    This is such an effective, very non-intimidating, everyday routine. I am 32 weeks pregnant now and really enjoying these stretches. Thank you Bridget and also congratulations on your new baby!

    Hi. Can I do these exercises , I have a low lying placenta. I am 21 weeks.
