My personal theory: Akavir is a different (later) Kalpa to Tamriel. As such, the Tsaesci are Redguard Spirits that, thanks to their Yokudan Serpent-god Satakal, have shed their skin into a new form. That's also why they are so versed in one-handed, single-edged weapons. As a matter of fact, I believe that all of the other continents (except maybe Thras or Pyandonea) are different Kalpas from Tamriel. They all have the themes of either being completely alien, being destroyed, or having time-shenanigans going on (like Atmore literally having been frozen in time), and that travel between Tamriel and there is weird and difficult.
Remanda also might be metaphorical. As Alessia when she died became the land of Cyrodill. Which is why he boned the earth (Alessia's spirit) and she gave birth to a man with dragonborn blood. Sancre Tor also has a connection to Alessia as she was born in the town there as a slave.
The Remanda has to be true, because in the Akaviri note mentions a statue of the emperor Reman. Why would he be emperor with a statue if he wasn't born and placed in his throne? Also the Tsaesci being snake vampires is anti-akaviri propaganda. This is why all akaviri skeletons and ghosts are humans. Despite them being "snake men". It was only after the akaviri purges in the 2nd era were they referred to as snake men. Their descendents still love in a city in Elsweyr called Rimmen. Named after their beloved emperor Reman. The more you know!

Tsaesci - Say-ah-see CHIM - Kim
How could one read tsaesci as that? Ts like circus, ae is ē, s is s, and ci either circus or kimchi. Tsēski or tsēstsi it is.
There are actually several official pronunciations of “Tsaesci”; they are:
/ˈseɪ.ʃi/ sᴀʏ-she
/ˈseɪ(ə)si/ sᴀʏ-(uh-)see
/ˈseɪ.tʃi/ sᴀʏ-chee
Reman the Cyrod was so underutilized compared to Talos in modern lore
Kirkbridean take on the Hill and 9 month gestation period - what if inside the mound was an artificial bionic womb sent to the past from the 9th Era?
It appears snakemen are simply more men than snake

Saw the thumbnail and title and almost immediately shouted "YEAH HE SURE DID **** THAT HILL!" Into my (thankfully) empty kitchen
I think we would all give Hrol a high five while he fucked that hill
The tsaeci are more or less humanoid, and "snake men" are most likely just a way to make them seem more other-like.
And hrol did pound that hill 😂
He took one for the team
Nice video buddy ❤
Thank you! Means a lot
15:15 They're snakes with human traits
Give it up for Hannibal Burgers everyone!
Yeh, TES lore does get ...weird; there are other periods in the lore also that seems very unorthodox.
