  • Since my last video, I've been dealing with some anxiety symptoms. Mainly a head pressure feeling and that sensation that many people talk about, where it feels like you are on a boat. It's something I've had numerous times before, but never made a video on.
So here it is, a kind of journal entry to make sure I remember that this is nothing new, I've felt these symptoms and sensations before and I'm pretty sure I'll feel them again.

I feel like crying, because this is the first time i have ever heard anyone else express. EXACTLY what i have been feeling these past months. The brain zapps, disorientation. The feeling as if i am swaying, and and nothing feels real. I get scared and frustrated. And have seaked help and meds. And for the first time on Christmas day. I told myself it is not permanent i have been here before. I did not die. And i''ve been able to talk myself out of it with alot of hard work and faith. I just found your youtube channel and i'll be following! From Chino, CA.

Ya. I feel like that every single day. It's horrible. I feel for you. Doctor put me on benzodiazepine. Xanax and Valium. Not helping... I seen neurologists got brain MRI and CT scan . She found nothing. She referred me to ENT to check on vertigo. Seems like Ashtanga Yoga does help from time to time.

I felt like a normal person before 2020. Never once knew what a panic attack was until i got one myself and now everything has changed about me. Started developing numbness, chest pains, head pressures, hot and cold flushes, heart racing, legs feeling heavy, shakiness and tremors. List goes on... its exhausting as hell..

I didn't even know what health anxiety was like a few years ago but that changed back in 2020. It really changed me as a human due to how extremely terrible the symptoms have been for me. Just that constant feeling of feeling trapped by your symptoms and it feels like hell to have all of them happen simultaneously
It all began after my panic attack. At first I thought once my panic attack happened and that would be it but I was very wrong because I remember starting experiencing health anxiety the moment I saw some article about someone that triggered it and that was the moment those dark times really began for me. I remember feeling those head pressures since 2020 and I've tried my best to get rid of it, some days were better than others but truthfully it just didn't feel like it had completely gone away because even when it goes away it doesn't go away for long because the moment you least expect it is the moment when it comes right back to set you in that total state of panic and fight or flight mode. It's such a nuisance because it can really wreck your whole life.
Health anxiety is such a debilitating thing that whenever you have it you can feel like you're the only person in the world who is going through this but then I come on here and see that I'm clearly not the only human who's going through those dark tumultuous times. It can be extremely lonely and isolating especially for most of us who don't have many people to talk to. Sure, I have a family who I live with but whenever I try to communicate to them how I'm feeling they always respond with blank stares, silence and ignorance. I cannot even tell them anything without them insulting me or saying something that's really unnecessary and uncalled for. So I guess what I need is some people who will understand and relate to what I'm going through. I don't know how many times I've had to reassure myself because at times it felt like I was going crazy
Most days I just feel numb. Every parts of my body feels numb. It feels like I'm living in an imaginary world where I'm the only person who exist and nobody else does. It feels like your mind state is trapped in a bad dream. I've had countless of symptoms starting with shortness of breath, head pressures, chest pains (it's gone now), body aches, neck pain/tension, impending of doom, brain fog, rapid heartbeats, chills, feeling like you're not real or feeling like you're in a permanent dream-state, bad concentration, randomly shaking at night-time...that usually happens if I wake up from a dream and then I'll start to randomly shake out of nowhere, uncontrollably but then it'll stop instantly like it never even happened. Lack of energy and motivation to get out of bed. The list are endless and I'm sure I've missed out on a whole lot more symptoms but can't think of all of them currently but it's A LOOOONG LIST!!!!
I just also want to say that if anyone want to chat, I'm always available.

Great advice, what we focus on intensifies. I used to constantly try to figure out ways to keep my symptoms from happening which is head and ear pressure, dizziness, nausea, and just a general unwell feeling all the time. I finally got sick of myself and just had it and decided I’m not going to allow it to control me anymore, if it’s something serious then my body will let me know! I feel for anyone that deals with anxiety daily/weekly/monthly and from the looks of it, millions of people have experienced it in one form or another!

What can you do to stop fearing the symptoms that’s what I used to ask myself, and it only made me more fearful of that symptom, when you fear a symptom like dizziness was my worst symptom, I try to get as much sleep as I could, because whenever I was tired or asleep I wouldn’t feel dizzy, but once I’m awake I’m dizzy, so I gave up fearing being dizzy, so I made myself dizzier, the more I did it, the less I fear it, and the less I fear being dizzy, the dizziness went away, so turn your fears into Excitement, and you’ll stop fearing it

That's the nerves around your head that causes the muscles to swelll, it also happens on your rib cage. What helps me to relieve the head pressure is vicks vaporub, i put some on my forehead and behind the ears then i put a towel around my head but not tight and i go to sleep with it on, and i wake up feeling better.

But this constant feeling that I am on a boat or a moving vehicle and swaying or swinging sensation which intensifies when I lie down, thats whats scaring me. Plus i also get these brain zaps at times and different moving sensations in head, again especially when i lie down and close my eyes. This has made my life a living hell.

Walking barefoot in grass while calling/commanding the universe to calm myself and talk these sensations away. Singing my favorite song and really getting into it. Cigars work sometimes. to anyone suffering from this, please let me assure you that what you’re going through is temporary, it is due to anxiety, i had it, it was so extreme that i did an mri scan because i was so sure that something must have been wrong with my brain/head, I felt like my head had constant pressure, and felt like my brain was heavy, so when i turn my head sideways it almost felt like my brain took more time to follow my head, if that makes any sense lol, i will share with you how i personally got rid of it.
I was going through severe panic attacks, depersonalization, anxiety (borderline depression).
how I personally got through it is by addressing the core anxiety and where it came from.
i started meditating, i went back home and got with family and friends (it helped a lot).
I talked to people going through the same things.
i took magnesium tablets every night before bed.
I bought lavender essential oil and put a tiny bit under my nose before sleep (helps with
i took muscle relaxants and anti inflammatory (prescribed by a doctor for a week) maybe it helped, maybe it didn’t.
and sleep, sleep helped a lot, i took days off work and slept like a baby and ate healthy food.
if you have any question, ask ahead 😊

I lost my husband suddenly last year to covid, it was devastating watching him pass. Then my son got sick with an intestinal blockage, I had to rush him to the same ER I sent my husband to. That night I had what was like a stroke, woke in a panic, eyes were crossed for 5 seconds, flashes of light going off, then a month of being stuck in fright or flight mode. These are symptoms that are usually anxiety related. A good psychiatrist or psychologist may be able to help you, and if necessary may prescribe medication to help. Yes, I agree, this is anxiety. If they did an ekg and it was normal, then you are ok. Try to do deep breathing before bed each night. This is a preventative (not for just when your symptoms start) and it will get your stress level down. Breathe in, thru your nose, for four seconds, hold for two, and breathe out slowly thru your mouth, hold for two sec, and repeat. Do this every night. When you have the symptoms, you can do this too. You can also put your face in cold water. That will stimulate your vegas nerve.

I do sometimes need to stop what I'm doing and recollect myself, which takes about 5 or 10 minutes to do so, and then back to work. Im sleeping more through the night now. Up maybe twice throughout the night. So definitely feeling rested more. Im exercising when I can and back to being able to play with my kids. I take it a day at a time in hopes it'll go away or improve. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing now and continue living. As long as I can keep doing things, I will. I did CT scan 4 times (I probably got a lot of radiation from that…) from different hospitals because I thought they were unprofessional and something was wrong with their machine and they all said my head and brain is normal. Those docs didn’t help either. They prescribed me random meds without telling me it was all anxiety. Glad I didn’t take any of their med. Eventually I found out that it was all because of anxiety through my cousin who used to suffer from severe anxiety.

I turned on the TV and watched TV till the shaking stopped. I got sick to my stomach and really tired and fell back asleep

Just a quick word on the cv PCR test.. it really means nothing as far as diagnosing viruses according to Kary Mullis the inventor of the PCR.. the cv test is run at a CT-35-40 which makes it very inaccurate. I could go on. But I have had bad anxiety for over 3 years & loud tinnitus. I had stiff neck muscles, severe brain fog, no appetite, floating feeling, sometimes dizziness. I have improved, deep breathing, meditation, prayer, magnesium.. today I’m having a relapse, floating feeling, tinnitus is loud, not hungry, feeling like spine & stomach are tingling, brain fog. But, I’m not stressing over it, as you said it hasn’t killed me yet. So I’m trying to ignore it. I feel for you my friend, it’s a hell of a way to live, I hope you get better.

I have experienced the exact same symptoms for the last 5 months since having the covid vaccine. I’ve been diagnosed with PPPD by Harley Street. PPPD stands for Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness and it’s linked to anxiety and is usually triggered by either a panic attack or an acute episode of vertigo. The way forward is to look up PPPD and find out if this is you, get it diagnosed and get vestibular rehabilitation started with a physiotherapist. If anyone has any questions please don’t hesitate to ask me

So it’s been a year for me now I got Covid last July the most problematic thing was my head I came home from work feeling my head was gonna explode. So now I still have the swaying like I’m on a boat I’m laying in bed typing this I feel I’m on a water bed. It has gotten better from what it was but it’s still there. It makes me sick my legs feel weak like I’m gonna fall feels like the ground is moving under me at times. I get nauseous I get pressure in my forehead both sides of my head my left ear aches or has ached a lot during this all. It’s let up some now. I’ll be fine like yesterday I felt finally normal I’m in my mother in law’s kitchen I felt like the floors moving then get the sway and get anxiety and panic from. It MRI’s eeg’s all show I’m fine. But I don’t feel it so came across this video I read all these comments on people feeling how I do knowing I’m not alone is a great feeling I feel like I’m going to die all this sent me into a dark depression because I don’t know what happened to me. As it gets better it’s still there I just want it gone completely ent says it’s bppv but my pt specialist says it isn’t. The pt trainer told me more it’s anxiety and my body is hyper sensitive now so feeling I’d shrug off before are over thunk now. I’m glad I’m not the only one and sorry for you all that are feeling anyway that I am. So the big question is how do we stop this? It’s been a year now and it’s still there. Sorry I know this is a lot but had to vent my symptoms I read comments and see people describing what I feel when will it end. Thank you for the video man this has been the most informative in the last year then constant test snd blood work from doctors and specialists I’m just at my wits end here my heart gets racy I feel uneasy like something’s gonna happen I just don’t want to live like this anymore.my mind goes all over the place I barely started going back out into the world but I’m terrified to do so. It’s hard to go out when you just feel like something is gonna happen or the ground feels like it’s swaying or whatever else I’m just sick of it all I want my life back. When I’m out and this stuff happens which I’m not out much still I just have to leave and get home. This can’t be normal. Did the trauma just send my anxiety to max? I’ve had it under control until I got sick.

It's so hard to convince your brain that it's just anxiety and that it's harmless since your brain is constantly going to those worse case scenario places.
I've had head pressures on and off since 2020 now, it's not really that painful for me but when it does happen I feel like my thoughts make it worse but the pain itself isn't bad at all but still extremely uncomfortable though
I've noticed that I've started getting head pressure/head tension after I got my first ever panic attack. Things just went downhill from then on for me. This isn't even the only symptom that's showed up, this is just one of them. But I've dealt with other common anxiety symptoms as well which has been messing with my mind for quite a while now.
