I do wrist curls both ways using a bench. Plus I do wrist rotations which slam the bicep peaks extension . The main direction people use I used to do 45- 55 tops per hand. An 25-35 the other way. 🤷.

I did read somewhere that some members dug Carcass. Who knows. Also, I usually do unloaded bar curls over my knees. Regular and reverse. I'll grab some 40's and do them from the side, too. And I might do some behind the back standing curls with 95 - 115lbs on the bar. For grip strength I have a 90lb. gripper that I use. If I am not doing this, I do reverse ez-bar and dumbbell curls when I train biceps.. I always had problems growing my forearms, so yeah.. 😕
