    Okay I was so nervous when I saw 40 mins but this felt way easier than I expected it to be. Although I did feel my abs burn in the last few minutes. Amazing workout!!!❤❤

    I did the first one month plan and at the time I could not do the 40 minutes class, had to break it in two sets during the day and still it was very hard, and I am actually so happy that I was able to do it all in one go this time!! I look more toned and my legs are smaller (which was always an insecurity of mine) your routines are amazing!

    I accidentally took like a solid 2 week break from doing this plan as i was spending time with my boyfriend before he went overseas for 3 weeks and ive had a huge falling out with my friends who aren’t speaking to me and uninvited me from their birthdays.. 😓
    Even though i feel pretty down atm ive decided to get back into it and this was definitely a super good push for that.
    I couldn’t do the 40 min vid in the last one month plan but this one felt so nice and chill!! Super proud of how far my body has come ❤️

    When I saw it was 40 minutes long, I was discouraged. I remembered the 40 minutes video of day 2 of the first one month plan and how difficult it was. Today, I managed to do all the workout without taking extra break! I am SWEATING as hell. The last exercice KILLED me. But after all, I kinda liked this one. It is definitely hard than the first one month plan, but I am glad to see I can still improve.
    Day 6 completed!

    Сделала тренировку через 2 дня. В зале был день ног, я попыталась в тот же день, но поняла, что не осилю. Это было для меня очень потно и тяжело, с учетом того, что все еще ноги отходят. НО Я СМОГЛА!! чувствую себя машиной😂🔥

    Hoy no iba a entrenar pero sentía mucho estrés de la universidad y necesitaba defogarlo, solo me faltaron 3 ejercicios antes del final pero sentí el dolooor y fue increíble, estoy realmente satisfecha y feliz, iré a terminar un ensayo para los parciales

    Hi Madelein, I am a student and I really enjoy your workouts. I did the first 1-month plan and I loved it. From there I started following your routines. Now, this second one-month plan is fascinating me and I'm trying to follow your workouts daily, but they start at 10 a.m. and I study early and couldn't get home to do the routine, could you upload the videos earlier? I would love to follow the plan as it should be.

      Try my verbally guided + beginner friendly exercises!! Practicing those a few times gives the foundation of being able to do any Pilates workout !!

    oh my god! i am so proud of myself, this is a big step for me and i was able to do it! i think my abs are dead, for me this is the most painful and the hardest. can someone tell me why during some exercises my leg cramps up and what to do about it, i would be very grateful for an answer!

      Great job !!! I suggest doing one of my basic 5-10min verbally guided workouts. Doing those will teach you breathing technique & core engagement tips that will make every Pilates workout going forward much more effective! Quick tip- inhale on reset / rest , exhale on effort.
