During a bear market, the headlines will focus on negative news, whether it's declining economic growth, geopolitical upheaval, cultural and legal turmoil, or some combination of all three. I listened to a podcast of someone that grew his reserve from $120k to almost $460k during this Red season, can you share tips on how to make such aggressive proceeds in short periods?.

The "don't seek revenge" one. I was belittled as a child. I was 15, but still just a child , did nothing wrong. I spent much of my young adulthood seeking revenge. I used to pick on guys , usually ones bigger, stronger, and taller than me. I learned martial arts , and at the time , truly enjoyed popping their noses in. It gave me great pleasure to see them get hurt, physically and emotionally. I bruised their egos, as my ego was bruised. But I got carried away. In the end , it did not give me pleasure. My thirst for revenge only got me into trouble. So I learned , don't seek revenge. As difficult was it is, forgive . I am older now , and I am still not totally healed from my childhood experience.
    But I learned, don't seek revenge .

SIMPLE!! Although, I would have to slightly dispute the point revolving around unhealthy foods. The thing is, you incorporated a particular beverage such as coffee into the mix. There's scientific evidence that actually proves that coffee is not only healthy for you, but it reduces chronic illnesses. However, like everything else there is a catch. The catch is that when scientists referred to "coffee", they're talking about a straight black cup of coffee which doesn't include any cream, milk, or sugar. Unlike those doctored up fru fru drinks at Starbucks and Dunkin' donuts, a straight black cup of coffee is scientifically proven to decrease your risk of type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, and heart disease. More specifically, drinking two to five cups a day can greatly reduce the risk of these chronic illnesses.

One of the key rules for living a simple life is to prioritize what's important to you. This means figuring out what really matters to you and focusing your time and energy on those things. Simplify your life by removing things that don't bring value or joy to your life.

These two things stand out for me.
    41. Compliment people often and do it genuinely & 44. Fix the little things and life immediately get better
41- Complimenting others genuinely just creates good energy in the world that immediately makes my life more enjoyable for me. And 44- Fixing the little things removes the inconveniences and aggravations that slowly and repeatedly suck a piece of my soul every time I choose to do nothing about it. Fix them, and I remember every time I see the fixed thing that I had enough respect for myself to invest in my peace of mind.

Pardon me for multitasking ;=) I know you dont advice it. BUT I am a master multitasker, can not live without it. I am sewing some clothes, while I am listening to this but in a very different way. I explain, I am paying as much attention to the rules as to my #English #Class ;=) Im not sure which one of both are primary, as I paid lots of attention to both. I take mastering English very seriously. I started as an exchange student, from zero and have been studying it since. Books college kids used in Eng 101, 102 and so for. Grammarly which is wonderful, said that my vocabulary is on the top 25% and grammarly is actually used by english native to correct their writing. NOT to learn English. I said my English lesson because I paid a lot of attention to the Lady Alux diction. It caught my attention from day one. I usually said I like English from England best. I love how they enunciate words and phrases, no offense at all. But I really like how the Alux Lady pronounces her words: very clearly and articulate. PS You should create an English pronounciation program for Latins. That is the hardest part, to get rid of the accent. I will send you my bank account later for my commisions on the idea. GRACIAS
