Girllll im still using your way of cooking soft boiled eggs in steam. That u put the into just inch of water not whole covered for 4 min and then put under cold water . That changed my life when i saw it on your ig stories in the past ❤️

In Ireland we have ‘egg vending machines’ you show up to the ‘farm’ and can see the chickens outside running around living their best lives 🤣 the vending machines you can choose how many and it will give you a carton with chosen amount. 10/10. You can also buy eggs from stores too but my first choice is always the vending machines 🥰

I'm quite impressed I watch egg videos all the time and I know so much about eggs that I usually never learn anything. What I do however usually is get upset because they give wrong information. You gave no wrong information I'm very impressed. And I actually learned one or two things from you. There is an easier way to tell how fresh your eggs are been looking at the runny white and that is just dropping into glass of water and see if it floats

Was never a super fan of store eggs. However everything has changed since I start raising my own chickens. I had no idea the difference in taste from a egg laid a few hours ago to ones over a month old in store. How you care for your hens is a real gamechanger when it comes to eggs.

Thank you for sharing all of the egg health information! I have made scrambled eggs so many ways, (your way included), and my favorite it actually whisking avocado oil with the eggs, then adding to a med-high heat non-stick skillet that has avacado oil in it. I recently learned this method from America's Test Kitchen and I love it! 🥰

I haven't had a poached egg in forever. I'm making that. As far as eggs go, I live in a "cow town" and we buy fresh eggs from the hardware store. They were literally laid that day. Farm fresh eggs keep for about 2 weeks on the counter. Once they touch water, they have to be refrigerated. So, we have the freshest eggs and they are delish. When making hard boiled eggs, they need to be cooked for exactly 15 mins, they immediately go into an ice bath until they are cold. They are cooked this way so the shell comes off smoothly. Thanks for the egg lessons! Say hi to Jaclyn.
