Is he really saying repzion was the one the judge didn’t like because he was “smirking”? Did he not listen to the audio of the hearing? That judge was so fed up with his over explaining and passing the blame nonsense that she basically was telling him to watch his mouth when she reminded him that everything he’s saying is being recorded. Judges only want yes or no answers, if they ever need an explanation then they will ask for it. But he’s always in defense mode so he over explains things thinking it will get people off his back, but in court that just makes yourself look worse. And you could possibly incriminate yourself like a dumbass. He is beyond delusional...
That's one of the reasons people should get lawyers. Lawyers know when to keep thier mouths shut and they will definitely instruct their clients to do so.

Lawyers literally live on one thing: defend their clients. They spend years, maybe even decades studying laws and honing their strategies and their argument construction. It is not an easy job at all and there is Onision, thinking he can beat an attorney.
