  • Having a child with differences can sometimes come with fears and anxiety about the outside world. There are life tools that help release those fears and anxiety. One of them is to shift from a disempowered way of thinking to a more empowered way of thinking. One can do this by taking the disempowered thought and creating one that is more empowering and positive, and one that brings inner peace. Say it 10 times a day to reinforce gratitude, love, and harmony.
