Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1 kg pork belly.
Rinse well and dry with a paper towel.
Hello everyone, welcome to my channel!
Divide into 2 parts.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Chili flakes.
Bay leaf.
Using a garlic press, press 4 cloves of garlic.
2 teaspoons of adjika.
Rub the spices well into the brisket.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Let marinate for 1 hour.
2 whole garlic.
Place on foil and pour vegetable oil over it.
Wrap in foil.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
1 hour later.
2 tablespoons mustard.
1 tablespoon horseradish.
Mix well.
Spread generously with prepared sauce.
Wrap in parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
3-4 potatoes.
Cut into thin slices.
Grease a baking sheet with butter.
Place a layer of potatoes on the bottom.
40 minutes later.
Rub the roasted garlic through a sieve.
I grated both garlic cloves.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/3 teaspoon thyme.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
50 ml vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Brush the surface with garlic sauce.
Finely grate the Parmesan cheese.
Place a second layer of potatoes on top.
Spread with sauce.
Grate Parmesan cheese.
Place a third layer of potatoes on top.
We repeat it again.
Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
40 minutes later.
Open the parchment paper.
Bake for another 15 minutes at 180°C.
