Great video as usual, guys. That upper strut mount issue reminds me of early 2000s BMW and MINIs. I had a MINI start to deform the towers and try to blow through the strut mounts. Kinda surprised Toyota would let this get to market. Best of luck as you guys expand your business.

I had the same issue on my 2014 sometime in 2018/19 (can't remember exactly), but about 6 months to a year after the warranty had expired. My dealership and Nissan Canada basically told me to get lost after contacting them both. I eventually had a local shop weld it up, with the rubber isolator squashed to nothing now. Obviously a manufacturers defect and safety issue and should be 100% covered by Nissan.

Would it be easier to remove the leaf springs completely and assemble them before putting them back in? Seems like there would be less moving and shifing of the axle? I only have one floor jack and 2 jack stands and will be trying to tackle in my garage.

Any ideas on how to have the DRL strip illuminate without turning on parking lights?

I have bilsteins in my tacoma and yes they are definitely jarring. I dont like them very much. Koni sounds like it would be worth a shot to try next time.

I bought the same truck a few weeks ago. Same color and TRD Sport package you have. I love it so far. I traded in my gen 3 Off Road. Was going to get another off road, but then i did a quick assessment of how many times I actually took my gen 3 off road and 😅it wasn’t a lot. So, I opted for the sport, love the look of the faux hood scoop. I do wish the sport came with all terrains rather than all seasons.. anyway, I subscribed to your channel and look forward to what you do to yours. Thanks.

I am in between the frontier2024- and Tacoma 2024- I love the Tacoma so freaking much the way it drives the looks but that 4 cylinder I don’t know about the Nissan I hate the way it drives looks good but the motor I trust. Now they are offering 8-10 g off the 24 Tacoma I just don’t know trd off road prem I’m looking at.

I wonder if backwoods adventure mods will have a roof rack for the new Tacoma. They make solid armor. MOORE 2025 collab?

It took me a weekend with jackstands and on gravel but I’m old in my early 50’s. Absolutely love the RcKilla kit. Rides like glass. I opted for ADO’s upper control arms as well with the pressed ball joint. I always thought the Frontier’s sat low especially for the tire size it came with. As soon as I bought this truck I ordered this kit. Probably staying with this tire size but the wheel well looks to have the right amount of space for up travel now.
