Hi Tony, I never thought I’d say that I’d hate and detest my country for what it’s become and what’s it becoming. I’m nearly 60 years old and I’ve lived in the UK all of my life and it’s becoming unrecognisable. As an English citizen I can see our values being destroyed trodden on and being devalued to the point that I feel an outsider in my own country. Everything you have said about your mental health and how you were feeling I can now relate to what’s happening to myself. Assuming I out live my mom I will be leaving the UK for a much warmer climate in a quiet southern part of Spain to get away from all this garbage and it’s twisted ideology that’s being dumped in the UK. Thank you for sharing all of your troubles with us Tony, I’m now 100% sure as to why I’m constantly feeling the way I am.
It looks like I have helped one person - My job is done! I can totally understand it mate, it took a long time for reality to hit me but when I finally realised what was causing my depression, I couldn't wait to get out. You're about the same age as me but I have one question.... how long do you wait? My advice would be to talk to your mom and ask her what you should do, she will probably say the same as mine and that was to follow your dreams. Chin up mate, at least you now know what the problem is but now you have to find the remedy.
Hi Tony, thank you for your reply. You are absolutely right about my mom wanting the best for me and I’m fairly confident it would be the same for most mothers with their children. With that in mind my mom and dad (who we lost to cancer) have always been there for me throughout my life and I’ve been there for them as when they needed help too, I couldn’t leave her at this stage of her life. After my reply to you and the realisation of why I’m constantly depressed I’ve now started the ball rolling with my move to Spain, I’ve a meeting with a specialist next week who deals in Spanish and English financial business law for people wanting to emigrate to Spain from the UK, even by just having this meeting booked I’m starting to feel more positive about things and knowing that I will be leaving the UK for a better life at some point. I cannot say thank you enough for your videos Tony and how openly and frank you were about your own depression, by doing so it certainly has helped me understand and realise my own issues. I look forward to watching your future videos and seeing how your life gets better now you’ve left the UK.
Tony, I'm very envious! I'm going to Da Nang, Vietnam in April for a holiday, but also with a view to scouting it out as a place to retire, although I still have a few years to go yet. Same sort of thing there by the looks - for the people. The Vietnamese seem so friendly in what I've seen so far too. Good luck with you new life and start enjoying it!!
I am hoping to tour Vietnam when I've toured Thailand mate. Saigon is a place that I've wanted to visit for historical exploration so who knows.....we may one day meet and laugh at the western world. My advice to anyone is to find a way, it doesn't matter about the risks, it will always end well in the eastern world because they have values that we used to have in the UK.
@@Vortecks Saigon (HCMC) was my original destination (for a holiday), but I just wanted a relaxing one and Saigon wasn't it. Da Nang ticked most of the boxes. I hope one day we do get to meet up. It would be a fantastic chat!
It doesn't matter how I try to explain Thailand, when people come here, they say that it's totally different and then, they try to explain it and fail. It's a place where you have to visit one time in your life, I can guarantee you that it WILL change you.
Yes mate, I am a happy chappy and I'm glad I took the plunge, it's changed me for the better and given me the opportunity to enjoy life for what it is.
bless u my midlands brudda, i have a friend whos bought a condo over there, will be checking it out soon, birmingham has fallen so im looking for better pastures also. will be watching your vids as a heads up
I have one tip: If you want to be free to do whatever you want in life, don't buy, rent. I've found a place which is cheaper than even renting a condo but you have to know the right people.....luckily, after doing months and months of research, I'm the right person to ask now. Thailand is like reading a book, I can tell you everything about it, but it's totally different when you come to read it yourself. Come and visit here, I can guarantee you'll leave here a completely different person with a strong ambition to improve your own life. I've never been a travelling man by nature but now I am 😁
Glad to here it’s all going well mate, will be looking forward to the biking adventure road trip. Must be a great feeling to get back onto a bike again!
You don't know how good it feels mate, I'm itching to ride to the north of the country and explore every place on my way down. I'm also going to Vietnam (always wanted to visit Saigon), Cambodia and Laos when I've finished.
Strangely, I could never stand the heat in the UK summer and I used to go out at 5am when it was cool. Over here, I walk around in 39c heat with 85% humidity but the Thai people have it right, they spend all night on the beach and leave the heat to the tourists.
Really looking forward to seeing more of your adventures m8,I doff my cap in your direction in admiration, can we have a quick look around your chariot for us non motorbike people, also I think it would be very interesting in up and coming videos giving people an idea of cost of things and processes you had to go through I know there’s probably plenty of videos showing this but nobody has your style of explanation and putting things across easily..be safe m8 and most of all…enjoy (from a grumpy jealous fart from 🇬🇧)
I'm just waiting for the final bits to arrive for the bike and then I'll do a video of everything. Actually, there aren't any videos about how to do things and there is a specific reason - All I'll say is that there are ways around everything over here and you have to know the right people. Luckily, I am the right person and I've gained so much knowledge on how to do things that it's easy now. I'll say as much as I can about processes but I still have to be careful.
Hmmmm…..Vortecks motorcycle tours…….leased bikes/scooters from a dealer who might be interested in 51% of the company ? Could be franchised and lucrative. You look and sound so much better than the last time we met Tony. I could tell how much pain you were in. Great video .
Cheers mate and yes, Vortecks motorcycle tours are coming! I don't think I'll be doing any scooter lease things, it's a cut-throat business and they're popping up everywhere but you never know.......
@@Vortecks Book me in mate….and please please cover your bare skin when riding , even if it is hot. When I saw those two dogs in the road my bottom clenched!!
Oh yes mate, it's quite strange how still the air is here and the thermals are MASSIVE. I wish I'd brought my Ranger T1 with me, it would stay in the air for months 🤣🤣
Cheers Frank, Yes, I am 80% healed now and it will only get better. There is a place in this world for everyone and I truly believe that this is my place.
You don't need to find anywhere to stay over here, it really finds you. I'm now living in my own little bungalow and I couldn't be happier. I'll go over everything in a future video, it's hard to explain how to do things but you can find accommodation without reserving anywhere, you'll never be without a bed.
All the best Tony, appreciate your perspective, didn't know that the UK had gotten so bad, looks like you folks shot yourselves in the foot and then some! (The last part is figurative, I don't have any imagery in mind of what them some might constitute, adding a literally to further convey this)
We are our own worst nightmare mate. It's our own fault for saying "what can I do about it?" and then accepting it. If everyone stood together, it would be different but there is no "us" anymore, it's all about "them" and the money. Oh well, I'm happy 😁
I've had issues with my sciatic nerve, piriformis, SI joints and lumbar for a few years. I found a massage therapist that helped me greatly. I'm glad to hear you are doing so well.
I was very sceptical about every natural remedy but it does work and we're both living proof of it. My only niggle about it was the price in the UK - £65 for half an hour but over here, it's £6 for an hour.
Hopefully (and I mean this in the best possible way) you'll be more jealous when you see the places I'm going to visit, they're breath-taking but I've got a massive job ahead of me when I try to bring images to life.
As an expat for the last 25 years, I'm happy that you also managed to escape Plague Island and see that there is another world out there with better weather! I went back to UK for a week after Christmas, did 5700 km in a Tesla. It just rained and rained and rained!
The health service over here is superb and it puts the NHS to shame, it's more like a hotel with doctors in it. I'll go over it all when I've got all my facts straight and I've sorted my private health insurance but you wouldn't believe the price of going private.
Tony mate ! We've never met, but I'm fookin proud of you and so pleased that you've found some relief from the pain. Good on ya. Do you still have the same Email address ?
If you tell anyone this, a teddy bear will die..... I'm feeling quite emotional now mate, thank you! Yes, I'm still on the same email address but it might take me a while to respond because I have a lot of work to do.
It sounds like we have the tony we all knew you truly sound like a new person I can hear it in your voice your voice I am so so happy for you tony 👍👏👏👏👏👏
Cheers Dave, I am back and I am happy. I can't wait to get on that bike and head for the hills (quite literally). I do get emotional every now and then, thinking about what I left behind but it's history and it's all in the past. This is my life now and the world is much smaller than it used to be!
Wot is in the past is gone the main thing is you have moved on to a new happy life now life is for you to explore and enjoy ps make sure the lady's I sure you don't want to find a surprise 😂😂 as they say love you long time 😅😅😅
From what I've seen " the prettiest tend to have dangly bits!" isn't a lie 🤣🤣 Lyrics to an old song always ring in my ears now..... The bars are temples but their pearls ain't free You'll find a god in every golden cloister And if you're lucky, then the god's a she I can feel an angel sliding up to me 😁😁😁👍👍
No mate, I have a retirement visa which lasts 12 months. You can only do the border run once but you can request a further 30 days at immigration to give you a total of 90 days.
Well done Tony, you look and a sound a hell of a lot better. I came to Thailand 10 years ago for a holiday, I've been married to a Thai lady for 9 years and I have been living here on our farm in Sakon Nakhon for 2 years. Please when you go on your trip up north, come and visit our farm. My wife will make us the best fish and chips you have ever had. There is a temple near by sounds like Par Den, in my opinion it is the most butifull temple that I have ever seen. Whatever you do in Thailand, you will do it well.
Cheers mate, I'll definitely come and visit you. I really want to visit every province and see things that are way out of tourist places. Drop me an empty email mate - vortecks2000@gmail.com
There's always one. If it's any consolation, I can pick loads of faults with his/her grammar from a very short sentence (actually, it didn't even construct as a sentence). 🤣🤣
Glad it is working out for you Tony.Been a couple of times for a holiday and the people and places are amazing.Chiang Mai and Phuket are great.Enjoy the journey.
Cheers Jake, I appreciate it mate. Have you ever managed to describe this country or have you failed miserably and just told them to visit themselves? It doesn't matter how much you tell people, it's totally different when you see if for yourself.
My dad moved to Udon Thani and loved it. I had the Traditional Thai massage and from what i could gather some of it is imparting their muscular energy into your muscles, Good luck Tony
I hope you're Dad explored the real Thailand mate, I'm only showing the tourist parts at the moment but there's a whole different side to things which I'll show in the future. I had a massage the other day which bruised me, it was the best one yet 😁
@@Vortecks I got sick gastro & cptsd stuff and had a neck injury. Delays for years during which i wasn't getting support i should of. in the end i was supposed to be getting back some or all of it but it came in dribs and drabs and i was shorted about 6k in the end. I did have an idea to go off to thailand get the neck gastro teeth stuff sorted and a rebuild. I still see it as my last hope/best option. 😁 I have been out there before to phuket love riwai, nai harn and around there not as boisterous as up the west side of the island. that was some time ago now though.
What is that @ 11:47 ? Over to the right and in the distance. It looks like one of those flat top pyramids that are so old, they're covered in jungle. Any chance of checking it out at some point. I must say, you're selling Thailand to me. A mate of mine came pretty close to having his organs harvested over there though. Stay safe mate.
Before i realised i had arthritis in my spine, one day it was so bad i couldn't pick my daughter up out of her cot. Same day went for a vigorous Thai massage, got home and was doing star jumps. Loads of thai massage places in NL. When i was back in uk the only places i could find were all knocking shops
Chloe moved to Belgium in September mate, she moved in with her boyfriend which was my trigger for coming here really. I waited 16 years for her to come back into my life and now she's moved on, it's now my turn to explore the whole of this country single handed.
Well done Tony what a difference in you im 57 im i too old to go to a plce similar but a question how will you keep yourelf going will you try and get well enough to work i just to knowv how youl be able to live there mate any tips will be appreciated
Sorry it's taken so long to dig through the comments mate. I'm well enough to work now albeit I will be working full time on youtube. I could get a job teaching English now, but I am starting to tour soon. English teachers in a foreign country are easy to get and you don't need to speak any of the native language, the only downside is the pay which is usually very low. I've got to keep going for 10 years and then I can draw my pension.
Well done Tony m8, made the break. The UK has become such a depressing place ruined by commercial greed and greedy self serving spinless MPs....Thailand is the polar opposite, proud of their culture....🤔😏🇬🇧

You certainly will mate, this weekend you get 3 flights with the Mavic mini and when I come back from touring, I'm building a stupid fast scooter (Honda Click).
YEAH.... I'M BACK 😁😁😁 I've already gone deeply into the electric build things and it wouldn't work mate. With fuel being 80p a litre and LPG being 20p a litre, they'd be mad to sacrifice that for electric. Electric is 11p a unit so it's more cost effective to run a scooter at 120mpg. That doesn't mean I won't be building something in the future, though because I can move how I used to and ride what I want 😁😁😁
Tony, perhaps you have already covered it, but how much did you pay for your ADV 350? It would be interesting to see what the cost difference is compared to the UK...
One day in my life i woke up.. and even though i had literally everything any man could ever wish for i looked at the mirror and immediately knew how miserable i really am.. Later on my mom called me and offered that i visit Nicosia (where she left abroad to chase her career) and have a look at the Universities.. Why the hell not i said to myself?! So i broke up with all my girlfriends, packed up a weekly suitcase.. And i eneded up living there for ~14 years.. I found myself in this foreign culture and the person that looked back at me in the mirror is just a faint memory. I believe that the same is happening to you Tony, so brace yourself and enjoy the ride!
Hi, are you planning to do e bike repairs in Thailand? Interested to know are you on a tourist visa needing to go to the border or did you get a 1 year visa? Nong Kai is a great place, check out the temple there! Happy travels, stay safe.
I'm going to build the fastest electric scooter in Thailand when I come back from touring (starting in Chiang Rai). I can squeeze 45kW from a Honda Click I reckon. I've got a retirement visa so it's valid for 12 months.
I don't make money mate, I'm living off savings. I'll make a video about the price of things one day soon, it's not a very easy video to make because everyone is different but I can only go by my own lifestyle but this video may give you a bit of insight - ua-cam.com/video/83Q_7sOnDi4/v-deo.html. There are countless amount of videos which go through the cost of living here but I think they're all way off, it's cheaper than everyone makes out.
Nothing, I have sold all my belongings and I have retired - the cost of living is very low over here, I could rent a house for 12 months and it would cost less than a months rent on a small flat in the UK.
Yes mate, I'm trying to put something together now. It's not really an easy thing to do and I'm going to do it differently to everyone else, I'm not including rent on a property because it seems that every person who does these cost analysis videos, lives in 25k+ condos and I'm living here on a tight budget.
Yes, there are sometimes I look at things and there are a lot of similarities. It reminds me of the UK in the 80's where you were allowed to do things without worrying about what people thought.
Tony , you sound alive once again and labouring in pain like it has been for sometime now, it is exactly as you said why not Thailand, Thailand , its people and weather are conducive to your overall health and well being , in time you'll even fell your spirit lift and soul expand, I have a friend from Vancouver ,Canada who is a retired intensive car unit nurse of almost 30 yrs and the shit he went through on the job is everything you could imagine and more and the only way to survive for him was drugs and alcohol which messed with him terribly, he started going to Thailand for a month at a time, then turned it into 2 week stays 4 times a year, having 8 weeks holidays, the treatment he was able to get there to deal with the trauma he was going through for so many years has helped him turn his life around and has given up the drugs and booze , he just loves chasing those Thai women and i think he will be moving there in the not too distant future, glad to hear and see your doing so much better,Thailand and its people are good for your soul, all the best Tony 😎
Cheers mate, I appreciate that. I love hearing of success stories and I honestly think that Thailand is a success story in itself. As long as people stay away from the night life and women, it's a place to clean the soul and only good things come of it.
The world is in a messed up state right now - partly because we have leaders who don't lead, and those who can do good being silenced. The situation needs to improve. Glad to see that you have found a place where you can live better, live healthy and live happy. Always enjoyed your ebike videos from back in the day. Definitely tuning in to see your new bike adventures. Have an awesome 2024 mate 👍👍
Hi Tony, I've just found your channel and subscribed, I'm looking to retire and leave the uk in 18 months as it takes time to shut the business down. I to suffer with a bad back from a lifetime of hard work in engineering, and the uk weather along with what's happening to the uk is enough. It's a pity Western governments don't do as the Thailand government and work for the native population.
I presume you're looking at coming over here? I suffered for years mate, I looked at getting a Thai massage in the UK and they wanted £65 for half an hour. Over here, it's £6 for an hour and I can guarantee that you'll feel as high as a kite afterwards. You need to train your mind to relax every muscle, even though everything is telling you to tense up because it bloody hurts! If you get a choice, choose a male over a female, they really do get to the problem and fix it. Good luck and if you need any advice, I can give you my number 👍👍
Thailand is like a book..... I can tell you everything about it, but it's totally different if you read the book yourself. Everyone has to experience this country just once in their life, it changes you.....for the better.
Absolutely fantastic. You sound like a different person. You are a completely genuine, original person who has worked out a way to heal yourself whilst avoiding the damaging system here. I can feel the healing frequency doing it's work already. I can recommend a book called "The humming effect" by Jonathan Goldman and Andi Goldman. It has opened my mind and giving me solace. Also look into Solfeggio Frequencies. Just a thought 🧘♂️🙏😎
Cheers mate, I'll look into those books, thank you. The physical healing and metal rest that you get over here is quite overwhelming, it almost feels wrong because it's everything you've never experienced before. I'm not used to ordering something that used to take weeks and it comes the same day, I'm not used to asking someone to do something and it's done the same day, I'm not used to anywhere that feels like "tomorrow is fine" but it happens today. Thailand is impossible to explain, it's like reading a book, you can never explain it until you've read it yourself.
Tricky thing for some is how do we support ourselves while out there. Good to know these places exist though, it looks great. The warm weather and massage must be wonderful. I am sure you are wised up, but other people have to watch out for the Thai girls who take lots of money off us. Saying they need it for this and that emergency after winning us over is quite typical. But otherwise, what a place it looks to be, and great people generally. I've not been yet, would love to.
The reason you love Thailand so much is because it’s a different culture but if you’re born in Thailand you want to try different countries. Your savings must be dwindling away ?
I find the Thai culture a massive difference and it reminds me of the UK in the 80's - that's why I'm here mate. Yes, my savings are dwindling away but I'll be fine..... something will crop up.
@@Vortecks I also want to have my time to travel and to experience the beauty of a different country like Thailand but I also know that you need a place in the U.K. to go back to . That’s why I am putting up with the shit in the U.K. and working and saving . I know exactly where you are coming from and I respect you for your move but I want to be more prepared. Good luck 🤞
So glad to see you happy once again brother. And i totally agree with you, the UK is done and nothing more then a 3rd world dumping ground. Any chance of us seeing you do any sort of build videos? Maybe RC plane or are you done with all that? Never the less, i wish you all the best mate..🙏🏾👏🏽👊🏾
Cheers buddy, I appreciate that 😁 I'm not done with anything, I'll have to see how finances go and see what I can create from things that are produced here, anything made in Thailand is cheap, anything imported from another country is very expensive and that's the way it should be.
@@Vortecks Ok. Can't wait for one of your videos mate, learnt a lot from watching your channel. And hopefully you'll be able to get stuff cheaper out there..👊🏾
100% correct, the east is becoming a robotic submissive society run by a cruel and oppressive government. The west is still free and they refuse to adopt their ways because they still care about the people and they give back what they pay in.
whats funny to me is how clean it looks there and ya our govts in the west seemed to be intentionally destroying our Countries. how long til you get yourself a boat? if i remember correctly your father was into canal boating. i remember you saying that because i never heard of canal boats and thought it bizarre that you guys boated around the country in ditches basically. its exactly the pick me up you and your channel needed
A boat? Where I'm going I don't need canals (slight reflection on a 'back to the future' movie). The canals used to be littered with horses that towed the boats along which were usually full of coal and there's still signs of it now. I wish I'd covered more of the canals and the history behind them.
Why can't England be a happy and free place where the government is extremely small and only to provide help for the people? Something went horribly wrong after the forced wars.
I'm glad you asked that question because that is exactly what the UK was like. Thailand reminds me of the UK in the 80's where you're free to do what you want, when you want, with who you want and no one looks down on you for making a mistake. Everything is for the people, everything works much better than the UK and everyone is treated with total respect. The health service over here makes the NHS look like a joke. The hospitals are described as hotels with doctors in and the cost of private treatment is way below the funds you pay in national insurance every month but it's way above the treatment you get. e.g. I had a molar extraction and a crown redone on my front tooth - it cost me (including 2 x-rays) £320. They wanted £1350 just for the crown in the UK and then another £380 for an extraction and x-rays. Plus which, I hate dentists with a passion because they always inflict pain, over here there was zero pain, I felt nothing.
Fair play mate , Bloody sound move. We will all be expecting you to be Pumping out VLOGS on the Daily. I was there 20 years ago and loved it just because its so utterly different to the UK.
I wish I could explain this place to everyone but it's impossible. It doesn't matter how much I try to explain, it's totally different when you come over here. I wish there was just one word which would make everyone understand..... I think I'll have to invent a word now 😁
Can tell that its doing you loads of good tony by your voice mate . Youve got a bounce back in your voice 👍

Good on you mate. Live your best life.
I'm trying to mate and it's working well.
Great vid Tony, glad to see your on the mend. Keep the vids coming pal. Looking forward to the next one 😎
I'll keep them coming as long as people watch them mate 😁👍
Thai people and culture are amongst my favourites of this world, hands down.
Nice, im thinking the heat would be hardest for me on that kind of move ...ill have to be a nite owl over there...
Strangely, I could never stand the heat in the UK summer and I used to go out at 5am when it was cool.
Over here, I walk around in 39c heat with 85% humidity but the Thai people have it right, they spend all night on the beach and leave the heat to the tourists.
Really looking forward to seeing more of your adventures m8,I doff my cap in your direction in admiration, can we have a quick look around your chariot for us non motorbike people, also I think it would be very interesting in up and coming videos giving people an idea of cost of things and processes you had to go through
I know there’s probably plenty of videos showing this but nobody has your style of explanation and putting things across easily..be safe m8 and most of all…enjoy (from a grumpy jealous fart from 🇬🇧)
I'm just waiting for the final bits to arrive for the bike and then I'll do a video of everything.
Living the dream, Gud on ye man.👍
Being out of pain was certainly only a dream before I came here mate 😁👍👍
This brought a tear to my eye, happy tears ofcourse.
Seriously? When I watched the ending, it did it to me, too.
Plenty of flying weather now Tony....😏😀🇬🇧
Oh yes mate, it's quite strange how still the air is here and the thermals are MASSIVE. I wish I'd brought my Ranger T1 with me, it would stay in the air for months 🤣🤣
@@Vortecks Yeah, every day's a flying day....Watch yourself matey...🤔😏😀🇬🇧 Orrible weather here, of course..
Looks like you're partially healed already, I look forward to your future adventures as you settle in and recuperate in mind body and soul.
Good luck.
Cheers Frank,
Yes, I am 80% healed now and it will only get better. There is a place in this world for everyone and I truly believe that this is my place.
TONY that's great Ü sound Better/Happy. How did you manage to find a House and or where to stay?
I am so proud of you ❤
Why, thank you 😁
Nice to see you back Tony stay well buddy 😎🇬🇧🔧🛠️
I will mate, I will and it's nice to be back! 😁😁😁
Hi from Hednesford, you look really happy and well. I'm looking forward to this journey and can see it's an amazing place to live, very jealous 😊
Hopefully (and I mean this in the best possible way) you'll be more jealous when you see the places I'm going to visit, they're breath-taking but I've got a massive job ahead of me when I try to bring images to life.
Tony thialand is a magical place. Great to see your health returning to full strength. Looking forward to your uploads maximum 🙏 ✌️ 👊🏼
As an expat for the last 25 years, I'm happy that you also managed to escape Plague Island and see that there is another world out there with better weather!
I went back to UK for a week after Christmas, did 5700 km in a Tesla. It just rained and rained and rained!
And if you need medical treatment when you get older?
@@WELLBRAN Sorted. Have state and private insurance.
@@ahaveland but what is the health service like
The health service over here is superb and it puts the NHS to shame, it's more like a hotel with doctors in it. I'll go over it all when I've got all my facts straight and I've sorted my private health insurance but you wouldn't believe the price of going private.
Loving this Tony, your a man after my own heart. Wishing you all the best on your new journey.
"your a man after my own heart" sounds to me like you need to come here mate? It will change you, I can guarantee it!

I am happy mate. I believe that there's a place in the world for everyone, you just have to find it and now, I've found my place!
I hope you are feeling a lot better over there than back here.
Yes mate, both mentally and physically better 😁
Wow good luck mate I wish you all the best enjoy your life.
Cheers mate. I am enjoying life, it's something I should have done years ago.
Good choice to move there Tony. Happy for you.
Wot is in the past is gone the main thing is you have moved on to a new happy life now life is for you to explore and enjoy ps make sure the lady's I sure you don't want to find a surprise 😂😂 as they say love you long time 😅😅😅
Very good spirit to see you in. Just like the old days.

Yes mate, just like the old days..... I could go on..... I'd better not 🤣
Great to see you back, mate. Looking forward to future episodes! Take care, keep safe. Remember the prettiest tend to have dangly bits! 🤣👍
From what I've seen " the prettiest tend to have dangly bits!" isn't a lie 🤣🤣

And if you're lucky, then the god's a she

Glad your enjoying your move Tony, Do you have to leave Thailand every 90 days to renew your Visa ?
No mate, I have a retirement visa which lasts 12 months. You can only do the border run once but you can request a further 30 days at immigration to give you a total of 90 days.
Glad your a lot happier and you can hear it in your voice
I am much happier, mainly because I'm in no pain mate.
Great to see you're happy pal!
I am happy mate, very happy 😁

Wow you sound so happy
I am happier than I have been in decades :)
I had a massage the other day which bruised me, it was the best one yet 😁
glad to hear you sound more cheery :)
That voice will only get more cheery mate 😁
@@Vortecks I got sick gastro & cptsd stuff and had a neck injury. Delays for years during which i wasn't getting support i should of. in the end i was supposed to be getting back some or all of it but it came in dribs and drabs and i was shorted about 6k in the end. I did have an idea to go off to thailand get the neck gastro teeth stuff sorted and a rebuild. BRILLIANT .
Hi Tony it’s good to see you looking well mate sending a massive wave from cheslyn hay
Cheers Aaron, yes I'm very well and very happy. I've found my place in life and I'm finally enjoying things again 😁
I found a Thai massage place in Birmingham, they wanted £65 for half an hour! Over here, I have no pain or even discomfort as long as I keep them up.
Love to hear you doing well tony glad to see you are living the life you are happy with did Chloe go with you ?
Chloe moved to Belgium in September mate, she moved in with her boyfriend which was my trigger for coming here really. I waited 16 years for her to come back into my life and now she's moved on, it's now my turn to explore the whole of this country single handed.
@@Vortecks amazing what a lovely thing to hear glad she's doing well and you have jumped at the opportunity to live your life now

Sorry mate, I've just seen this comment 😒
The UK was once good, it's been ruined by the borders and f****** greedy rich wankers who don't give a flying f*** about the white man.
@@Vortecks Agreed, I despise them all. Liars, cheats, self serving bastards. To make things worse, the daft bastards are putting Labour back in power....I despair...Anyway, take care Tony M8...😏👍😀🇬🇧
Excellent (even though it’s the UK’s loss). Does this mean we’ll see building/flying videos again?
You certainly will mate, this weekend you get 3 flights with the Mavic mini and when I come back from touring, I'm building a stupid fast scooter (Honda Click).
He's back!
Now time to set up a little ebike shop and roll out a load of cheap 1kw ebike builds for the locals 😊
YEAH.... I'M BACK 😁😁😁
I've already gone deeply into the electric build things and it wouldn't work mate.
All your answers are here mate ua-cam.com/video/nDCP2DDodwo/v-deo.html
I know this is an old comment and I apologise for not replying.....
That's a very short and amazing story, thank you for sharing it mate :)
Whats the Motorcycle Bud ?
It's an ADV 350. I'm still waiting for parts to arrive and then I'll do a full tour of it.
Hi T...
Keep well !
Enjoy this new journey from baldie in the UK... ! i'm stuffing biscuits still!!!! 😂
Bloody biscuits? I'm suffering from chaffed jacobs because of the heat 🤣🤣
Hiya how do you make money to live there? Or do you live off savings?
How much do you need per month.
Sorry for the questions, its looks great there.
@ thanks. How much savings is needed, do you have enough to live off the interest or do you still need to dip into savings?
@@Vortecks also sorry. What visa do i need to get? Do you know what it costs and do i need to apply for the visa before setting off?
What will you do for work ?
Nothing, I have sold all my belongings and I have retired - the cost of living is very low over here, I could rent a house for 12 months and it would cost less than a months rent on a small flat in the UK.
Can you do a monthly budget video pls, thanks
Yes mate, I'm trying to put something together now. It's not really an easy thing to do and I'm going to do it differently to everyone else, I'm not including rent on a property because it seems that every person who does these cost analysis videos, lives in 25k+ condos and I'm living here on a tight budget.
Bet some of those roads made you think you're still in 'blighty'. 😁🖖
Yes, there are sometimes I look at things and there are a lot of similarities. It reminds me of the UK in the 80's where you were allowed to do things without worrying about what people thought.
So what's the law there on ebikes that are diy built?
Technically, there are no laws. If the police stop you, they fine you £2.20 and you're on your way again.
Good luck and if you need any advice, I can give you my number 👍👍
jesus christ your voice sounds so different now. you sound happy man, hope you're living it up over there
Thailand is like a book..... I can tell you everything about it, but it's totally different if you read the book yourself. Everyone has to experience this country just once in their life, it changes you.....for the better.
Gotta be better than the midlands. Lol
Urmmmmm yeah! 🤣
Thailand is impossible to explain, it's like reading a book, you can never explain it until you've read it yourself.
review Thai McDonalds? :P

Cheers buddy, I appreciate that 😁
I'm not done with anything, I'll have to see how finances go and see what I can create from things that are produced here, anything made in Thailand is cheap, anything imported from another country is very expensive and that's the way it should be.
@@Vortecks Ok. Can't wait for one of your videos mate, learnt a lot from watching your channel. And hopefully you'll be able to get stuff cheaper out there..👊🏾
West is becoming robotic...east is more of living more humanly way...
Food markets....parks ...temples... family....small towns...etc...
100% correct, the east is becoming a robotic submissive society run by a cruel and oppressive government. The west is still free and they refuse to adopt their ways because they still care about the people and they give back what they pay in.
I think your subs are going to fly up
I don't mind if they do but I don't care if they don't - I've gained 6 but lost 14..... who cares 😁
@@Vortecks too right life is too short to care
whats funny to me is how clean it looks there and ya our govts in the west seemed to be intentionally destroying our Countries. how long til you get yourself a boat? if i remember correctly your father was into canal boating. i remember you saying that because i never heard of canal boats and thought it bizarre that you guys boated around the country in ditches basically.
its exactly the pick me up you and your channel needed
A boat? Where I'm going I don't need canals (slight reflection on a 'back to the future' movie). The canals used to be littered with horses that towed the boats along which were usually full of coal and there's still signs of it now. I wish I'd covered more of the canals and the history behind them.
and the daughter?
The daughter is happily living in Belgium now. She moved there in September to be with her boyfriend.
Why can't England be a happy and free place where the government is extremely small and only to provide help for the people? Something went horribly wrong after the forced wars.
UK is the worst it has ever been since I was born 61 years ago, nothing works any more, infrastructure is falling apart and very costly to live
Pootie Tang ......cures all
Fair play mate , Bloody sound move.
