I let my gf drive the jag to race me for a mile quarter mile or so. Nope. Speciale had a convincing romp! Now w the Ferrari tuned it would be a joke. Both fun, great cars. The jag was one of the most fun cars I've had.. the only issue was how quickly it lost value. I was rather suprised. It's always fun to see real life...what beats what... but it doesn't make the losing car any less fun. 😀

458 is 400lbs lighter with less drag, should be almost a second faster to the 1/4 mile - if driven properly. We own an love our AWD F-Type R, but come on, it isn't a Ferrari.
Ferrari has too many options to tweak with. Humans underperform when they are given options. Jaguar will do 0-100 Km in 3 seconds regardless of your skills. It's the easiest car to launch.
