Looks good. Def gonna try it. I have 1 with 1 cup oil (your choice) 1/2 cup soy 1/2 cup Worcester 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tsp honey Dijon mustard Black pepper to your liking 2 tsp garlic powder or salt 1 cup of your favorite Whiskey (I use Crown Royal, I've also used knob creek) This makes enough to marinate an entire rack of beef ribs. I baste them with it when they're done cooking on indirect heat and let them sit for at least 5 minutes before cutting into them. This stuffs so good it'll make you slap yo mama son. Thanks for sharing this. Anything with brown sugar in it is great.
Because pork is so dense, you can marinate it for a couple days. If you want it sooner, you can do 2-4 hours in order to get a good flavor. Here's a video where someone marinated pork at different times: ua-cam.com/video/MO7DQnxwHPA/v-deo.html I hope this helped.
unlike all the other a$$holes that say i'm going to try this i did. "PRETTY GOOD IN MY OPINION" but next time i am going to try a few drops of citrus in there. i think it needs it. just my 10 cents. great job. greetings from New Jersey.
This will make ANY barbecue taste GREAT!
Great marinade! I added basil and it really elevated the pork!!
Sounds good. Thanks for the tip!
I just did this now..Pork chops are marinating for dinner tonight. Thanks 😊

I added vinegar, basil, and red pepper flakes for more flavor. God it smells good together
That sounds really good!
How would you cook the pork with this marinade?
i did this again tonight, way superior to store bought marinades. great job (how do you do)......
thanks! I'm glad it worked out for you.
looks great, one question light or dark soy?
I tend to use whatever is cheaper.
How many chops is this marinade good for?
I used it for 3-4 pork chops. Here's the video that went with it: ua-cam.com/video/YBrr9q9SYvU/v-deo.html
Love this! Well done!
Thank you! Wait until you see the pork chops on Friday.

How was it?
Everyone loved it, I had the urge to add barbecue spice but I'm glad I held back thank you so much.. lol I'll be making it again tomorrow
That's great! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
How long should you let it marinate for?

Glad to be of service @frankthetank
I also use it on my air fried salmon and it tastes great!
That's fantastic! Thanks for watching!
I have that same glass bowl 😄😄
Bed Bath and Beyond?
How's it taste without the mustard? Usually not the biggest fan of it
I think it should be fine. The mustard gives it a nice zing.
Usually the brown sugar and soy hide the mustard. My wife's the same way so I switched to honey Dijon in my recipes. Have you coming back for more
@@4pitts1burgh28 that sounds like a good addition!
What’s the point of putting it in a jar?
So it won't spill on the floor.

@@HowDo-YouDo what else you got?
@@dexterthompson1809 How do you like Teriyaki sauce? ua-cam.com/video/Us57UOj_dL8/v-deo.html
What can you use instead of Worcester sauce?
I like soy sauce. Here's a few other options: ua-cam.com/video/LJcLfWGg0Ug/v-deo.html
Measure carefully, don't get a drop in more than shown, otherwise you'll end up with nitroglycerin
It makes the flavor explode in your mouth!
