Freddie didn't just direct from the stage, but he also directed from the Heavens!!! The greatest to ever live!! It makes my heart overwhelmed by his greatness!! Great reaction!!
In the UK, you are given a lyric sheet to Bohemian Rhapsody when you are born, and you are expected to know all of the vocals, pitch perfect by the age of 3. I wish Freddy was still around, just so he could see just how much he is still loved.
This was before the Bohemian Rhapsody film and the recent Queen mania. Pretty much everyone in the UK already knew this song - and several other Queen songs - word for word.
Yep. Pretty sure everybody knows Bohemian Rhapsody, Another One Bites the Dust, We are the Champions, We Will Rock You and Don't Stop me Now by the age of about 6 😊 I know I did, and my parents weren't even Queen fans. (My mum loves them now though)
65,000 people ALL singing the same song, and as has been said most of these people werent born and they still queen, they can still fill concerts even when they arent there
It's a safe bet the majority of that crowd wasn't even born when this record came out. Freddie always was the master of the crowd. Thanks for your reaction, you are so sweet.
Anyone else get emotional watching this? During these times of social distancing and being told to stay away from friends and loved ones, seeing tens of thousands of people being able to share such a beautiful moment together is bittersweet...
So I just got to say thank you Lasuna your family. Thank you Faith for your reaction awesome as always. And thank you to Green Day love them for putting this out. It’s just incredible and I feel like Freddie is there looking over them.❤️👍😃🌼✌️Much love and respect.
I love the way you can hear the audience sing it exactly the way Freddie did - with the same tone and nuance - because they have heard him sing it so many times it’s just ingrained into them. Definitely a favourite in the UK, even after all these years. Glad you enjoyed it.
Hello Faith 🤗 ! This just warms your heart and soul !!!!! I wish there was a video of the crowd as they left Wembley stadium when Live Aid had ended. The crowd spontaneously broke out singing Bohemian Rhapsody as they walked down the ramps of the stadium. And because of the acoustics, the music just resonated through the air !
The best bit with me is, neither of my parents were Queen fans, I got into them off my own back when I was about 6. My dad bought my sister a Queen album in the late 80's/early 90's, she wasn't that interested but I kept nicking it, and I've been hooked since.
And much luv to you Lasuna...great request... this always gives me chills... I really hope Freddie can see the love from millions of people still there for him. Faith Green Day always used this song just before they were coming out to play... and what a song to have to follow on from!..kudos to Green Day..
Great request, Lasuuuuunaaaa! Great reaction, Faith! Sorry I missed it, but love seeing now. First time I heard/saw this I got the all-body chills. Same now. Love you guys!
Please check out another vid of this at the Hyde park, january 2017, an amateur vid from a fan where you can actually see them, the crowd really singing with jumping on the rock part of the song..amazingly cool..i wonder if brian and roger or even john have seen any of these..i think they will be overwhelmed and touch as much as freddie in heaven 😇..decades have past and still freddie holds crowd at the palm of his hands..true legend!...
7:55 ... I know right? I thought the same thing! .... *belting out my version while watching this* ....Omg are we all rock stars and simply didn’t know it? Lol 😂
You should look up SarsStock. Back when Toronto had a SARS scare and tourism took a hit, the Stones, Rush, AC/DC and a ton of other bands did a $25 festival show, and 400,000 people went. It was _incredible,_ I was lucky enough to be there. Felt _real_ stupid after Covid hit. Wtf were we thinking?? But the Stones love Canada, because back in the day we caught them at the border with a _ton_ of drugs, and their sentence was to play a free show for us.
65,000 fans in part of Hyde Park, London that is us Brits for you. Queen and Freddie are a British institution and part of our history. Freddie was loved so much as well as the band by there fellow country men and women. 💂♂️💂♂️💂♂️💂♂️💂♂️💂♂️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
One must understand that a Green Day crowd was comprised of virtually 100% music nerds. I saw them 3x in their prime, I think twice with Bone Thugs on the same lineup and they never disappointed live.
Hot Space that happened to me on another channel. They didn't do a lot of premieres but for some reason my comments wouldn't show up in the chat. It happened once on Vince's channel; they showed up at first but then I could see them but nobody else could. I didn't like being invisible. The time it happened on Vince's channel I switched devices and then everyone could see them again. I have no idea what the problem was. It's a real bummer. We miss you.
I seen this on another video and someone claim that the clouds form the shape of freddy mercury's face right at the beggining of the crowd singing. Personaly i see what looks like a face, but i dont know if i can say it looks like freddy, but its a nice thought to think freddy was looking down watching how his music is still loved all these years later.
It's so prevalent in the UK. I go to anime and gaming conventions and this is always a sing along amongst some other rock staples aside from the weeb BS we also sing along to.
I'd like to make a recommendation to you. There is a video on Queen's Official UA-cam channel called Queen + Adam Lambert - Behind The Magic. It is a behind the scenes look of a Queen concert filmed by Queen's loyal road crew. It is extremely funny. I actually met one of the roadies in the interview, Andy. He is now the band's roadie manager. I actually asked him if he still has the "chaise longue." He just burst into giggles. It is interesting to see the loyalty Queen inspires in the crew that is never seen but always felt in every show. ua-cam.com/video/rc2AuAXl5lI/v-deo.html
Hey there, thanks for the Queen reviews, Freddie performed with one of the worlds greatest opera divas La Superba Montserrat Caballe and would love to see you review her sing one of the most beautiful arias Casta Diva, here’s the link ua-cam.com/video/wvBuCLjByaE/v-deo.html Thank you
Why did Green Day cheapen this phenomenal moment in time by playing the song deliberately at all of their later concerts? Maybe Liberal plastic "punk rockers" are just intimidated by the superbly talented, wonderfully gifted and completely tolerant force of nature that is Queen? R.I.P. Freddie.❤
Freddie didn't just direct from the stage, but he also directed from the Heavens!!! The greatest to ever live!! It makes my heart overwhelmed by his greatness!! Great reaction!!
I was just to the right of the speaker tower on the right, screaming this and hugging strangers. Great day.

😂😂😂 true story!!

And, right now, scenes like these seem a lifetime ago. Miss seeing humanity come together like this...
It's a safe bet the majority of that crowd wasn't even born when this record came out. Freddie always was the master of the crowd. Thanks for your reaction, you are so sweet.
You are prob right!! Hey thanks George for the kudo's much love to you!!😊❤️

During these times of social distancing and being told to stay away from friends and loved ones, seeing tens of thousands of people being able to share such a beautiful moment together is bittersweet...
Hey Andy I agree with you!! We may never be able to have these sort of experiences again!! :-(.
Yes

Freddie was up there watching with a smile.
Yes he was i loved this ❤
everyone knows the words to queen songs...iconic, great reaction
Iconic indeed Eileen!! Tnx for the compliment much love😊❤️
It looks like Bohemian Rhapsody is like a second national anthem in England. That song remains the shiniest jewel of the crown.
Our first national anthem 😉 god save the queen is a distant second. And when I hear that song, I'm thinking of Queen Queen not 'the' queen.
@@isthisjustfantasy7557 exactly 😂
It IS our national anthem 😂
I wanna see this at Olympics 2021😂
I think Mr brightside is a contender 😂we seem to have adopted that song
I agree look at the clouds!!

Love this when u take into account that this song was written in the early 70's for young to still know it show how far it reached.
Us Brits love Queen more now than they ever did in the 70's and 80's
Freddie would be in his element by this i hope he knew how much he was loved and appreciated.
I can just imagine the smile on Freddie's face.
over 40 years after the song was released, and 27 years after Freddy died and they still steal the show
It speak to the quality of green day that their fans can do this.
These are the kids of Queen fans! They have heard it all their life ha! I am guilty as a parent
The best bit with me is, neither of my parents were Queen fans, I got into them off my own back when I was about 6. My dad bought my sister a Queen album in the late 80's/early 90's, she wasn't that interested but I kept nicking it, and I've been hooked since.
That just means you are a great parent, be proud of teaching good music to your kids
No guilt. I played all sort of music with my daughter, andd now she respects the ones who came from a long time ago. :) We were good parents.
And much luv to you Lasuna...great request... this always gives me chills... I really hope Freddie can see the love from millions of people still there for him. Always wonderful to watch. Legends never die ❤️Freddie
Just magical, crowd showing respect for the greatest band ever
Thank you Faith, Lasuna, and Queen!
Wonderful!
I was in that crowd. The closest I'll ever get to seeing queen live
..What a legacy Freddie …..
Miss you darling 💋
Amen Christine!! 😊❤

Love this so much! look at the clouds on the left, its like Freddie was watching!
Wow. 😍
And this is 2017 - A year before the bo.rap. movie. Impressive!
the volume of all those voices at 5:55 damn that got me emotional. So beautifull with so much respect and all in tone...its bizar.
I love how you can hear their English accents on "mattahs" (matters), lol.
I'm so glad this was captured on video so we can all enjoy.
You should check out Metallica "Enter Sandman" in Moscow for 1.6 MILLION
Hi love it! Glad you observed the light like I did. I don’t know if anyone observed at 9.21 the symbol on the left move.❤️

This is awesome, I read Brian Mays reaction when Green Day tagged him, “Majestic”.

Amazing things happen when people come together
Awesome
So how many people can influence 65,000 crowd at another groups gig "....it was stunning......
Sometimes the world look's pretty wonderful.
There's other concerts that have the crowd sing this song including the U.S. on UA-cam
One must understand that a Green Day crowd was comprised of virtually 100% music nerds.

Choar of 65k people. 😂😂❤❤
Lol hell yeah!!😊♥️
I would love to think that Brian, Rodger and John have seen this! I know Freddie can.
ta daaaaah
I was there singing my arse off .
if you look in the upper left of the screen around the 1:09 mark, the cloud resembles Freddie looking down on the crowd smiling
Don't worry, Freddie's got it covered.
By the way faith i am here during the premieres its just no one can see my comments 😂😂
Hot Space that happened to me on another channel. They didn't do a lot of premieres but for some reason my comments wouldn't show up in the chat. @@hotspace1145 oh good. I'm glad you figured something out. See you in the chat. 😄

Oops. I also requested this🤷♀️
Its our second national anthem
You also have a beautiful voice.
The entire point of music. Bam.
Love for Freddie ❤️😷
I wonder what Brian and Roger think about this.
That is love
Great request Lasuna❤️❤️
Pure Homage 😷😊
Maybe take a look at VoicePlay doing Queen in 5 Minutes. It's a lot more fun than it sounds.
Difficult to summon what i feel goose bumps and teary but also I'm British so my heart is bursting with pride!
I was born in '91 but I still laugh at fart jokes so I'm like 6 can I still watch?
Us brits know how to sing and rock girl 🎸🎶x
It's so prevalent in the UK.
I go to anime and gaming conventions and this is always a sing along amongst some other rock staples aside from the weeb BS we also sing along to.
🏴 🔥
Were English it's what we do ❤️
You should react to some greenday. I recommend jesus of suburbia the punk Bohemian rhapsody in my opinion
Too bad we can't see all of them playing their air guitars 🎸
Only in Britain....
I got so bored waiting that I actually forgot what I watching !!
If you grew up in the UK and don't know this song and it's lyrics .. you have to leave the country..

Yes, and I report it as spam every time I see it.
Karolyn ... me too... it appears sometime with similar comments but different names!
65,000 people, all singing along to a filler between sets...

Can you see a crowd of music fans doing this for some lil pump "song" in 40 years time?
Nah. Me either.
Are you really British if you don’t know all the words
You talk too much.
Why watch a reaction then?
