In courts when you are acquitted from a crime, it doesn't suddenly mean you didn't commit the crime in reality. There just wasn't enough evidence or proper arguments to convince the judge. Which is why the verdict is "Not Guilty" instead of "Innocent". Similarly, rejecting a claim doesn't automatically mean that you hold the opposite of that claim true. Smile2Jannah, I think, has trouble understanding this. Which is why we are going in circles pointing fingers to each other.

And Atheism is about BELIEF: "I don't have evidence so I won't BELIEVE". Agnostic Atheism essentially is: "I don't know and I don't believe". There are also Agnostic Theists that say "I don't know but I still believe". Since both are about different things, they aren't oxymoronic. Again, "Not Believing in God" =/= "Believing that God doesn't exist" (Just like how Not Guilty =/= Innocent).

There is a frame of reference for dark matter and that is mass, scientists know that mass is linked with the radiation spectra (which is again another frame of reference, literally light), they also know that mass can be calculated via studying the motion of distant celestial bodies. The discrepancy between the calculated mass from both approaches leads to hypothesise the existence of matter (because it has mass for sure) which doesn't seem to interact with light.
The thing is the hypothesis of Dark Matter isn't without anything that is tractable to begin with, I guess such a thing works good enough to be a frame of reference. Would love your opinion on this.

I think the 'frame of reference' argument in this video is different from the information you have provided. (not implying that you were wrong).
Scientists did not conceive the idea of the existence something like dark matter(or atleast not popularly acknowledged hypothesis like today's multiverse theory ,etc). So the finding dark matter became a 'discovery'.
But when it comes to the existence of God, we already have a widely conceived idea. Many religions have provided their version of it. So if we were to look for God (scientifically), we need a frame of reference, which is not available because the people who say that God exists seems to be half knowledged or contradicting.
Note: I am an agnostic atheist.

I took issue with the Islamic speaker when he made the analogy that stuff like dark matter is also talked about without any frame of reference, so God must also be talked about in the same manner. Ofcourse my understanding of "frame of reference" may not be same as the speakers above.

fine tuning can be argued even against the existence of god of Quran since god created humans to worship him then why did he create a planet which is 1b light years away from human and has nothing to do with us. Humans will still exist if that planet wouldn't have existed. It shows that planets are naturally formed. Why did god create dinosaurs? Why did god take millions of years to create humans? Why did god create some Bactria and insect who even if got extinct then it won't harm the food chain.
All these things shows that objects and living beings were naturally formed and didn't require a higher intelligence.

So the creator of the universe is god right? We dont know if it was created, but lets assume it was.
What if the creator itself is part of a larger higher dimensional universe where there are more beings like him and none of them know how they came into existence. They may be the gods of us but who is the god of them.

Suppose you're a traffic policeman with a speed detector.
You see a car speeding forward and detect its speed. Now assume that you know a bit of math and physics, and you quickly calculate that the car will crash. You already know this before the crash happens because you've calculated it. Does it mean you have caused the crash to happen and that the driver doesn't have any free will because you've got knowledge of this?

After one minute, I decide to raise my left hand based on my free will. So, our presumption of God as all knowledgeable became wrong as he didn't know that I will raise my left hand. If he indeed knew that I will change my decision and raise my left hand, then, I have no free will because God knows with certainty that what am I going to do.
