I’m really lazy when it comes to stretching/recovering, but last night I did one of your foam rolling videos and it reminded me how I lowkey love it! Everyone don’t skip foam rolling, it’s basically a well needed self massage 😄

I never thought about using a foam roller before working out. I will have to try that. I am quite the fan of foam rolling. I use my foam roller all the time! Eventually I had to get another one with a plastic core because I had developed more muscles, thanks to Sydney and her workouts! My original foam roller was not giving me the relief I needed. If you have never done this, it is a minimal investment. Try the foam roller workouts on her channel and you will be amazed at how great you feel afterward!
Sorry so long . Hi iv tried a couple off these youtibe workouts and love them ! I dont know where to start theres so many on the youtibe page to start haha and i have 50 pound sto loose a mommy tummy and big legs and arms i was to slim and keep muscle will these montlhy workout help loose this fat and weight and get stronger also or do i need to do more hitt cardio ..and obv my food intake and what i eat matters alot .but im just lost .. i was doing this other program i liked using bands step dumbells bodyweight ect but some weeks there was like 2 days with dumbells and another week just bodyweight .. i keep seeing do heavy weights and sets but i cant seem to figure it out on my own .. i just dont know if that type of program was progressing or if it mattered gow many times they incuded weights . ..and now im being told to loose weight and tone i need todo more light weights high reps ..any info would be healthfull ! And congrats on the sweet baby Ari !!hes a blessing 😊 Sydney Cummings Fans ?
The good thing about the foam rollers is that you can always adjust to a way that works for you. Laying on your back and just bridging your hips up, laying the foam roller on your quads you can support yourself on your forearms, etc.! If it all hurts, start by keeping your body weight on the floor and laying your back on top or using your legs to help with quads!

Amazon has foam rollers that are inexpensive. Start with a foam one, not one with a plastic core.
