    Thank you for sharing. I will study body to get a better understanding of when my levels are low. I will also look to find a hematologist in my area to get regular testing of my iron and vitamin d levels. I recently came across your channel because I’ve recently broke my leg. Earlier this year I was told that both my iron and vitamin d levels were extremely low and given prescription supplements for both.

    thank you for your videos! keep doing this work, you are helping a lot of people. in 2019 i had a stressful new job where i had to travel by airplane from chicago to nyc every week. i prob was out of my normal summer routines as far as getting sun. late oct 2019 i started feeling a little off. i thought it was just stress from the job. nov i got a cold that wouldnt go away. went to clinic and got antibiotic. nov/dec brain fog, heavy legs, no motivation. poor sleeping. night sweats. now i was getting scared. finally met with primary care physician, did bloodwork. all fine except vit d at 23. jan 1 i begin with 2000iu a day. started feeling a bit better, then upped it to 4000iu. felt like you: jittery, sick, etc. week 5 of supplementing. going to go down to 1000iu and gonna take a trip someplace warm. these last 3 months have been the most frustrating/trying time of my life. gonna just keep riding this wave. good lord i hope i can get back to my self again.

      Stopohno, Hi and thanks for commenting! Yes, Chicago is beautiful, but has rough winters like here in Upstate NY, ugh! Hopefully you are feeling better. I wish I could've gotten relief from the supplement, but I felt like I was on speed and my anxiety was through the roof! Not fun at all, I didn't know what was happening to me, as I'm usually a pretty chill chick. Taking a warm trip somewhere, sounds like a plan. I'm hoping to do the same myself at some point in the near future. Keep working at it and you'll feel better soon. Wishing you a speedy recovery, and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. Enjoy your day, take care ☀️

    I’m sorry for your loss!! I know you have been dealing with health issues for a while now. I’ve been watching your vitamin D videos and always come back and rewatch because this VD deficiency can really bring you down. My diagnosis was in late July of this year at 16ng/ml. Since then, I’ve had good days and bad days. Some days I feel like “wow, finally I’m healing.” Other days my thoughts are more like, “I’m pretty sure death is better” lol. I’m on 9-10k per day and although I last tested at 53 I know I need to continue high doses to heal my bones and muscles. I can relate with you with the upper back pains. That’s where my problematic area is. Also, I read your comment to someone else on another VD video where you had that “rice crispies” sounding in your back which is EXACTLY what I have now. Hate this symptom! Doesn’t hurt but the noises can be uncomfortable. Did this ever resolve? I’m glad you’re feeling better now. From the day you started taking the VD until now, how much can you say your symptoms have improved? Sorry for all the questions! I am especially thankful I’ve never had to deal with anemia because I can’t imagine dealing with both deficiencies! Thanks for sharing your journey!

    • @indeedlove

      Hello Dreamy Ventures! I love your name! Thank your for watching and commenting! I don't hear that "rice crispy" sound much these days, lol. Overall I've improved a lot! I've noticed that I still struggle during winter, like right now, but I'm pushing through it. The unfortunate part is that I my body doesn't do well with the vitamin D supplements, they make me feel sick, make my heart race, and I get super nervous and jittery when taking anything over 1000iu. So I have to take small doses and spread it out over time. However, I don't get as nervous about it anymore because I know what is going on with my body.Since I've began receiving iron infusions, and doing better with my diet, I've noticed a huge improvement as well. That was the game changer for me. I began drinking enough water, taking my iron supplements, trying hard to eat better, and getting as much sunshine as possible when able. Also, making a sound decision to stress less, and learning how to cope with things better, because stress depletes the body of nutrients. So yeah, no worries on the question asking, ask away. If I can help, I will. Thanks for your support to my channel. Have an awesome day! ☀️

      Thank you! Thank you so much for answering me! I’m really glad you’re doing better. It is so unfortunate that you don’t react well to VD. When I first started taking it I got so much worse before noticing some improvements.I am waiting for that day to come for me. My upper back cracks crunches and snaps so much and I feel sore most times. I’m starting to think something else is going on now I don’t think it’s normal for a back to do that.

      @indeedlove  4 роки тому +2

      Hi Sridhar! I experienced sever panic attacks when my iron and vitamin D were very low. I think it's the body's way of alarming us that something is very off and out of harmony. I didn't however take any meds for anxiety, so I can't really help you with that. But I will say that anxiety, depression, panic attacks and feeling faint are all symptoms of vitamin D deficiency and anemia. What has helped me is changing my diet to eat more veggies, eggs and healthy foods; taking a vitamin when able, and getting as much sun exposure when possible. I truly hope you feel better soon. Keep me posted. ☀️

    So, did you have blood pressures issues due to vit D deficiency? Or did you figure out what was causing it to go high? Hope all is well.

    • @indeedlove
      @indeedlove  2 роки тому +1

      I think everything played a factor in my blood pressure issues. But most of all "STRESS". I noticed that when I began to focus on de-stressing, focusing less on my deficiencies and more on eating better, and removing as many annoying things, people and situations from my life, my blood pressure had improved. As I began to heal, I felt better. Stress is huge because it can really undo all of your hard work when it comes to healing. Stress depletes your system and does so many more annoying things. So I would begin there and reduce salt intake as well, then monitor it here and there. This is what I did. I'll do a more in-depth video on it, now that I am back to recording. I hope this helps and thanks for commenting and watching. Have an amazing day! ☀️
