The fact he showed up with NO ATTORNEY and dismissed the whole thing himself really sets off a red flag to me. He doesn't have to pay an attorney, but you have to. As if the entire point of that was just to make you pay an attorney for nothing.
100%, legitimately, you need to counter sue him. He's an adult. He knows damn well what he did. 'Dismissing' something like this, isn't something you just do at the drop of a hat. He PLANNED to have this shit dismissed. At the bare minimum, you can sue him to have him cover your court & attorney fees.

Narcissists aren't that rare or special - everyone knows or has met one. He's just YT famous, which is relatively rare. One usually easy way to spot one is when they hate all of their ex's and all of their ex's hate them. That's not normal.
From what I can tell - no, they are not "extremely manipulative." In order to not see Onision as a controlling narcissist, you would have to throw away basically anything any of his ex's have said about him, ignore a lot of his behavior, ignore horrible, horrible things he's said in the past about women and other people in general, ignore his insane ramblings and behavior on his weird, culty-website, and selectively decide what is "real" about him.
Some narcissists realize the damage they've done and continue to do not only to other people, but themselves as well, since they sever their relationships regularly. They have a hard time holding on to freindships, and can become codependent for this reason. He should see a therapist and let them know these things, for his own sake.

@@kaleyp.8080 Yeah it's being investigated right now. It happened a few months ago and the police that arrived on scene found it odd that Onision was filming when they got there. There wasn't any evidence of anything happening but an "accident" so they couldn't do anything. I agree CPS needs to take them away, but these things don't happen overnight. Hopefully they're taken away before they can get hurt again.

If he takes you to court again and drops the case, you should take him to claims court and sue him for the legal fees.
That would likely be a total waste of time for Repzion. Even if he wins, there is really no way to collect on the money. Winning a small claims case just gives you a sheet of paper that says you won, and trying to collect the money you were awarded is extremely time consuming, and has about 15 form filled steps that have to be done exactly right and in a very specific order over several months before a sheriff will physically try to collect property that is worth the amount he owes.

Here's my theory: this seems like a publicity stunt. The way he dressed, the way he acted, dismissing the case once court started, it sounds like a big distraction from what he's done.
Onision knows that Kai and him are screwed, since the evidence of them being disgusting abusers and sex offenders is piling up day after day. All he can do now is distract the court from his behavior by filing false claims against the people investigating the stuff he's done.

That's not legal. He can't do that. The courts will eventually block him from being able to file more law suits or require more evidence (which he won't have) before a case will be filed. This stunt he pulled, dragging you into court and then dismissing, was purely to cost you money and frustration. Since he showed up in court without an attorney, his costs would have been relatively low, but he caused you to spend $2500 on an attorney. In his mind, that's a win, even though he's purely screwed in the long run.
