I’m so glad you have a pescatarian option, a vegan option, and a regular meat option. As a pescatarian that eats a lot of vegan food I like to have more than one option. I’m thinking about trying the first recipe tomorrow.

These all look delicious and so healthy but each bowl requires quite a lot of ingredients so these could get quite pricey. Would it be possible to do a video with more affordable ingredient combos. I’m a student and on a tighter budget.
You could always use a cheaper fish fillet. Chicken is relatively inexpensive. Also the spices and such are reusable for many meals. I've been meal prepping for over 5 years and its much much cheaper than buying meals from fast food places. I typically spend around 100 us dollars a week for 4 meals a day. That's roughly 4 dollars a meal.
Buy bulk items(grains, beans, legumes, etc) and for produce, buy only what you need. Same with meat, try to get that at a local butcher instead of just buying pre packed at the market. Also, for those bulk items, you can make them ahead of time and keep in the fridge for 3 day.

I have been tired of cooking at home because all of the options seemed boring and I was looking for a new flavors. I'm on a weight loss journey, with intermittent fasting and low calorie lifestyle (not diet), started at 268lbs down to 258lbs so far, 100lbs to go. I've been losing about 3.5lbs weekly taking it slow and steady so I don't feel overwhelmed. I'll definitely be watching all your videos form now on.

I don’t know how this channel ended up on my suggested list but I’m so thankful. I love a good protein bowl. It’s hard to find recipes that are meat free or pescatarian friendly. I’ll be trying some of these this week.
All these bowls look absolutely delish! I will be trying the last two bowls with everything except the “spicy” ingredients as I dislike anything “Spicy” 🥵 🌶 but I’m still confident it will still taste just as delicious!
I have a garden growing now......peppers, (hot), cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. I never thought about bell peppers but I changed my mind because of the recipes shown in your videos. Im gonna add bell peppers ( red, orange, yellow and green). I may be late in planting but I think that I'll be be okay. As far as fresh spices, I pulled out my coriander (celantro) because they died and I'll replace with coriander with the green peppers and red peppers. So excited.

I (and many others) really enjoy cooking video presentations without any speaking. It’s quite relaxing just hearing the sounds of cooking or baking. Also some people have quite obnoxious pronunciation, or aren’t at all eloquent in speaking, so eliminating any speech really is a win win both for the poster and for the people watching

I've never seen food look so visually appealing. Tish, will you please pour your genius into giving us low calorie meals too which have the same level of color and intricacy as your other meals. I'm on weight loss journey and though I LOVE every meal you cook, can't really have them on a calorie deficit model. Just the oil/butter used would eat up most of the calories. And when I do calorie deficit meals myself, they are BORING and usually just lettuce with some protein. I want to incorporate more plant based goodness in my life too.

Oh Wow!!! Thank you so much for the recipes. Absolutely love all the flavours and colours, the combos of everything. One of my favourites is coriander, can never get enough of coriander. It's all so simple, and the combination is just awesome. Can't wait to start trying out all these beautiful bowl combos. 🤩

I (and many others) really enjoy cooking video presentations without any speaking. It’s quite relaxing just hearing the sounds of cooking or baking. Also some people have quite obnoxious pronunciation, or aren’t at all eloquent in speaking, so eliminating any speech really is a win win both for the poster and for the people watching

@@TishWonders I’ve made the lemon chicken & tomato salad, quinoa and black bean and tomato salsa in advance (will grill aubergine on the day). I had the chicken yesterday and it was so good!! Hopefully it will last a few days as I’ve put everything in separate containers. Thank you!

I've never seen food look so visually appealing. Tish, will you please pour your genius into giving us low calorie meals too which have the same level of color and intricacy as your other meals. I'm on weight loss journey and though I LOVE every meal you cook, can't really have them on a calorie deficit model. Just the oil/butter used would eat up most of the calories. And when I do calorie deficit meals myself, they are BORING and usually just lettuce with some protein. I want to incorporate more plant based goodness in my life too.
