Update: here are the other laws that he's broken:
1. Tax laws. He did them wrong for several years in a row, and when he got audited by the state of Washington, he tried to blame it on TurboTax. The state of Washington is currently making him pay back-taxes. They gave him a warning that he was doing his taxes wrong and he kept going.
2. Sarah claims that he r*ped her 4 months after her 18th birthday in 2019, so now she's suing him for that, as well.
3. The state of Washington is making him pay to repair the wetlands that he destroyed. He tried to crowd fund the costs of it on GoFundMe, but almost nobody donated. So few people donated that he shut it down himself.
4. He was trying to make money off of Patreon for a while, but he doxxed Billie on it in November 2019, and it got reported so many times that they shut his account down. (Side note: his subsequent meltdown was hilarious. Blaire White reacting to it was 👌. I routinely watch it just for the keks.)

That's reminds me, behind my house is a wetland. They've been trying to protect it for like a decade. People were talking about rare salamanders in there. New owners of the plot and they are going to build. People go ballistic. They say their going to build a sanctuary in the space behind my house and some others. Not for salamanders though, there weren't any. They were going to do it for some *flowers* they found back there. Way off topic but just reminded me.
