I feel anxious talking to anyone, and it's shame. Shame that I can assess them on the the world is a stage kinda way. Like, take them at face value for my pleasure. It's like I forgot I have vulnerability being at the mercy of others opinions and behaviors, like I turned into a gargoyle and cant conceptualize the passing of time and the fine gradient of sensory perception. There is a silver lining but I'd give it up in a heartbeat.
I remember last year I went back home and on the road I met a very cute hot girl who was also taking the same road so we started a conversation and after learning a bit of her personality I told her she has an interesting personality and surprisingly she repeated this exact same sentence I said with a rather astonished and amazed voice like if I was the first person who ever said it to her and the day after she looked at me with a genuine smile I can't forget with these eyes telling me I like you.But my dumbass find a way to fuck up any chance to date her for the rest of my life.
@didibeingsocial Btw, there's a girl from a grade higher and surely older than me I want to approach I've been trying to beat my anxiety to approach for a month now and still can't get over it,today I saw her talking with another boy she seems to like, should I still go approaching her ?
@@MARTINGAMING-rm4bc when there's too much expectation of things going a certain way, it creates more stress. Think like making a new friend. How old are you?
@@MARTINGAMING-rm4bc Set your mind to the following goal: I will ask for this girl's name, hold out my hand, shake her hand. and ask her 1 question about herself. If you set your mind to a small goal vs. a larger one, it becomes much easier - see it like making a new friend, which it actually is closer to reality than "approaching a girl".

These experiences of "missing out" are great motivators to get better. Use them to your advantage
