After severe panic attacks and anxiety i can hear my palpitations daily my ecg, echo, chest xray, blood test reports are normal i did ecg 3times in one of my report it comes sinus tachycardia and in other one it come normal what should i do to get rid of my palpitations😢

Hello sir...since 2016 i was suffering from heart palpitations..I have done all the tests related to Heart...Doctor said there is no problem and your heart is healthy also..But till date have not got any relief...this problem is felt more by doing some work..please give remedies for this palpitation problem
