What temp did you bake at? Usually the key is the heat of your oven and the cooking time, and the right amount of oil or butter. I know instinctively now, but I’ve been cooking for like 15 years! It takes practice and patience - don’t give up! ^_^

You don’t need to dehydrate them using salt first? One time I tried to make zucchini fries and like it drowned the cookie sheet (accumulation of water) and I was told the reason was because I didn’t rub them in salt and try to draw out some of the moisture before I cooked them. Anyone know?
