    Thank you Shellea. I started exercising with u 6 month ago. At my 63, I was feeling like a physical and emotional wreck when started. Now 6 month later and 14 kg lighter I feel great. You have been my motivation and I'm so grateful to you. Keep doing what you are doing, its FABULOUS.

    I am a guy over 55 and found this workout really pushed me to do more. I used a lot less weights and paced myself but was engaged. I have built up to be able to do this workout. I feel good. Thank you.

    I have not worked out in a month due to pneumonia. How amazing this was the one I picked to start back up. "Where your thoughts go your energy flows."     Your workouts have been exactly what I needed. I'm only in my early 30s and have struggled for years with my strength and weight. Turns out I was doing the wrong kind of workouts for my body. My body just can't handle the tear and repair and I was always soo sore that I couldn't keep up a consistent routine and my weight would go up instead of down. Your workouts are so gentle that I don't hurt during or after while still being challenging enough to get my heart rate up. I've only been using your videos for a week and a half and I'm already down 10 lbs! Thank you!!

    As with many due to the pandemic at 69 I lost my job and put on weight. I found you and I admit worked out at first occasionally and only for 5 to 10 minute videos. In the last couple of weeks I have added more and 15 and 20 minute workouts. Today, I saw this workout. You were absolutely right... started out as a 1 I feel like a 10. Thanks you!!

    Hi everyone, I really enjoyed this workout, have been following Fabulous 50,s for a few weeks and really enjoying it. I have worked up to 10, 000 steps a day. Shellea's positive and friendly outlook, sets me up for my day. I was a bit flat this morning, been great all week, however today, just felt I needed a pick me up.     Started this workout feeling a bit "meh" about myself but I gradually started feeling a lot more "yeh!" As this workout went on. A fab all allrounder and also a great way to get some of that step count in for the day. I didn't have my 1kg dumbbells today but still felt the affects of this. Excited to try this with dumbbells next time around! Stay strong and fabulous! ❤😁👊

    Hi Shelley! Your workouts are just what I need. I am a dancer and got out of shape during lockdown. Subsequently, I developed back pain and weight gain. I am feeling energized after this. I need a boost of energy and increased metabolism .....This was Perfect! Thank you so much!

    Shellea, I found you at a low time in my life! I’m 54 and I had kinda just given up on myself. Then I ran across you on you tube and thought why not try it. It made me feel so good to do something for myself and know I can do these exercises they’re not too hard due to my bad back. I started eating healthy and I’m down almost 20 lbs ! And I feel so much better!THANK YOU ! And thank you for cheering us along !

    Being in Perth and just emerging from our lockdown again I feel for you all. But in saying that I know that you guys will do the right thing and before you know it you will be out and about enjoying life in its new form.     Oh, my, the lockdown! So far in Texas we are open for business but my memories of last year's lockdown does make me sympathize with you and your country. Love all the moves in this program today, because they are varied and the songs are uplifting as well. At 72 years old, I am easily doing these moves in my very small office, and what I mean by small is 4 1/2 feet wide, 6 ft long and 5 ft high to the ceiling fan. In order to exercise in this space, I often have to change directions so I am not viewing you on my small computer screen. Because my eyes are not on you, PLEASE put in the count down sound that you have on your other exercise programs. The sound warns me that time is up and you are beginning another move. I have often found that I am still on the previous movement, and you have already gone on to the next exercise. I sometimes miss your instructions because I am distracted by the lovely music or thinking about keeping my abs in or focusing on doing strong arms and etc. So please put the warning sound back into the programs. I have worked with you almost every day for the last 3 years, and I see my body improving. Thank you.

      I like the count down beeps, too! I use them to get my last moves in as the best form, strongest, and usually with a little "hold" !! You inspire me to keep going, Katherine!

      We move into stage 3 of lock down on Friday I live in leamington and my daughter and family live in Michigan 1hr away havnt seen them for 18 months,missed my grandson s graduation and will miss my daughters wedding due to the borders being closed so I'm glad I found this program

    Oh My Gosh!!!! I was only able to complete 20 minutes of this workout this morning because my internet is via Satellite and my computer kept streaming and I had to get to work. I've had so much energy today after only 20 minutes that I was bouncing off the walls. Who needs coffee???? I love these workouts Shelly!!!!

    I am so glad I found your website. I am going through the change, and it has been horrible! I'm almost 53 and until just recently, I have put on weight in the belly area all of a sudden and have not been eating more or anything. I guess it's a common thing in menopause. I have been really depressed as well and I think that doesn't help. I have been doing these exercises for five days now and I actually enjoy them! I don't dread your work outs like I have others, lol! They really help me feel better, am even drinking more water these days and it's so nice to read so many positive reviews! I am going to continue your workouts every day, but take one day a week off. Lol! Thank you Shellea! You are such an inspiration! Keep up these videos!

    Oh Shellea you're a rocker I can see that! You really have changed my life with your routines. I only started using your channel last week and I am diligent about my morning routines. I do the stretching and walking in the morning first thing, and weights at 4pm each day. Your routines are so perfect for women over 50. I'm do grateful to God and to you. Keep them coming. Promised myself I'd take a little rest in the middle, so i figured around 15 min's; But I hung in a bit & sure enough, somewhere between 17 & 18 min's she said to have a little rest, have some water.. so I did.     I am doing the 14 days workout with Fabulous 50...It is so much fun but I am following u all the way because I no that one day, one day my belly will b gone by God's grace I am just doing the exercise From last week exercise I feel so different today Wow, Wow, Wow, Wow ...I no that doing the exercise each day , I will lose the belly fat. So I am not worrying but try to follow along

    I have been using Schellea's workouts -- 30 minute fat burning walking workout, arms, legs, etc. For about 3 weeks and my muffin top is literally falling away. I've lost over 5 pounds and I am doing so much better with balance. I am 63. I am so incredibly thankful for these workouts I can literally do in between meetings, etc.

    I am 60.i am doing every day one of workout light with the help of videos which were amazing. but I found you since a few days and I am so thrilled to do work out with you.i do the arm exercise while I am cooking.i just did 45 minutes even I haven't planned for it.not only the movements but your calming voice is talking to my soul.its like the best friend wanting you to be healthy.

    Thank you so much for the great videos! I have been working out with you for seven months and I have lost eighteen pounds. I haven't skipped a day since February!!!
