Though skeptical because I have never been an eggs Benedict fan, merely due to the fact the making of hollandaise sauce has haunted my dreams and destroyed my capabilities, confidence, and soul as someone who enjoys to cook, I gave this recipe a try. I wanted to report that I left my body. I went up to heaven. I thanked Jesus for Jordan. We had a chat and a laugh and ate this eggs Benedict together amongst the angels. I said hi to my grandparents. They’re doing great. I came back to earth and returned to my body just in time to leave a comment about how amazing this recipe was and then proceeded to carry on with my morning with my only complaint being my pure laziness in having to address the dishes.💕

Fun fact, you can gently roll the english muffin between your hands while lightly pinching the sides with your fingers and it'll open. Can't wait to try this!

I made this and my fiancé said it was the best egg dish he has EVER had and wanted to lick the plate . I didn’t have lobster but we had porkroll so eggs Benny but a jersey way!! Lol so amazing ! Something I thought I never could do .
You definitely live up to the “more seasoning” name. Bet most restaurants would charge $30 for this with boring English muffins but you toasted it in the old bay butter and I’m drooling just thinking about it! 🤤

I’ve had some amazing hollandaise but this looks by far the best I’ve seen in both color AND texture. Most hollandaise I’ve had the flavor and color is AMAZING but the texture is off, not like scrambled eggs lol but just breaking up from the butter and the lemon juice because the person who made it used to much of either of those. But this looks beautiful
