Very helpful video. My Jura J6 had slowed down to a slug to take three minutes to brew a cup of coffee, followed your instructions a minute and three seconds. Thank you.
Thank you for creating this extremely helpful video. It turned out that the dispenser was clogged, not the hose line, but your instructions for getting into the machine and trouble shooting were invaluable. You saved me several hundred dollars, I think.
Hi, thanks for your video. I have a WE8 at work which has a leaky dispneser valve (after the thermal block). It would seem that the problem is down stream from the thermal block in this case. Is possible to do a diagnostic to know whether it's the dispensing valve itself that needs replacing or something further down the line ?
Hi Suddenly my Jura E8 blows steam out the water dispenser / bypass water when making a Lungo coffee ? It pours hot water but blow steam out a specially at the end?
Hi fab video :) at 3 mins in, you show the water spout on the thermal block and say we should get water out of that, I am so what else in in line after the Thermal block that maybe causing my blockage please ??
Hello. Great video! I have a Jura Impressa Z7 and I see there is the same thermoblock but in my Z7 the hose going from the nozzle you are cleaning to the ceramic valve (I don't see the ceramic valve on yours) just blew up. I have disassembled my Z7 because the water was leaking and when I turned on to check where the water is coming from the hose by the nozzle just got a huge bubble and just blew up...Do you have any idea what caused the problem ? Thank you
I have the Jura Capresso C1000. The frothed works and it looks but it won’t make coffee. Looks like water is going through the hoses. Coffee is grinding but no water coming through the dispenser. There is a small amount of water in the tray. The inside of my machine doesn’t look the same as yours. I’m not sure where the part is that you are working on in this video.
Thanks for the video! In my case, the calcium made it through and got stuck just at the next gasket, fllowing the tube that goes to the drum, so the mix never happened. I wouldn't have found it without your video and it was finally and easy fix.
Hi Great video. Any idea why when descaling, my J9 descales the hot water spout, but nothing comes out the coffee spouts. The coffee spouts work great when I make coffee/espresso etc. Appreciate your thoughts!
Hey., I tried this once before and it worked. I tried it again today and I used a metal cup to run water in to to test and it sparked a tiny bit. Now it won’t come on at all. Is there a reset or a fuse I need to check? Also after 2 or 3 times of ruining the water the valve would blow a lot of air in through the water spigot. Thank you for your help….
Thank you for posting this video. I'm going to try it tomorrow. I had one question about the descaling process you mentioned: I have some descaling solution but how do I get it to run through the machine? I have the same machine you have here and I've used the cleaning tablets before but I do not understand how to use the solution. Thank you for your time
Run a descale cycle thusly: power on the machine and enter program mode and set the “filter” setting to off. Power off the machine. Press and hold the rinse button. You have now entered the descale cycle. Follow the on screen prompts. I use the Jura descale tabs, you dissolve three in a full tank of water. The descale solution is very slowly pumped through the water circuit, giving the acid time to dissolve the calcium. If there is still any white discoloration to the water coming out of the spouts at the end of the cycle, repeat it with another tank of water and three tabs. Enter program mode after you have finished descaling and set “filter” to on. And use filters from now on! The filters are a combination of a carbon filter and a single use water softener. Hi! Thanks for the great video! I have a the F9 which is very similar to yours. When I do the water test directly from the thermoblock into a cup, I get spurts of hot water and steam flowing directly out of the thermoblock. Is this normal or is it supposed to be just a steady flow of hot water directly out of the thermoblock? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Good video. Mine is leaking from the back junction to the right of the thermal. Comes out the bottom of it. Do you know, Is that some kind of overflow valve?
@@addismultitasking3504 yes, it’s a check valve. And I took mine apart and it had failed/ broken because of the heat. Found a replacement piece that is metal. Thanks
Very helpful video.I have a good stream of hot water flowing to my frother. My issue is I rinsed & brewed a cup of coffee this morning. The 2nd cup had the hot water diverted into the bottom tray. The coffee grounds were dry in the basket. This has been an issue for quite awhile now. After removing the left side panel the lines are very clear of calcium buildup. Is there a diverter valve that might be stuck or failed? Please advise.
looks like you're still posting and maybe you can help.. that looks like a jura impressa f50 and hopefully it is. mine is giving the "filling system" error, constantly asking to close and open tap. any idea how to fix it?
Hi There! I would like to know if I can change the pressure to have a thicker coffee... If I do coffee, espresso or macchiato the thickness is still the same.. Can I do something in this Machine? I have a jura F7. Thank you !
Hello !i Have a jura S8 and the plate garbage for water and coffee is lock ,doesn’t come out ,please let know what can I do in this situation to fix it .Regards from Canada 🇨🇦.Carlito
I have a Jura ENA 9 that is acting like it may have some sort of valve problem. There are two hoses that dispense water. The high pressure (white hose) and a darker hose for the coffee. When you first turn the unit on clean water slowly drips out of the white hose. When you try to make a cup of coffee, the white hose dispenses clean, hot water and then eventually, some coffee is dispensed at the end of the entire cycle through the dark hose. When rinsing, hot clear water only comes out of the white hose, never through the dark hose. It seems to me like it may be some sort of valve problem, but I don't want to just buy parts and replace them unless I am confident which part is bad. Do you have any idea what the problem may be?
Hello. My problem is that when i turn on the device, the device goes into open tap loop. Water is coming from the nozzle. 1 - I checked the flow meter it's working 2 - the engine is running. 3- I cleaned the pipes 4- I completely disassembled the coffee filter and cleaned it. 5- I put limescale remover in the water tank and started the open tap cycle, but it didn't work. Can you help me?
I have checked and water flow through thermos lock is good however, when I turn on my machine,I get a message ‘open switch”. After passing water through water tap I get a message “close switch”.
!!Be careful when testing for clog and running machine after hose detached !!! Hot steam will come out first causing severe burns. Keep your face and hands clear! Once the water starts to run then the video is accurate. First blast of pressure will shoot searing hot steam out
If you use the Jura filter your machine will NOT scale up. I recently overhauled an F7 that hadn’t been serviced in at least 10 years. The owner uses the filters and has rock hard limestone aquifer water. There wasn’t a speck of calcium in the machine. The filters are a combination of a single use water softener and a carbon filter. They are filled with water softener resin beads and carbon grains. Well worth the price. ua-cam.com/video/uMN7EG9Pohc/v-deo.htmlsi=ksUDrOiD1eN5F6QS

hmmm I ve never seen that before, mine descales the hot water spout last
@markrota3091, did you ever find out the reason? I have the same issue - coffee comes out fine, but nothing when descaling.
NO, still doesn't. However, the machine is still working, so I figured maybe that is the way it is supposed to descale.

The drainage valve needs to be overhauled. It’s part of the brew group overhaul
looks like you're still posting and maybe you can help..

hey i am in process of fixing mine - do you have any idea why brews one cup fine then next directly into tray? it seems all hoses etc are clear
Hmmm. Did you clean out the heater block
Is the Brew group not retracting after the first cup?

I dont think you can change pressure, but you should be able to adjust
the grind, try setting to a finer grind

What do I do if I only have coffee coming out of one spout. Its an F50.
Im not familiar with that model

Im not familiar with that one. Id guess the pump. It will be cheaper for you to guess at some parts than sending it in for sure.
And what should I check next if it is not that? It will NOT make a cup of coffee. Dribbles then dumps the coffee.
Hello.
My problem is that when i turn on the device, the device goes into open tap loop.
Water is coming from the nozzle.
1 - I checked the flow meter it's working
2 - the engine is running.
3- I cleaned the pipes
4- I completely disassembled the coffee filter and cleaned it.
5- I put limescale remover in the water tank and started the open tap cycle, but it didn't work.
Can you help me?
its probably the little diaphragm pump
@@addismultitasking3504 Thanks for the answer. Is it something about myself?
