Wow. I just tried this out and the pain in the tight spots made me feel sick. Like, needing to vomit. And I thought "what's wrong with me, this is just a bit of pressure, how tight are my muscles??" but I held the pressure, and after 20-30 seconds the pain went away. I needed this video so bad. And I need to repeat it regularly. Especially the last part opened up my shoulders like nothing else I've tried. Thank you for this amazing video!

@@SanneVloet I’ve been to a physiotherapist and she told me I’m not aligned after slipping my lower back disk playing Squash four years ago. Ive done your stretching for the past couple of days and it made me so sore and I had all these points all over my body. I’m thinking it’s because I have areas I’ve never stretched before. I’ve started running 4K and resistance training so this will be a godsend and hopefully I won’t have to see a physiotherapist too often . Thanks again…🙌🏻
Very nice and relaxing workout with the roller. You always looking excellent doing your best workout great form at that. I love it! Um what kind of roller is that you have and what's in the inside of it? I really need one of those for my back, I get so stiff and it's hard to maneuver in ways. Lower half of my body won't bend so sometimes I wish I had someone here to help me with exercise.. and would like to try a video like zoom or something when we can see each other. Plus I wouldn't mind doing a workout video with the person like you did with your lady friend.. free of charge your one of the best workout people out there.. much luv to you Hun. 🌺😘💞
Okay so this video is amazing!! (halfway through) 11:30 just from the visual, it seems to me that bringing your arms further backwards and letting your spine (upper body) curve such that your pony hangs above your glutes, Yea Sanne, I feel would deepen the stretch even more.
This video inspired me to als try this EVERY DAY consistently. What foam would you recommend sanne? I have reuma and raynaulds syndrome and I think this would really help with my pains.
