What is Lima-Kaki?

The Five Foot Way or Lima Kaki is the walkway in front of old shop houses in Penang and other parts of Malaysia. It is interesting to walk through them, especially in Penang. Not only are you sheltered from the sun and rain, you'll find interesting sights and sounds.

It is not Lima kaki but it is called kaki Lima meaning passage way or side-walks.
