Makes me wonder if they need that big change to snap out of it before they come home. Goid luck Tony.
No disrespect mate but I'm never going back to the UK unless it's to visit. It was the UK that caused my depression and, as I said in the video, something had to change. Since I've been here, I haven't been depressed or felt anxious whatsoever. I should feel anxious or depressed because I have very little income, it certainly doesn't even cover the food costs and it's incredibly cheap to eat over here. It's the UK, it sapped all life out of me and I constantly felt like I was existing and not living. Mark my words, I will never go back to live there........

Sorry for the delay mate, I'm trawling through old messages and trying my hardest to keep up. Don't fear for your kid's future, this is the new 'good old days' and they'll remember this as the time when they had freedom. My journey has only just begun mate. I'm in Trat on the very most southern point of Thailand now, to my east is Cambodia which is 250m away and to my west is the gulf of Thailand which is also 200m away. Not many people know that Thailand is only 450m wide down here 😁
What do you recomend in keeping a uk address for important mail and keeping pensions satisfied that your still a uk resident , i could use my eldest sons address , ive heard about using a mailbox company,.cheers,.
I have been going to Thailand for the last 30 years , sometimes 5 times in one year. Now Thailand as cleaned itself up ten times in the last 20 years But the problem is it,s becoming more and more westernized. I just got back to uk literally 2 days ago and i,ve noticed that Thailand is not that far behind us anymore. Apart from the weather of course.
I haven't been here for long so I can't really comment about westernisation but I really hope that they resist the change. As you know, Thailand has an affect on people and it changes your outlook on life in general, if they adopt all the western ways, it'll be ruined.
Hear Hear . The miners were the last of our proud nation and they were shit on, from a great height. Anyone born after 1989 don’t even know they ever existed. Feel your pain because I also feel the same way. I sometimes questioned why I felt like this and put it down to a generation thing and would reminisce of listening to my grandparents telling about their days and what they had to endure during the war. But they wasn’t complaining, instead, what they were saying came from fonder memories of the past and now they were in the present there were things they wasn’t happy about, even though the country at the time was describing these changes as progress. Now I contemplate that maybe they had the foresight and could see the onset of where we are at present. Good luck for the future.
Cheer mate and I do apologise for the very extended delay in replying. I think we have generation depression when we reminisce about the good old days. These are the good old days for this generation when there was freedom to travel, freedom of speech and freedom to vote. This generation are going to be the last time that freedom will be a thing, I'm confident of that. I remember the miners well, bloody hard grafters and some of them hunched over from working with limited headroom. Gone are the days where men were men and women were women, it all adds up to generation depression mate. Thailand is like the UK was in the 80's where common sense prevails and you take risks but the outcome is your own fault if it goes wrong. Since I moved here, I've forgotten the UK completely, I don't watch anything that the UK spews out and I don't care about it anymore, it's been ruined by greedy political narcissists.
Sorry for the delay mate, it's been bloody hectic! Yeah, I forgot to put the squeaks in this one, I was rushed in editing it and it's always the last thing I do.
Congradulations, some places are just toxic, destroying your soul. It is good to get out while you can. My example is California, I'm much happier and healthier after leaving. There are some things I do that i really can't do outside of the US so I'm just in another state but it feels like half way around the world to me. Stay happy and try to get back to your hobbies and anything that you couldn't do in England!
Now it's been 3 months, I can honestly say that this was the best move I've EVER made mate. I say this to everybody...... come and join me for one week, it'll change your life forever.
i love laos, very gentle, humble people, almost innocent spirit people. I hope it continues not to be popular tourist spot, i hate for it to be ruined by mass tourism and mass garbage.
Sorry for the delay mate, it's been rather hectic. I'm in to my 3rd month and the pains are getting few and far between now, I'll give it another 3 months before I run a marathon though.
Interesting opening. I am currently selling everything off as well. But I don't really know why, except I am being kicked out of my flat again and I'm just sick of carting everything around (4 moves in 4 years). I'm sick of this shit hole. You are saying the things that are on my mind and I dare say on a lot of men's minds. Thailand you say.hmm... not for me I think. Good luck Tony, I'll be following suit soon, one way or another. London is certainly Done. I'm looking at Wales. But I'm not sure.
Tony, I’ve been to Thailand many times and has a lot going for it. But BEWARD those girls or just 1 girl will empty your bank account quicker than you could imagine, and you probably won’t realise it’s happening because you have fallen for her. There are 1000s of stories of westerners getting caught by this. Knowledge is key and as long as you are aware of those risks and remain in control of your money you will be better off and glad you made the change. Good luck mate , I wish you the happiness you deserve, you’re a great bloke
Don't worry mate, I'm more educated on Thailand than most people who come here every year. No woman is taking a penny off me without me knowing because I'm not getting involved.
Excellent analysis of what is going on. The carpetbaggers who since 1997 have connived their way into power in the UK have created a very depressing outlook for the indigenous population and the only ones not affected are those who haven't yet realised what is being done to them.
Just started watching your videos. I'm currently working in the US and so far loving being away and don't plan to return to the UK unless I have to. For me I think the UK's decline started with the Blair government and it's gotten worse steadily ever since. Good luck with your new life!
Well said, very true and wise words, i'm following in your footsteps , i hate what the uk has become , even if all the bad shit could be reversed (which it never will) it would take decades to get there, as we all know reversing is always slower than going forwards,. I'm 70 now and just existing in the uk, when i'm in thailand i'm living, i'm so looking forward to be rid of my mortgauge , council tax, electric and gas charges, water rates, internet, car tax and insurance, extortionist food and shopping costs, pot holed roads, home insurance, tv license, a dysfunctional nhs and dental service, and the local council now wants us to pay £50+ p/year to empty our green waste bins, plus make appointments to visit the tip, !, ffs,.
The state of the UK is an absolute disgrace mate. One thing I actually considered is going to France, throwing away all my identity and going back on a dinghy. I remember in the 80's when things were so much simpler and we had a very good functioning NHS but the country has been swamped and the system cannot function anymore. You also forgot to include the loss of winter payment for pensioners and the forthcoming budget which may include means testing for state pension.
Just discovered your videos and have subscribed. Great move leaving the utter shithole that the UK has become. UK, "UNITED Kingdom. What a joke that is.
It's certainly changed from what it was mate. The changes are happening exponentially now and I will give it another 4 years before the place implodes, it can't keep going the way it's going and it'll take someone with big balls to bring it back on track (neither of the main parties have any balls).
Tell me about it. Since the Great Scam, my life has been turned upside down. Two whole years worth of weddings given replacement dates (I ahoot photo and video), then they all came at once for 15 months straight. Buried in editing. Repetitive strain in my hands and wrists, can’t play piano for long, lost £150k in bookings from all the free dates. Gov ended my mum June 2020 from medical abandonment due to ‘empty hospitals’. Stress through the roof. Professional reputation damaged.
Congrats tony you changed so much from the first part of the video being in the UK to then living it up in thailand. With you being so close to china it will be quick and easy getting all your EV stuff and perfect to start a business selling it aswell
Tony has just said what a lot of people are thinking, I would leave in a heart beat but circumstances will just not allow that. All the best mate and don't trust the Monkeys 🤣
David, I've been trawling through the comments to find your message. I wanted to get in touch with you because I'd love to visit people already over here who live in more rural parts. Next month, I'll be heading to Chiang Rai and slowly working my way down, when I get closer to you, I'd live to come and visit. Tony
We have the same issue here in the usa....nurses and doctors just look st you like a burden, talk behind your back and just be mean. Its not safe or loving for care....they just look at you like your crazy we know whats wrong with you, not you. Money wasted on wrong prescriptions...drug stores closing its a shit show.. but wow Thailand 😂 go tony go get better man 😂 that ending was hilarious
This is the thing, it's much more profitable for everyone (except you) if you keep coming back and everyone in the care profession knows it. At one point, I got sick of feeling sick after they put me on opiates which took me months to come off them. Now I'm free of the corporate BS, I feel much better in myself which, in itself, is a major step towards recovery 😁
It's actually a life choice. Since I moved here, I've not once suffered with depressions or anxiety. Don't get me wrong, I've been anxious about a fair few things but never on the scale I had in the UK.
Hope you get well. Jesus is the way the truth and the life. As long as you do life Gods way power to ya. Seen some disturbing images in so called paradise. Sin seems good for a season. Sin leads to destruction. I found out the hard way. Your right. The world is in a steady rate of decay. But keep on a strait and narrow path and you'll be ok.

Well done Tony I've been following you for years and this videos at the end was just amazing seeing the Tony coming back we all love to see. Getting back to enjoying life on this great planet earth. Looks like we are all in for some great adventures with you brilliant.
It's been 3 months now mate, I do apologise for my tardiness in replying but it's been hectic.
I'm still loving this country and everything about it. I haven't found these rose tinted spectacles that so many people have talked about, I think they must have mistaken me for some uneducated tosser who hasn't got a clue how to do his homework before jumping 🤣
Woww tony that was a very very big suprise you have to follow your dreams and wot makes you happy good luck with your new life keep us updated all the best Tony 👍👏👏👏👏👏
Wow the ending with the perfectly timed music the girls and all is just perfect, hahaha enjoy mate
Well this got interesting.
I have a few mates who have also been on the sick with back problems and ended up with depression.
And its amazing how going traveling is the solution to the back back and depression for a few years.
That might sound snarky but I mean it.
@@Vortecks non taken.
If your in a rut whatever it takes to get out of it.
And if your happy there and the locals don't mind you being there, it's all good.
Just don't become the white amhed from Birmingham.
You are on your Spiritual path Tony and you have waited so long. keep your head up high and bless your new friends with your Awesome character. PS Thank you for the reply on the last video 🏝
Brave move mate. Hope it works out for you
3:21 I feel like you are talking about Germany right there...
You speak out of the hearts of many people around the world there!
Thank you! You are a great inspiration.
Actually build my first E- Bike with your videos :)
Good luck with all you do Tony 🇬🇧👍🤠
I don't need luck where I'm going mate 😁🤣👍
Can't agree more with everything you say. Sadly I'm stuck here because my kids are young. I fear for their future. Sorry I never got to meet you in person Tony but very best of luck for the future.
Sorry for the delay mate, I'm trawling through old messages and trying my hardest to keep up.
Don't fear for your kid's future, this is the new 'good old days' and they'll remember this as the time when they had freedom. The future will become their normality, just like normality is for us today.
Yeah, there are a lot of people I wish I'd met and you are definitely one of them but sadly, I couldn't divulge my plans due to circumstances or I'd have planned a big departure gathering.
Actually, when I come over to the UK to visit....... 😁😁😁
Way to GO Tony !!! Good luck to Ü I've thought about doing the same. Phillipines Ecuador or Panama ?
Philippines for me mate, it's much cheaper and the other 2 have a widespread crime problem.
Glad you seem to be on the Path to better head space Find what ya like and go for it. Gl Tony
Good Luck mate there is certainly some true words in what oyu said about "our western" society and how it went down the drain.
Bless you Tony 🙏
Take the best of care 👏
Well done mate!
Good luck Tony. Love your journey🚀
My journey has only just begun mate. I'm in Trat on the very most southern point of Thailand now, to my east is Cambodia which is 250m away and to my west is the gulf of Thailand which is also 200m away. Not many people know that Thailand is only 450m wide down here 😁
A change is as good as à rest x
Good luck mate, wishing you the best!
Good luck with your new life mate and please keep making the videos :)
Fairplay to you Tony good luck brother 👊
Cheers buddy and I'm sorry for the delay, it's been a hectic 3 months.
What do you recomend in keeping a uk address for important mail and keeping pensions satisfied that your still a uk resident , i could use my eldest sons address , ive heard about using a mailbox company,.cheers,.
Yes, it's a good idea to keep a UK address for bank accounts and pensions, I haven't cut all ties with the UK because it does have its benefits.
I have been going to Thailand for the last 30 years , sometimes 5 times in one year. Now Thailand as cleaned itself up ten times in the last 20 years But the problem is it,s becoming more
and more westernized.
Hope you enjoy yourself. Poverty tourism funded by 1st world capitalism isn't my idea of a great idea, but if it works, good luck.
Live and let live
Im so so happy for you pal ❤
The UK is finished.
I'll second that mate :(
It is mate!
I’ve emigrated to Thailand…get out while you can.
Loved the contrast at the end of the video!
Nice one bud ,wish you all the best .and get those bleeps back in
Sorry for the delay mate, it's been bloody hectic!
Looks like Thailand to me Tony....Just the UK weather alone is enough to make me want to leave....😮😳🇬🇧
U a star cannot wait u tuning scooters in Thailand and these turnbo V8 flat boats 🎉❤😂😅😊
I see a 55kw scooter coming on (something that started life as a 125cc) 😁😁😁

That sounded like i was talking,Tony.
Thanks for sharing what most Brits think.
Dont forget to wear your Wellies in your new Hedonistic Home.
Now it's been 3 months, I can honestly say that this was the best move I've EVER made mate. I say this to everybody...... come and join me for one week, it'll change your life forever.
Good for you mate .
Chuffed you are happier 👍
Was you eating biscuits in that clip....😂😂😂
Go for it Tony... Goid for you 👍👍👍
some crap here in Canada, got about 3 more years before im free
i love laos, very gentle, humble people, almost innocent spirit people. I hope it continues not to be popular tourist spot, i hate for it to be ruined by mass tourism and mass garbage.
Have u actually left UK T if so hope its somewhere hot
Watch till the end, what are you even commenting on

Yes mate, I've left the UK for good.

It looks like a trend 😉
bloody brilliant enjoy yourself imagine the climate might be better for you aswell.
No woman is taking a penny off me without me knowing because I'm not getting involved.
well said chap 👍👍😁
Excellent analysis of what is going on. The carpetbaggers who since 1997 have connived their way into power in the UK have created a very depressing outlook for the indigenous population and the only ones not affected are those who haven't yet realised what is being done to them.
Yours is a better analysis than mine, if only I'd thought my words through.....
You go for it lad! Enjoy your life till it ends and bollocks to those who go 'boo hoo'. 😎🖖
Cheers mate, it's been 3 months and I'm loving it more and more as the days go on 😁😁😁
Nice. 😁 Live your life.
Congrats on the big move
Just started watching your videos. I'm currently working in the US and so far loving being away and don't plan to return to the UK unless I have to. For me I think the UK's decline started with the Blair government and it's gotten worse steadily ever since. Good luck with your new life!
Cheers mate and yes, you're correct about the Blair era. I'm done with the UK now, especially now I've lived here for 10 months.
Good points, being open to change is a key driver. The end of the video you sound like old Tony. 100% the monkey was gonna mug you. I come visit 🎉🎉🎉
"It's got f***in' big teeth!!" 🙊😂😂. Good luck to ya fella 👍🏻
lol, this channel’s taken an unexpected turn 😂👊
Yup....but I will continue where I left off. I am no longer limited by anything!
Mate your the1st guy av ever loved im not gay by the way just love your vids man dont be a stranger this jock loves you in scotland
Love from a Scotts man? I am very honoured mate :)
💯 also the weather 😢
Oh yes, the weather is a fantastic healer of many an ailment.
Congrats tony you changed so much from the first part of the video being in the UK to then living it up in thailand. With you being so close to china it will be quick and easy getting all your EV stuff and perfect to start a business selling it aswell
same situation in the U.S.
Hope it works out for ya
It already is mate.
Fruten Fraten brother 👍
this is how you do mental health, not fistfuls of pills.
Tony has just said what a lot of people are thinking, I would leave in a heart beat but circumstances will just not allow that.
All the best mate and don't trust the Monkeys 🤣
Circumstances can be changed if you want something enough mate.
Be carefull out there mate.. Dont believe them when they say 'I love you long time' 😰😷
Don't worry mate, my money is my money and no one else's.
❤👍👍👍👌🥳🥳🥳
All the best Tony. Look after yourself.
Lets effing go m8 !!!
How did I miss this comment, sorry mate I'm just catching up with everyone's kind words so thank you 😁
Come and visit me and my lovely lady in Sakhon Nakhon.
David, I've been trawling through the comments to find your message. I wanted to get in touch with you because I'd love to visit people already over here who live in more rural parts. Next month, I'll be heading to Chiang Rai and slowly working my way down, when I get closer to you, I'd live to come and visit.
Tony
Thialand 🎉
2 family members have gone there and its always its amazing out here the rules of road are what rules within reason and the people are welcoming.
What happened to your wife?
Long story mate, I'll tell it one day but it was 14 years ago.
Weird how a lot of your arguments about the state of the country are very similar to a lot of republicans here in California
Good on you - to mis-quote George Orwell 1984 - and the UK - imagine your future - a jack boot stamping on your face - for ever....
I never did understand that quote, it's a bit harsh 🤣
Get your testosterone levels checked. It’s a massive cause of depression in older men. Male menopause is a thing
Surrounds himself with loads of young women and feels better.. Yeap think you've nailed it.
@@TheWebstaff Yes was thinking the same. It’s environment
It's actually a life choice. Since I moved here, I've not once suffered with depressions or anxiety. Don't get me wrong, I've been anxious about a fair few things but never on the scale I had in the UK.
All that money pouring into the EU, could've been spent on the NHS instead! #biggestlieever
With proper, careful management and a love for the country, it could have been a great Britain but not anymore, it's all gone now mate.
Got any spare rooms for the rest of us wanting to escape the invasion 😀
Actually, yes. When I come back from touring, I'll have a spare room for anyone who wants to visit.
