Is your Jura Coffee machine leaking? Watch this!

Is your Jura leaking clear water on the counter top under the water tank? This is a common issue for new Jura coffee machines and machines which have been recently serviced: A new, soft water tank seal can easily catch the edge of the tank when inserted, causing a leak. I'll explain why this can happen and how to remedy the problem on your own.

Were you able to re-seat the tank to correct the leak? If it's brand new, I would think you're still under warranty, but we can help if you need it. Cheers, Ben
