- These are your GO TO exercises to have an easy delivery and labor. Do them daily to move baby into an optimal position, to engage baby lower in the pelvis, and to open the pelvic floor. I did this set of exercises every day until I went into labor and had a quick, easy, and empowering birth.
If you miss one day, do the sequence the next day.

Just want to ask. If your baby is in the best position already and you do the exercise for breech ones would that do anything with already perfect position ?
is it okay to start at 33 wks? my baby is already in position
