As a runner who is training for a marathon, these foam rollers ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx9XSsjzA4f84VmhBCHlyhec7XILIxennL are really good for sore and tight muscles. This one is a good size (mine is the purple, 36 inches) not too big but big enough to work and roll both my legs at the same time - I took a photo holding the roller next to me just to provide a better representation of its size. I noticed some reviewers who complained that this is, “just a foam noodle”… and yes, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a high density foam roller. It is absolutely NOT the same consistency/strength/durability/ or texture as a ‘pool noodle’ thought and I disagree entirely with those that say so. As a former collegiate athlete and marathon runner, I’m comfortably giving this roller 5 stars. It’s lightweight and durable and does just what I need it to do at a budget-friendly price. Overall, I have no complaints and am happy with it!

I literally bought the middle one, but the version cut in half so I could lay on it without it rolling as I stretch my back and shoulders because I work on the computer all day. This video came right on time.

Ma'am good evening from India. I can relate to this as my granny has the same issue. Well, here's how we fixed it:
1- We got her diet on check. Alcohol needs to stop. Drink a lot of water and have enough protein and sufficient carbs in your diet. Don't skip carbs. Diet is important as 70% of athleticism and muscle comes from what you eat (Not a scientifically accurate number but it's a basic advice for beginners) and the rest 30% is your training.
2- Don't walk to the point where it hurts your knees and you can't wake up the next day. Go little by little and eventually increase the distance.
3- Don't measure you calories. Yes, don't. For someone who is having trouble as you, if I said track calories etc. it would become hectic. Just watch "Athleanx Jeff Diet" videos on youtube and you'll eventually get a hold on food habits.
Last but not the least, if you are going to a gym, there are certain exercises you should not be doing. I'll wait for a reply.

I'm in the same boat but dreaded using a cane. Without some support my hips get stuck. Purely by accident, pushing a groc cart, I realized that for whatever reason it made it easier, non problematic. However can't push a groc cart all over town. I ended up using a bamboo stick I purchased at Michaels crafts for something else. It gives my enough support. However I'm going to look into trying a ' walking stick ' as as well. I've seen many older folks use just one or both. They are sold at Dicks, Target online. Best of luck! 🌺

Well, since we are public..why not get stupid. You had a bladder incontinence, discussion recently, but you didn't discuss slipped vertebrae, slipped Sacro and hips and the debilitating lifestyle that results from flooding, not leaking. This has little to do with the pelvic floor. Dr. John Berg has a nice video, although somewhat old and outdated info. I've been subscribed to him for years before meeting you two. Wouldn't it be cool if you three could collaborate?
