Thanks! We had fault codes on our truck that pointed us to Delta P... ECU 128 PID 411 FAIL 13. We followed your instructions and we are back on the road. Luckily it was clogged up, and not a bad sensor, will still replace sensor at next chance we get just in case. Stuck at Loves Comfort TX for more than 24hrs!

I keep a gun cleaning kit in my toolbox. The brass brushes work great for cleaning ports.

I usually remov n clean the Dozing inj. N port as well, then use compressed air at the delta port

I have a 2014 Freightliner Cascadia , has the fault code for spn 411. I tried cleaning the delta P sensor port, but my pipe cleaning stick will go about an 1 thru the port. Does this mean the port is really clogged? I tried using the metal stick to poke thru the ports but it won’t go thru. I saw how you clean your port and you get that pipe clean stick right thru the port without any problem. I don’t understand why I can’t get it to go all the way through. What should I do?

Keep trying and remember to go in at an angle. The ports are not straight down

Not saying this doesn't work for now but per Detroit you are not to clean it, you are to replace it because it has a nonstick coating in it. And your surging idle is your quantity control valve. And is your other truck a cummins? If it is then yes cummins says clean the port. It's not a venturi tube.

Thanks for making this video. It looked as if there was a seal or a ring that sat in between it. Is that correct? If so is that something you can buy separate from freightliner if you lose it or if it breaks?

yes there are 2 o rings. I am sure they make them never checked into it before.

Jim McLeod I have 2013 peteebilt 386 I get it light on after search fault said EGR delta pressure I change put I. The new one But I have light on say same thing like before but I’m not cleaning inside the port I’m a must clean to go out the light ?

I keep getting the out of calibration code and low pressure low code. I changed the sensor and pigtail and did the calibration. I tried to stick pipe brush down the holes and it wouldn't go in more than an inch or so, definitely not the way yours went down. Is there a way to clean the pipe or do I just change it? I have been out of service for 2months bc no shop could figure out why I'm losing power and that egr delta pressure sensor is the only code that comes up. Please help 🙏🏽 any advice

2013. But Cummins also has a delta port as Well. It's pretty much the same device.
