I’ve been a subscriber for a hot minute, and I always look forward to your posts for multiple reasons. First, the food is always freaking bomb (duh); second, your recipes are easy to follow and don’t require fancy or hard to get ingredients (they’re also easy to adapt to GF for celiacs like myself, huge win!); third and most important (IMO) I feel like I’m just chilling with my friend in his kitchen and we’re kicking it having a good time while he prepares a bomb meal. Your friends taste testing also adds this sense of community and inclusiveness that is SO AWESOME. Food is meant to be shared. Meal time is such an important part of being a human and belonging to a community of any sort. I often cook/eat alone but cooking your recipes makes me feel connected to people, in weird but cool way. I often wonder how many “strangers” have prepared the same meal perhaps even on the same day/time, and it makes me feel like I’m enjoying a meal with friends/family even though I’m dining solo. Also, your comment section is always so positive. Long story short, you’ve created an awesome community here, and THAT keeps me coming back just as much as your recipes. Also, if Jac knows Anything she knows some damn avo toast! What's not to love about it!? The herb mixture was a bit heavy for me I like a lil more simplistic rustic vibe and I LOVELOVELOVE hitting mine with some everything but the bagel seasoning, I also love some baby spinach, while it isn't as sexy as micro greens is packs a whole damn lotta nutrients my anemic arse needs LOL I never do a poached egg but I've been doing Jac's soft boiled egg on mine and omg with some farm fresh eggs it is a thing of beauty!

I can't see myself doing this on a daily basis because, I have 2 little boys who wake up at 6-7, full of energy and hungry. But I am absolutely going to try this on my weekends when I have a chance to prep some of this the night before. I can take my time and enjoy the entire experience. This looks SO good!

Revisiting because I made this for dinner tonight (actually eating currently as I write this 😅)... when I tell you this is literally the most delicious Avocado toast ever. I AM NOT LYING. It is very easy to make. Most of the ingredients you can find in your cabinet or fridge (all I had to do was pick up sour dough loaf, tomatoes and mikes hot honey. ) I would recommend for those that want something delicious, very easy to make. And also has some time (like an hour) to prepare and cook. (For first timers. I'm sure the next time I make it it will be faster. Also, for those who don't really like tomatoes; like me. Try this with sundried tomatoes instead! That's it, hope it helps anyone who is thinking about making this!
