Really appreciate the videos! These combined with the nissan service manual, helped give me the courage to get the matching ADO 3.69 gearsets for my junkyard m226 and m205, rebuild them with new gears and finally upgrade my old 2005 Xterra SE. My first time going this far with axles and diffs - it was challenging but really satisfying to have it all come together in the end (added a TRE locker in the front too). Also, setting up pinion depth on both front and back was nearly as simple as taking the old spacers from the junkyard pinions and dropping them onto the ADO pinions - very little adjustment needed to get a good pattern. Keep up the great work!
Well done ! and it makes the job so much easier and faster if and when most of the bolts come out easy when they not rusted , seized or snapped lol not in my case... can't wait to see whats next for this Xterra !
Wow how cool! Im literally doing the same thing to my SE right now. Pro 4x rear end is in transit & I'm debating whether to put an auto locker in the front r180 I have for it 🤔
Great video. I have a Nissan NV350 with the C200 open differential. I haul 15 persons at a time and would really like to get a proper LSD upgrade, any recommendations.
Now that you've had that m226 with the e-locker (and beefed up gearing inherent to the diff) in for about 6 months or so, would you recommend this route over an air locker? I've got a 2011 SV package and want to add a rear locker. Nothing is perfect and both have their pros and cons. Thoughts?
Would the front e-locker kit for an xterra go into a 2007 Off-Road edition xterra? your website says "2005-2015 Nissan Xterra (27 spline R180A - low carrier)" but not sure what is stock in an off-road edition xterra
Chad replacing two diffs in 30 minutes while talking and moving in slow motion is legendary. This man might be more powerful than Chuck Norris.
As a fellow Lincolnite, you are making our community proud!
Much appreciated!
Love it I have 2010 I wanna start building on since I have recovered from back surgery
Do it!

Team Rip supports Nissans now!?
Definitely want to see how you wire up the E locker
Love these technical videos! Thanks for giving us the simple details that some would overlook. Keep up the good work!
We try to help when we can!
Love it! Can't wait to see where this thing goes!

Feel like wiring up the locker would be a good video for ppl doing the swap for sure!
This is my project this weekend
Sweet don't forget to tag us in the photos! We would love to see them!
Nice video y'all 👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Much appreciated!

Your r180 is 3.13. You'll need to buy gears and locker. It's cheaper to buy a p4x r180.
I swapped to r180 with 3.69 and air locker.

Did you guys ever create the follow up vid on wiring the locker?
we haven't. other projects and business has slowed us on any projects with this xterra.
Would there be any difference with doing this swap if it is a 2wd xterra?

Would like to do this to my '14 Frontier SV, what kind of cost am I looking at I'm running 2.5" lift (not a spacer lift) with 33's
Is the m226 out of another Xterra or a Titan?
Xterra/Frontier share the same size. Titan M226 would be wider. This is out of a Xterra
Doing invasive rear end surgery in flip flops 🤣
