This is day 4 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 10 minute abs & waist toning workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

Day 4✅: I foolishly thought since it was a >15 min workout it was going to be easy, but BOY WAS I WRONG! This burnt so badly, one minute in and I was alrededor shaking like a jelly lol. Glad I kept going though! I’m proud. Thank you so much for this series❣️

It’s ok to take breaks love! We are all learning at different paces and have different abilities! I had to take quite a few breaks, and even skipped one because it was painful and not the good kind. So be gentle on yourself! What matters is that you’re here and doing your best! Keep going, you got this!! ❤
I LOVED THIS ONE!! It made me feel such a nice burn, it was challenging but not enough to make me give up. The movements are very similar to the ones I just went over in pilates class :D This is such a 10/10 pilates plan work out

I think this was exactly what i needed. Doing the same workout everyday would ruin my consistency out of sheer boredom. Not to mention this has managed to point out muscles i didnt even know were there. With that being said... day 4 down...my butt bone is kinda sore now🤕
this is exactly a kind of workout that I've been searching for. It makes me stay consistent and weirdly excited for what's next. Seriously thank you sm I can already tell that I'll see good results after doing this for a month.
this workout made me feel so much more of a burn than other pilates workouts i’ve been trying, definitely going to stick to your plan and can’t wait to see my results

it my day 4 and ive been eating better and i swear i notice a difference already. I started this workout challenge while on my period and im pretty sure it helped a lot with my bloating. Im so excited to finish all the videos guys you can do it. you are strong!💖
Really? It's also my day 4 but I don't see any difference. I thought the difference would come later, like in week two, but now I feel I'm not doing it well.

@marialatorre6233 I know this is late but I just wanted to say that progress is different for everyone and everyone has their own pace! Keep up whatever you are doing and someday you will notice results, even if later than envisioned:))

i think this workout was my favorite, i love doing ab workouts so this felt easier for me than working on my legs. for a more challenging workout, i kept my feet pointy almost the whole entire time!
note: as much as it hurts while you’re working out, keep remembering how amazing it feels that you did all of that! be proud of yourself!!
I just finished day 4, it's the first time I comment from day 1 till now, and I'm not gonna lie, I go a little more stable than before, and the burn is amazing, I like to torture myself so I repeated every pilates session from day 1 till day 4 2 times, except for day 2 cuz it was so hard, now İ will go repeat this session for the second time
What makes me keep going is ur smile throughout the whole time
for such a short workout this one definitely made me feel the burn! i wasn't going to workout today, but i reminded myself that it is just 10 minutes out of the day and that i can do it. i'm so glad i did!

I’m doing this series for the second time now, but this time I’ve added my 3 pound bala weights around my ankles. And OMG the difference 3 pounds makes in difficulty is insane!!!! Love these vids sm💕

I had never comment on a YT video before but omgggg thank you so much for this videoo. I finally have abs and my waist getting smaller. I watched so many videos and this is the only one works for me. I use this video as my abs workout. Did this around 3,4 times per week. Now I’m literally obsessed with my abs. Ofc I’m also on calories deficit and do my cardio, but this video makes me feel the burn 🔥

Morning: 1 slice of sourdough bread with 2 boiled eggs egg, half avocado and 2 rashes bacon and coffee
Lunch: tomato, rocket salad with mozzarella (or grilled chicken with cucumber) and a protein yogurt
Dinner: protein smoothie (greek yogurt, frozen fruit, protein powder) or steak (or salmon) and sweet potato (on heavy gym day)
Snack: only low cal fruits

Trying to GLOW UP during Spring Break/ Before Summer!
Day 4:
- I had to take 2 mini breaks somewhere near the end/
- I was literally SHAKING! I didn't think it would be that difficult
- It didn't seem like 10 min felt more like 3 honestly!
- I'm glad I made it to day 4 bc usually I don't make it to day 3 / to any day after day 3!

I never thought I would be committed to a workout plan plan and it had to be Pilates! I was about to skip today but then the image of the results I wanted came to my head and I had to get off my bed. Day 4 in and completed and I feel so proud. Thank you Madeline.

Just finished day 4 right now… omgggg.. I hope I stay consistent for the entire challenge! Excited for the results
day 4: I took a day break on Sunday and this is such a great start to my Monday! I was like ooo ten minutes, light work and I was so wrong! Such a good burn and I could feel it in my core! Each workout gives me so much energy after and I have been loving the series so far!

maybe this is because i skipped like three of these exercises, but today's workout felt like a piece of cake haha! i always feel so proud of myself when madeleine smiles at the camera or shows thumbs up. and you should feel proud too!!

I LOVED THIS WORKOUT!! perfect for that good stomach sculpt. it wasn’t extremely difficult but was a little challenging and I liked that. I definitely burned at points but it’s good yk. defff will be repeating this!!!
I LOVED this one. I workout and dance on a semi-regular basis, nothing crazy, all pretty easy. The one thing i focus mainly on however is abs so I LOVED this one. I felt a nice burn but at this point I'm used to it and it felt so rewarding!! Im so excited to continue this plan and be able to workout the rest of my body to this extent as well!❤❤

omg girl its literally my first workout with u and I loveeee it sooo much, its not boring its challenging but not so much , like enough (Ik if its too easy for u u can always do more reps so I'm following the number of reps to how much my body can do) ill definitely come back for more, ur energy is so motivating & I absolutely love when there is no repeating in workouts !!!

Damn girl! This one made me feel like my abs were dying in the middle of it! At the end I was shaking so hard! It is so amazing how you can do this so controlled and without any breaks! I hope one day I will reach my goal and I will be able to do this workout like you do! Keep going Madeleine and I will see you tomorrow for day 5

When I first started this plan, I got through the first two weeks, then I forgot to do it one day and somehow managed to take a week long break. Now I started it again because I wanted to have a streak without skipping and omg I’m starting to regret it, but I’ll try to continue the whole plan🎀

So I will do this for 50 days now because I'm curious if it gets easier doing these workouts on the 2nd month. I will post my feedback for each workout under the following videos and from time to time some results as well. ( bare with my poor english TT )
DAY4️⃣ I reallllyy loooved these exercises. There were many I never did before. That was amazing. And this is what was needed after the focus on legs and also the stress on arm muscles from the previous days. Today we could relax those muscles and only focused on abs. This is perfect. Now some tips for those who struggle with flexibility: (and I know what I'm talking about because my sister is a sports scientist) Sooo you can always slightly bend your knees and also raise your legs not as high. This won't effect the efficiency of the exercise. Just make sure your back is straight on the floor to minimal injuries and your toes are pointy. That's all. Enjoy the workout ^^

I don’t usually leave reviews but this was an easier yet affective core workout from somebody who was literally no core strength or ever worked on my core before! Minus I had to do a few modifications but that’s ok I figured it out! Quick and effective for a busy mom! Thanks!

Day 4- it was definitely not easy specially the last one. Girl I was crying to be over it time passed by so slow but I made it through now imma showerrrrr and eat my fruit salad as a reward ☺️ (also did 6 miles)
