I highly doubt this is going to PS5. We've seen this time and time again. They always start up porting rumors when Xbox is near success. It's so bothersome and tiring and I'm tired of these "leakers." I feel like they cause nothing but trouble.
Phil and Sarah literally sat on stage this year and said only 4 games were coming to other platforms. Phil said don't expect more than that. This is going to be a bad look for Phil if they put a 5th game out.

Square Enix FINALLY realized that limiting your product to ONE company doesn't maximize profit. That's why they removed exclusive deals with Sony and told them to stuff it!
Microsoft tested 4 games on the PS, and with the limited games Sony has released the past 2 years and the little they have announced for the next year, and Microsoft games have been doing very well on PS which brings on a VERY good amount of 💵💵💵💵💵💵💵💵💵💵.
Best way to deal with rumors: they are just rumors and can be ignored. If anything gets officially announced next week we'll see and hear but than as facts.
Use this logic to them chaos. Tell them to stop supporting their favourite sports team and start supporting the team that wins everything. Doesn't matter if their team goes bust or struggles, support the winning team. Watch how they back track. Those people should be shut down and kicked out of gaming communities, they hold it back.

Geez, I really hope the Forza Horizons going to Playstation in a month is true... I mean think about it, the game is 4 years old now, and we will likely have the next Forza Horizons soonish... We know that a large number (half of Playstation users) still haven't upgraded to a current gen system. Show them what we have. So far all they seem to think about Forza is that it is the poor stepbrother of Gran Turismo, now they will be able to see that it is better in pretty much every way.
I think if either of big games is ported (halo, gears, starfield, forza) that means any game can be ported and pretty much we only have timed exclusivity on xbox. The only 2 reasons for xbox I see if you really want game pass or fan of their studious and need to play microsoft games day one (aka dont want to wait for them on ps5).
Or on ps5 you can play their exclusives while waiting for microsoft to port their games and then rinse and repeat.
I don't get why Xbox are being so giving when they receive nothing in return. They give less and less reasons to get an Xbox. Whatever they develop hardware wise, handheld, most powerful console, ps can match. What ps can never do is make the games that are owned by Xbox.

I don't get this whole "exclusives need to sell hardware" bullshit, because exclusives does 1 thing, and 1 thing only: Lock you to a platform you may not want.
I don't want either of the consoles. They're a waste of my money. Locked down, needing a subscription to play online, some even require it for cloud saves. Can't so anything else with a console, while my gaming PC can do so much more than just game. If I wanted to do 3D animation and game, a console would actually cost me more money as I'd still need a powerful PC to do 3D stuff with Blender.
But I ask... Why are exclusive titles so important? All they do is lock you to a platform you may or may not want. Console people are so gaslit into thinking exclusives matter that they feel threatened when they are shown it doesn't...

I own all the consoles(just don't enjoy pc gaming, tried several times) and the Xbox is where I do most my gaming. I feel they need to stop being so generous while the others are keeping hold tightly of their own properties, I just feel like it highly devalues the console, I want them to do well. I want the others to do well too. But yeah, in an ideal world exclusives wouldn't be a thing and you'd just play where you feel comfortable.
Jim Ryan’s biggest win for PlayStation was crying to the FTC. Xbox can’t do anything regarding exclusivity anymore or they’re going back to court. Sony as company is small potatoes compared to Microsoft as company, so there’s never any blowback for what they do. It doesn’t matter how many consoles are sold by their gaming division.

It'll be the "BEST GAME EVER" even though they probably gave it a 6/10 on Xbox.
If this is true, it could be seen as a strategy to boost future marketing efforts by attracting new enthusiasts to the Forza Horizon series, especially with Forza Horizon 6's impending release on Game Pass, Xbox, and PC within the next year or so.

Who from the mass market cares if games go to PlayStation? They just see a shiny new game that everyone’s excited about and will typically buy it within 6 months of release. If the only option within that time frame is XBox/PC/GP then they’ll get it there. The only people buy in PlayStation are year or more later are the people who you’ll never convince to switch

Hope the FH 5 pony port is not true but if it is it'll be more of the MS one step forward two steps back shuffle! The Games Con should be about Xbox and Game Pass it's excellent eco system and the awesome titles coming to it. Microsoft Flight Simulator definitely won't because it's a monumental task to port that game over to PS5, it just won't happen. They would have massive issues trying to get WASM and third party addons to work on PS5. I've played MSFS enough to know that MSFS won't go to PS5.
However, Xbox have proven in the past that anything is possible. If it's true, this will be the beginning of the end for Xbox.
The end game is to make money. Microsoft is either going to make 100% of their money if you stick with Xbox or 70% if you get it on another console. They're already a third party publisher. They have been since they put their stuff on PC.
The goal is to make money and bring people to your ecosystem. And bringing games to PC is much different than bringing them to PlayStation

Way too much super fanboying here. It is not very attractive look. I don't find anything wrong with a game dependent on user count (a live service game) going to another platform years later. Again, as long as numbers are up, the game will be supported. Forza Horizon 5 was released three years ago (Nov 2021). MS couldn't just drop support after releasing the game on PS. But 3 or 4 yeas after release MS could call end of life for the game if not for the fact it was coming to a new platform.
Let's be honest more than likely one would think FH5 numbers have been dwindling downwards 3 years later. I would care if MS sent it over a year after release but 3 years, no big deal. And yes I don't care about give and no take. We already eat well and will be eating even better in the coming years with Microsoft gaming output. But make no mistake, just like everything else MS does Sony will be doing as well. PS Now (which said for so long it was streaming only) and fought against downloads then allowed downloads only because of GP doing it. Sony going to PC only after MS had done it. Sony releasing day one on PC again after MS had done it event though Sony saying it will never happen and ow it does. So, I expect you will start to see Sony in the near future release games on Xbox because MS is showing it as a viable option that doesn't bite into your overall hardware numbers. Unfortunately for PS they don't really have any live service games that are alive anymore. That means they would have to sacrifice single player games, which even MS at this point, hasn't done. Maybe Uncharted Legacy of Thieves might work. Even the first Spider-man (having seen every redo possible) coming to Xbox wouldn't be harmful (other likeminded super fanboys on PS whining) Even then I think 'Disney is at the point (after sM3) they may force that it become multi-plat, or Sony will lose the development of game. And I actually think Sony wouldn't welcome that with dev costs becoming so large ("Sorry guys Disney is forcing us to make it multi-plat, nothing we can do about it")
And the who the hell wants Helldivers 2 on Xbox now? That live service game is dead already/ It has become a ghost town. The fact is you release elsewhere before it is dead. This is how MS has been doing it so far, releasing live service games that still are being played on Xbox/PC; games that still have a reasonable user count.

First off, CoD and Doom have always been Multiplatform, so no I seriously doubt most of Xbox's IPs would go to playstation. And making CoD and Doom exclusive to Xbox could be used as ammo by the FTC which would be stupid for Microsoft to do. Forza Horizon is a very successful open world racing game then Gran Turismo sim track racing game also Forza Horizen is a very popular game to play with anyone online, with friends. Why would Xbox shoot themselves in the foot by putting forza motorsport that is what.... oh, yah it's a sim track racing game that PlayStation already have called Gran Turismo....So tell me what PlayStation game that they don't got right now on the PS5... An OPEN WORLD RACING GAME!!! BINGO.
2. Sony PlayStation is trying to do what again in this console generation on the PS5...? Oh, yah they are trying to do a live service games aka games as a service. Why is Sony PlayStation failing to make games as a service...? Oh, that is easy because the games are not fun or appealing to the PlayStation fan base just like Concord. Forza Horizon 5 is what again...? A live service game, right? Let's go down the check list, Forza Horizen 5 is a fun game to play with friends online? Yes. Forza Horizen 5 can be played offline? Yes. Forza Horizen 5 has 2 big DLC content & car packs? Yes. Forza Horizen 5 is an open world racing game that let you drive/race wherever you want? Yes. Forza Horizen 5 is a live service game that is both fun and appealing to the PlayStation fan base? HELL YES. Microsoft/Xbox is going to be making a lot of money you know why they don't care about Xbox fanboys or PlayStation fanboys nonsense; all they care about is making money and getting more new players in their ECO system and all they have to do is what, make the game FUN!!!!! & APPEALING!!!! TO THE FANS NOT FANBOYS ON TWITTER.
3. If this is true then Microsoft/Xbox is slowly killing PlayStation bit by bit, game by game. You know why? The PlayStation fans base are playing more third-party games then PlayStation first party exclusives titles. PlayStation 5 console sold over 66,000,000 million but you know what doesn't add up is what...? the first party games on the PS5 platform...Stellar Blade sold only 1,000,000 out of 66,000,000 consoles sold, final fantasy rebirth sold about 3 to maybe 4,000,000 out of 66,000,000 consoles sold... Concord Open Bata player numbers on steam all-time peak on pc is only 2388, PlayStation first party studio title coming out real soon... VS Xbox that only sold 21,000,000 consoles but yet on pc, steam only, Forza Horizon 5 player numbers all-time peak at 81,096... Forza Horizon 4 all-time peak at 75,689... If this doesn't wake you up that Sony PlayStation is in deep sh** right now, then must be in a tunnel vision or living under a rock.
4. Forza Horizon 5 coming to the PlayStation 5 that cost 70 dollars and they are not going to be putting it on the PS Plus. Oh, the DLC and Car Packs will cost full price that PlayStation fans have to pay and after all that do you think these casual PlayStation fans care about this game is an Xbox first party title game...Hell No!!! they are going to buy this game regardless of what any of you PlayStation/Xbox fanboys nonsense on twitter has to say cuz you know why. They don't care about you!!!! they don't know you at all. All they care about is what? PlayStation fan base just want to play a Fun & Appealing game, online with their own friends in a party chat for hours playing a fun racing game with strings attached. Remember how they bitched that Starfield wasn't hyped/marketed? Then they made a slew of vids MARKETING Starfield for FREE. Then their hate turned to instant LOVE/EXCITEMENT when a rumour surfaced that the SAME 'BAD' Starfield was heading to their beloved Sony toy.
