Great video! In an RV, it appears that there would be some good space wasted under the drawer, however if the drawer was padlocked at the front, then the space underneath would be quite secure.
I had been planning on building your other (original?) Video. Why are you building with a slide now. Were there problems i should watch for. Can you share reasoning for new build. Thanks Tim DuBon
So sorry for the delayed response. There were absolutely no issues with the original build. This new build with drawer slides was in a new camper where I wanted to have what I had on my old camper. The reason I used drawer slides is because Vadania reached out to me and offered me the drawer slides to try. I hope this helps and thank you for watching
Thank you, a fridge slide sounds like an excellent project idea. If you happen to use slides like I used here, I think you’ll be pleased. I’ll have my drawer build and install uploaded soon. Thank you for watching
Nice work. Are you going to make a video on it mounted in Travel trailer cargo area.? Was it worth loosing space side to side due to curvature of outer door?
Thank you very much. Yes, I have a video on the drawer mounted, I just need to finish editing it and I’ll have it uploaded soon. Yes, I’m happy with the space that I can utilize with the drawer and the space on the sides. I still store all of my stackable leveling blocks as well as my Anderson blocks on the left side of the drawer and my x-chocks and tire chocks on the right side of the drawer. Be on the lookout for the video of the drawer installed.
What you're looking for are "undermount drawer slides". Usually these kinds of locking drawer slides (in the video) aren't designed to be used horizontally. Confirm if yours are by looking in their 'installation instructions' or manufacturer specifications.
Great video, I’ve been looking online for a pair of heavy duty drawer slides. I think my search is over after watching your video. Do you if these can be mounted flat/horizontal or do they to mounted vertical?
I haven’t looked into mounting them flat but I don’t think they could offer the same weight support if they were mounted flat. I would recommend contacting the company, they have provided excellent customer service and I believe they would be happy to help you find the proper drawer slide to fit your project needs.
The hunting buggy seat is holding up well. There are a couple spots on the drivers side, where the seat gets stretched the most, that the white is starting to show. It just looks like there are stretch marks in the black. Over all, in comparison to buying a new seat or seat cover, I am happy with how it has held up since June of 2021.
Quick question? Do you think the locks pn these would allow then to be mounted vertically, & support a small the medium weight? (eg. Be used as a 'slide down' computer monitor stand)
Usually these slides let you depress the locking tabs when the slides are at full extension, to release the inner rails and allow you to take out the drawer.

Great video! Thanks for creating it and sharing it.
Thank you, I appreciate that. You’re welcome, I hope it was helpful
Can you take the drawer out or off to install the bottom
Thank you very much. Great explanation.
Thank you for the great video! Hope you can enjoy a nice trip with the nice drawer project!😁😁
Can you please provide a link to your drawer install video?
Good morning! I have not uploaded that video yet but I will upload it soon.
any idea on what to type of channel to use for 3000mm long drawer ?
Did you leave a 1/16th clearance between the slide and the drawer itself? Or is the width of the drawer exactly the distance from slide to slide?
He left 1/32nd on each side
Can it be made wide enough to fit the back of a pickup truck?
what size wood are you using these on? 3/4 or 1/2 inch?

Do these slides happen to lock in the middle as well?
Yes, pull them all the way out and you’ll notice that they lock in the middle as you are pushing the drawer in.
Can there be installed horizontally? So I can just have a shelf and not a drawer?
I’m not sure how that would work.

How did the paint on your seat on the hunting buggy hold up?

They hold the weight you put on top as you accelerate/brake... I suppose it'll hold up just fine
Very helpful..Thank you sir
Can they come disconnected?
I don’t think they are removable once installed

7/16 th, crazy. Time to join the world's metric system. 1 mm x 10 => 1 cm x 10 => 10 cm x 10 => 1 m x 100 => Usain Bolt
