This line really stuck with me when you were talking about traumtized people around the 25:45 mark: "...when they cry for today's heartbreak, they are actually crying for every heartbreak since they were born." I'm still learning how to cry even at my age (mid 50s). I numbed my self when I was a teenager since I just couldn't process the events that were happening in my home life...and I don't recall anyone asking me how I was doing.
    Thank you.

There is this saying in Germany at least "you are what you eat"! So you are what you consume, whether food, relationships, films, media. No matter what, you condition yourself unconsciously. Underneath there lies a greed that wants to incorporate something , It needs something, something animalistic, It needs something that doesn't come from oneself ! of course the is the fear of not getting it and wait and can not have it or not have earned it.
What i want to say is one / we have to decide what we want to do. So one / You need to have tools that will get you in the present moment.
Some do grounding or check in with the feelings in the body or start consciously breathe in the belly.
If you do this for more than a year, your body will automatically do it again and again because of these behavioral patterns.
I had this feeling that my body actively grounded me in stressful situations. It was like a magnet that pulled all the energy down to the feet an i could breathe better. These are all behavioral patterns that everybody can learn.

From my early teenage years till now I've been trying to carefully question myself and figure out what was causing my dad to act the way he is.
I couldn't really socialize after high school because I was born legally blind so can't get a driver's license but that's the only thing my eye condition hinders me.
So stuck inside after high school I have been constantly searching and almost driven crazy trying to understand my self and my body.
I couldn't really live especially with my highly stressed dad from working and old age.
Can't even ask him anything without him first getting agitated.
Thank goodness I found your videos along with Tim Fletcher.
That dude helped me understand my relationship with my dad and clearly identify the damages done over the years.
    Thank you

Thank you! My darkest fear is that my boss and colleague will have secret romance and pretend they are not.
