I love that I can look at the screen see what we’re doing and then do it until the timer goes off instead of having to hurt my neck to stare at the TV the entire time because you never know whenever they’re gonna throw a wrench in there! This was so hard. But I did it! Kinda. My wrists hurt, I wanted to give up, and I couldn't get my legs straight. The first half was so hard, but after that, it got easier :). Some exercises I just did what I wanted, but still 40 min workout 💪🏻The comments really helped too :) You can do it!
okay, i was really nervous going into this after the 10 minute one but if i’m being honest it was really refreshing. i realized that my glutes and abs are in terrible shape but now i can’t wait to come back to this and think that it was kinda easy. if you’re having a hard time doing this or feeling unmotivated you got this!!!!
i had to split this into 3 and i felt so disappointed in myself at first but then i realized that me and you have 2 very different bodies and levels of fitness which helped me no be so disappointed
By far this is one of the hardest workouts I have ever done. I have worked out a lot, and have done a lot of UA-cam videos, and this one is the hardest for sure. I wanted to quite a lot but I just kept going and I’m glad I did! This definitely tested me. I was struggling without weights, and girl I don’t know how you do it with them. Legs were shaking after this 😭 I was about to give up when I was at the 20 minute mark, but I needed up pushing through and completing the whole workout. I have no idea how you did that with ankle weights on. But, thank you so much Madeline for another awesome video- stay safe and keep that happy attitude you always have! 💗
guys i have been doing these exercises for 3 days and im planning on doing them for a month,i will be saying what differences im noticing and how i feel: day1: its so hard i almost cried but i felt that every muscle in my body is musceling(doing its job) day2:still hard but a bit easier than day 1,i feel that my whole body is burning day3:difficult,i still had to pause several times to take a break, but i finished the exercises feeling energetic!and i feel my body is getting snatched! Day4: Im soooo tired maybe because I had uni all day,I had to pause SEVERAL TIMES,but still afterwards I felt my whole body is snatched day5:im not tired as i was before!!even it didnt take me as much times as before im so proud of myself!! im sorry i didnt update you on day 6-7-8-9: im starting to feel more comfortable with the workout but im not noticing a BIG difference in my appearances,but at least my body is getting better at it! day 10: im starting to feel better and more comfortable with this workout and as for difference yes i feel like my belly is tighter and my thights got a little bit smaller(btw i took 3 days off since i have finals) day 11: GUYS I CANT BELIEVE THAT I DID THE EXERCISES SO EFFORTLESSLY!! I WAS SHOCKED THAT THE VIDEO ENDED! i will continue updating you guys day per day but please leave a like or a comment to remind me to continue my updates 🤣

@@ale3786 and as for diet yes I'm staying away from junk food and coke and trying my best to decrease my sugar intake and increase my protein intakes and drinking green tea with cinnamon and ginger to help with bloating and the metabolism,but sure I'm doing it all moderately!!for example I skip my workouts when I'm tired or when I'm mentally drained I eat sugar and dessert and stuff to help me cheer up😅😅(cause I have a sweet tooth🤣) so yes that's it! Just do it while keeping in mind that this is gonna be your life style and not just a punishment to lose WEIGHT!always stay positive and confident about your body and don't forget that IT'S OKAYY to take breaks from time to time🩷🩷🩷🩷

Happy Day 2🥳 Not even gonna pretend that wasn’t hard at all because that was probably more challenging than any weightlifting I’ve done. Definitely super proud of myself for sticking through the whole thing, even though I took a lot of breaks.

y’all I don’t think I could do this, I barely was able to do the first day which was 10 minutes but 40!!? GUYS I DID IT!!!!! I’m so proud of myself, 10 minutes in and I wanted to quit so I told myself”I don’t think I can do this but then I told myself I’ll go back to square one so I pushed through! 20 minutes in and then I took a long break and I was telling myself that, that was good enough but then I said that I did 20 minutes so I could do 20 minutes again! My core is on fire and it feels like a have abs lmao. I very excited to do the rest of the 30 days! Also I am sore from yesterday’s Pilates workout. I thought that I just slept on the wrong side so that’s why my shoulders were hurting but I was also my core. I’m growing muscles!

firstly I was so freaking afraid and regretting why I started this video after a little time I was regretting my whole life and then I started saying this to myself "ONE DAY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO IT EASILY BUT BEFORE THEN YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE" after a little time I started feeling comfortable and then the last ones were so easy I did those without any problem and now I am so proud of myself that I finally did it❤❤❤❤

I love this so much! This is my 2nd day of doing the month Pilates plan. I’ve never felt happier. Also I’m so lucky I’m doing the 40 minutes one on a weekend because I have practice on the weekdays, 🥲! Anyways love you Madeline 😋😋! I’m planning to do this for 6 months guys will update on results after 6 months 💗‼️

I throught I couldn't handle 40 minutes since it's my first time trying pilates, but even if I sweated a lot, ended up panting and shaking, I carried through the whole workout. It gave such a good burn, definitely will keep going
1st time (24/9/23): I had to split this workout into two, and even then I found myself needing a break every other exercise. Safe to say that I am nowhere near fit. I’m gonna do the 1 month workout at my own pace and update when I restart and come back to this horror of all horrors. Hopefully by the third time this will be a good workout for me and no longer a nightmare 😮💨

does anyone have any tips on how to keep my hands from hurting? i pushed through because it’s strengthening my wrists, but it hurts my hands too much to do them properly. anyway, i love these month and weekly plans it’s helping me get healthy again and get the motivation to move my body! i’m proud of you guys and myself for being here❤
you could try exercises to strengthen your wrists and arms, between pilates sessions if you really want to continue pilates after all, or before you start pilates again. in the meantime, you could practice shorter and gentler pilates sessions.
when youre doing pushups like in a segment of the video, try to keep your arms steady and stable when youre pushing up while also making sure your wrists are turned inward :)

By far this is one of the hardest workouts I have ever done. I have worked out a lot, and have done a lot of UA-cam videos, and this one is the hardest for sure. I wanted to quite a lot but I just kept going and I’m glad I did! This definitely tested me. I was struggling without weights, and girl I don’t know how you do it with them. Thank you so much for putting this out. Keep doing what your doing!!

Gurl yk what, i have done day 2 just now, so you got this too! I was having a mental breakdown on the way but then when i checked the time it was already over 30 mins and managed to do it till the end FOR WHATEVER IT TAKES, YOU CAN AND WILL DO IT GURLS, FIGHTING
Legs were shaking after this 😭 I was about to give up when I was at the 20 minute mark, but I needed up pushing through and completing the whole workout. I have no idea how you did that with ankle weights on. But, thank you so much Madeline for another awesome video- stay safe and keep that happy attitude you always have! 💗

guys i have been doing these exercises for 3 days and im planning on doing them for a month,i will be saying what differences im noticing and how i feel:
day1: its so hard i almost cried but i felt that every muscle in my body is musceling(doing its job)
day2:still hard but a bit easier than day 1,i feel that my whole body is burning
day3:difficult,i still had to pause several times to take a break, but i finished the exercises feeling energetic!and i feel my body is getting snatched!
Day4: Im soooo tired maybe because I had uni all day,I had to pause SEVERAL TIMES,but still afterwards I felt my whole body is snatched
day5:im not tired as i was before!!even it didnt take me as much times as before im so proud of myself!!

im starting to feel more comfortable with the workout but im not noticing a BIG difference in my appearances,but at least my body is getting better at it!
day 10: im starting to feel better and more comfortable with this workout and as for difference yes i feel like my belly is tighter and my thights got a little bit smaller(btw i took 3 days off since i have finals)
day 11: GUYS I CANT BELIEVE THAT I DID THE EXERCISES SO EFFORTLESSLY!! I WAS SHOCKED THAT THE VIDEO ENDED!

@@ale3786 and as for diet yes I'm staying away from junk food and coke and trying my best to decrease my sugar intake and increase my protein intakes and drinking green tea with cinnamon and ginger to help with bloating and the metabolism,but sure I'm doing it all moderately!!for example I skip my workouts when I'm tired or when I'm mentally drained I eat sugar and dessert and stuff to help me cheer up😅😅(cause I have a sweet tooth🤣) so yes that's it! Just do it while keeping in mind that this is gonna be your life style and not just a punishment to lose WEIGHT!always stay positive and confident about your body and don't forget that IT'S OKAYY to take breaks from time to time🩷🩷🩷🩷

GUYS I DID IT!!!!! I’m so proud of myself, 10 minutes in and I wanted to quit so I told myself”I don’t think I can do this but then I told myself I’ll go back to square one so I pushed through! 20 minutes in and then I took a long break and I was telling myself that, that was good enough but then I said that I did 20 minutes so I could do 20 minutes again! My core is on fire and it feels like a have abs lmao. I very excited to do the rest of the 30 days!
Also I am sore from yesterday’s Pilates workout. I thought that I just slept on the wrong side so that’s why my shoulders were hurting but I was also my core. I’m growing muscles!

firstly I was so freaking afraid and regretting why I started this video after a little time I was regretting my whole life and then I started saying this to myself "ONE DAY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO IT EASILY BUT BEFORE THEN YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE" after a little time I started feeling comfortable and then the last ones were so easy I did those without any problem and now I am so proud of myself that I finally did it❤❤❤❤

Today’s workout made me realise how weak my arms are. It’s still trembling. I could really feel each and every exercise stretch my arm, glutes and abdominal muscles. Hope to stay consistent. Thanks for this workout!♥️
I love this so much! This is my 2nd day of doing the month Pilates plan. I’ve never felt happier. Also I’m so lucky I’m doing the 40 minutes one on a weekend because I have practice on the weekdays, 🥲! Anyways love you Madeline 😋😋!

I throught I couldn't handle 40 minutes since it's my first time trying pilates, but even if I sweated a lot, ended up panting and shaking, I carried through the whole workout.
It gave such a good burn, definitely will keep going

1st time (24/9/23): I had to split this workout into two, and even then I found myself needing a break every other exercise. Safe to say that I am nowhere near fit. I’m gonna do the 1 month workout at my own pace and update when I restart and come back to this horror of all horrors. Hopefully by the third time this will be a good workout for me and no longer a nightmare 😮💨

Day 2: by half of the video I was really considering giving up lol. I’m not gonna lie, I had to cut a few exercises short, simply them and take a few more breaks (a really long one in the middle lol). I was shaking like a jelly for most of it but I managed to finish it all! ✅

does anyone have any tips on how to keep my hands from hurting? i pushed through because it’s strengthening my wrists, but it hurts my hands too much to do them properly. anyway, i love these month and weekly plans it’s helping me get healthy again and get the motivation to move my body! i’m proud of you guys and myself for being here❤
same my arms & wrists hurt sooo much like in a bad way. i don't wanna hurt myself so hopefully we can find a solution for that!
i had the same problem with the hands - i just switched to elbows or fists for a good 20 seconds then back to the hands. pain really is gain🥲🥲
you could try exercises to strengthen your wrists and arms, between pilates sessions if you really want to continue pilates after all, or before you start pilates again. in the meantime, you could practice shorter and gentler pilates sessions.

when youre doing pushups like in a segment of the video, try to keep your arms steady and stable when youre pushing up while also making sure your wrists are turned inward :)
