokers get their Death Wish being closer to a coffin as an early death!

      I have DVT in my left leg and I was told by the doctors to wear compression stockings and elevate the legs several times a day especially when sleeping

    Loving Doctor, I am heart disease patient, only for a period of closely by 2 years. Before this period I'm very steady and strong person. At the commence as a patient when I was travel by bus I got faint inside the bus. From this day I am a cardio vascular patient. 2 year period I got so many testing, but there nothing good improvement. Daily take medicine as Losatant, Stovastant and Asprin, Betahistine specially. Now my leg Thais got thin little some more. Awaiting for your good advice. I'm Sri Lankan. Retired Warrant Officer 1, SL army Signal regiment. Your daily advice is very very important.     I was informed that venous ablation is supposed to help with blood circulation. When speaking with patients who have undergone the procedure, all have stated that the surgery did not make a difference... Does anyone or the creator of the post have any information to share?

    Anybody has foot ulcers or anything related to diabetes and needs help healing, middle infrared light is used by the body the power the micro-circulation, the same as it is in plants. So getting middle infrared light treatment will help improve blood flow to the wounds and that's the healing

    I too having issues with feet and legs and mentally had taken a tow one as I was walker for yrs every day and all of sudden vein disease hit me ..thank you for video helps alot...this can be painful especially in my feet...but I can only do short walks for now and I do different exercises...

    Be very careful wearing compression socks daily. They can lead to Baker's Cysts behind the knees which if they burst can cause issues. Please discuss with a specialist if you want to wear compression socks daily.

      I have a Baker’s cyst that I’ve had for 20 years. I found compression, toeless, ripper socks on Amazon. They saved me. You can unzip and fold the top over. No more wearing socks that cut into my leg and knee. 💖💖💖

      Actually, daily riding bicycle causes knees pain in many of us. May be due to wrong way of pedaling too. While we pedal on bicycle, many of us won't distribute the force or efforts equally distributed on both legs. That causes one knee internal injury.

    I have a mini trampoline in my kitchen that I bounce on 5 minutes every hour, or 10 -15 every two hours. I had a stroke 7 years ago and have built up my stamina from 5minutes to over an hour first thing. If I have a phone call, boil the kettle, watch you tube shorts, I bounce away and before you know it, I have done 17k bounces each day. Great for mood improvement and I smile naturally. Highly recommend! I also take homeopathic Cretageous for cholesterol plaque reduction.

    I have chang my diet many of time I have tried horse chest nut. It work but it is hard to swallow I have taken lots of red wood supplements and over all healthy food and lots of exercise I am having poor circulation do to a arm injury it has caused lot of problems with circulation threw my neck and chest I just want to fill better

    I love this video as well I am not diabetic but I do have this conditon called Beta Thalasemmia major I have had it since the day I have been born but December 2019 I developed a what you call a venous ulcer or Anemic ulcer Which I had no idea what it was until now I but I was told that putting the feet up higher than your'e and zinc Supplements are supposed to be excellent. Oh and I even do yoga and walk.

    My foot is broken. The bruising migrates all over my feet. I’m looking for suggestions to help the blood in the bruises reabsorb quickly and be replaced with healthy, well-oxygenated blood.

    I do bicycle peddling during each commercial when lying down watching television...it's a habit now and better than running to the kitchen for a snack
