- Start with a strong statement: "Ever wondered how a giant Bluefin Tuna Akami gets transformed into melt-in-your-mouth sashimi? Buckle up!"
Thank you for this display of knifework and presentation. I can learn from this.
А кожа тунца, не вычиняется?
Que delicia se ve esa carne...
Not much fat in that tuna.
Both!!!!🇵🇭👏👏👏🥃🍷🌹
For $19.95 you throw that on the grill. -John Pinette
2:11. My back sounds the same way when I go see a chiropractor.
😊👏👏👏👍👍👍💖
邊有人切嘢都口向內㗎
The knife work is good, guess. Why is this video so special? Any decent butcher will produce the same result
I don't know what you want to show. Your knife skills or cooking skills? You didn't heat up a single item in this video.
Its just to show about the tuna thats it just like the caption. No cooking involve here just preparation.
Don't be an ignoranus, sashimi is raw fish, eaten raw.
The caption already says it all what to see in here 😑
Sushi and most of Japanese food will be like this raw only. They will eat with Wasabi, rare fungi made from sea weed.
Mister mainnya kurang jauh 😂😂
So ridiculous.$10,000? 😂 I have been fishing SoCal for 40+ years and have caught, processed, cooked, served, eaten countless tons of various tuna and fish of all kinds as I also fish the planet for all kinds of species. SoCal Albacore, yellowfin, skipjack, bonito, bigeye, bluefin. I am telling you the Japanese are crazy with their idea and grading and marketing and pricing of bluefin. I have never had one fish that was better in quality than another.
Tell me you don’t know fish, without telling me you do t know fish 😂😂😂
Bluefin tuna could be very expensive, but for this piece the price is for sure exaggerated I think
🇹🇼台灣?👎
Tuna and Salmon are two THE most overrated things in the entirety of the food world.
No. They are both delicious.
