2 zucchini
Peel and cut into cubes
Salt
Stir and let rest for 15 minutes
Chop 1 onion
olive oil
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Cut sweet green peppers into cubes
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Chop 3 cloves of garlic
Fry for 1-2 minutes
Cut 3 tomatoes into cubes
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Add zucchini
Cook covered for 10 minutes
Add 1 tablespoon tomato paste
Salt, pepper, paprika, basil
Mix
Place vegetables in a baking dish
Grate 100 grams of cheese
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
1 clove of garlic
Chop parsley
Add a pinch of chili flakes
Mix
