Started doing your workout videos almost a year ago when a friend told me about you. I have lost 20 lbs. and my blood work highs have dropped. My doctor is so pleased, she asked me what I'm doing. When I said smart eating and a fabulous exercise routine, she asked me about it and said she was going to check it out. She knows how much I hated working out so was amazed I found something I liked and worked. I am 62 years old and feel great!! Thanks for sharing your workouts with us!
My first time with this one, I loved it but I’m 76 so maybe 20 min would be better- I made it through and it went quickly because of your cute little dog- I loved watching him- my dogs do the same things when I’m exercising!

While I'm at it, I want to say that I love that you give reminders about proper form like sucking in your stomach, keeping your arms strong, and the like. Kudos!

I would like to thank you for all the videos - it’s been a rough 1 yr but I am down 100 lbs thanks to your videos mixed with my healthy eating and I am 30 lbs to my goal weight! My middle daughter told me about your videos and I started real slow 5 min then 10-15 min workouts 3 x week then the other 2 days eventually added sitting abs and now I do 30 min 5 days a week and I incorporate weights in the walking portion on all your videos. Thanks for everything and I will continue to do all your various exercises from now on. Here is a before and after pic of me I wanted to share with you and hope it inspires people as well! You all can do it! I did 😊

Wonderful workout, Schellea. I’m 65 and doing your workouts regularly. I pause this video in a few places for a longer walk to keep my heart rate in the range I like, but I have completed this workout three times now and I like it better each time. A million thankyou’s!
I’ve been doing 15 min of regular aerobic exercises & since I’m in my 50’s I’ve been doing 15 min of balance exercises I did this one for 15 min & I will do the rest tomorrow It got my heart pumping I love how your puppy wants to join in & play So cute

After five days of following my excercise plan usually Saturday and Sunday are off. But sometimes I feel like doing a walking excercise with you would be just fine and afterwards I feel exhausted but my spirit is uplifted and I start my day smiling. Thanks Schellea for your wonderful work.

Hi, I have been working out for about two years now i do four days a week, my age is 73 i started doing your videos about four months ago the only things I’m unable to do on your videos is when you twist and turn on your feet also jumping jacks(as i have a knee replacement on my left knee), I love your workouts. personally i think i like your video that uses weights the best i have done the one that you do several sets in thirty minutes it really gives my me a feel good work out .
I have never smiled so much in a workout as I did once your sweet pup joined the show. He is totally precious and entertaining and made the workout go by even faster. And it was so gratifying to see you pick him up and give him some loves at the end. Perfect! Great workout! Thank you as always for your enthusiasm and inspiration from this 75 year old!

So I've been walking the last 6 weeks 5 times a week for 1r 20m,I eat healthy don't drink alcohol "only on hols" and I haven't lost inches or weight,I go on hol in 3wks just wanted to feel comfy,I'm 64 so hard to lose weight,so for the next 3weeks I'm doing your excercises aswell. I'll let you know how I get on. Brilliant channel by the way,and you do look absolutely fabulous.
That was great- I first did my laps at the local pool , then weights and topped off with this amazing class so burnt almost 550 calories altogether. This workout alone was 240 calories. Love, love, ❤ time for breaky!
really enjoy the exercises you do, because i do several different belly fat, and including bat wings, and breast lift and another 30 min exercise and then the stretch, since ive done these i have notice a difference, like the strengthen legs routine, my arms feel stronger doing all the exercises thankyou

Hello everybody I came back to this workout and it alot but it's well worth it. FYI it helps period cramps any exercise. So I don't stop exercising when it comes on. I'm 51 I still get my monthly. A full on not going thru menopause as of yet. I am tired sweaty but guppy and energetic. So thank you.

Hi, I have been working out for about two years now i do four days a week, my age is 73 i started doing your videos about four months ago the only things I’m unable to do on your videos is when you twist and turn on your feet also jumping jacks(as i have a knee replacement on my left knee), I love your workouts. personally i think i like your video that uses weights the best i have done the one that you do several sets in thirty minutes it really gives my me a feel good work out

I have never smiled so much in a workout as I did once your sweet pup joined the show. He is totally precious and entertaining and made the workout go by even faster. And it was so gratifying to see you pick him up and give him some loves at the end. Perfect! Great workout! Thank you as always for your enthusiasm and inspiration from this 75 year old!

I have just discovered you .I do jazzercise daily but have hurt my back so just getting back into exercising and I am finding your routines so durable and yet I am sweating and out of breath ,I have passed them on to a few of my friends too. So I've been walking the last 6 weeks 5 times a week for 1r 20m,I eat healthy don't drink alcohol "only on hols" and I haven't lost inches or weight,I go on hol in 3wks just wanted to feel comfy,I'm 64 so hard to lose weight,so for the next 3weeks I'm doing your excercises aswell. I'll let you know how I get on. Brilliant channel by the way,and you do look absolutely fabulous.

That was great- I first did my laps at the local pool , then weights and topped off with this amazing class so burnt almost 550 calories altogether. This workout alone was 240 calories. Love, love, ❤ time for breaky!
really enjoy the exercises you do, because i do several different belly fat, and including bat wings, and breast lift and another 30 min exercise and then the stretch, since ive done these i have notice a difference, like the strengthen legs routine, my arms feel stronger doing all the exercises thankyou

Hello everybody I came back to this workout and it alot but it's well worth it. FYI it helps period cramps any exercise. So I don't stop exercising when it comes on. I'm 51 I still get my monthly. A full on not going thru menopause as of yet. I am tired sweaty but guppy and energetic. So thank you.
