I did all the things you suggested. The one thing that finally worked for me was to take my vacuum tool for small spaces and vacuumed the inside carefully. This finally worked for me. I do notice this only happens after a descaling session.
Hello, thanks for your excellent tips. Sadly, my Impressa J5 isn’t allowing the tray to insert all the way in - it made a strange sound and now there’s a flap that is in the way. The flap seems to move forward a little but not up or down or back (which is the direction I would expect) to allow the tray to enter completely. Any advice?
Found your other video and tried the trick to get the ‘flappy thing’ out of the way. It worked! Brilliant! Many thanks. I love my many years old Jura. ❤️
@@MyRobot2000 Thank you! I will continue to add videos like these to the channel. Please like and subscribe so you get all the helpful Jura tips! Thanks. Ben
Hi Ben, I have a Z5 that's been fine until recently where it occasionally shuts off without warning or error message. I restart it sometimes 2-3 times and then it works fine again. I have been wondering about the thermal blocks (water heaters) as it is an older machine could they be drawing to much or the thermal switches not working properly?? any thoughts?
Hi Scott. I'm sorry I am just seeing this! To me it sounds like an issue with the panel. I would recommend moving to another machine, as the issue will likely begin to happen more and more frequently. If you like, check us out at www.thebrewgrouptx.com/shop. Thanks!
Hi there. I would definitely recommend our repair service to correct this. We disassemble and clean the grinder, re-install a premium stainless grinder burr profile, and tune it for best taste and extraction. This more permanently fixes the fill beans error. Please go to www.thebrewgrouptx.com/refurb. Thanks!

Great troubleshooting tips Ben, very well explained!
Thank you! Your tips worked to help me clear the message on my Impressa Z7
Was it the little switch in the front, mine won’t fix?
Awesome, the thing with metal ending of the tray helped me to fix it. Thank you very much
thank you, it really solved my problem
Excellent!
Thank you!
