YES come back and do the concrete!! I was happy to see you cleaned off the grate for the drainage. I've been watching a guy called post 10 who goes around looking for ones that are clogged and cleans them to prevent flooding during rain storms. He's pretty cool.

Brian, at the 2:00 minute mark you trimmed the bush to the left of the porch steps , and, the green of the bush just "popped" a vibrant bright green! Then, at the 16:00 minute mark-Scott called and asked if you could power wash the sidewalk 👍, GO FOR IT! This home would look so fabulous and eye catching!🤓. I like the style of the home, color is perfect for it as well! I'm gushing like an idiot over the home as though it were mine. Give Scott the deluxe treatment on his home, make HIM feel like he just stepped from a health spa when he looks at the completed application of care!😁 Doug

Watching the ivy vine come off the house was oddly satisfying. Guys like you who do these kinds of things for the community and to help those that are unable to do it themselves is a true blessing. For we never know what is going on in people's lives that prevent them from keeping up their yard. Keep up the good work. And please do come back and clean the concrete

I'm a trainer at work. Local truck driving containers off railroads dump trucks tanker. My last trainee was an experience d driver. I showed him what to do and what was expected. 14 he says are normal. He only wanted 8 hrs a day.

That's a very broad statement you made. The Government has many protection laws for renters, it's nearly impossible to evict somebody from your property unless they are actually a shitty renter who don't pay their rent.
And, the vast majority of landlords in America are not mega millionaires, they are just hard working people like you or me, who worked for years, saved up money, got a loan, put a down payment, did all the paperwork, bought the property, and then rented it out for additional monthly income. And, they pay their monthly mortgage from the rent income.
Don't hate the landlords because they own a property which they probably worked really hard for to own.
The generous nature of people isn't always seen so literally. You're awesome for letting your light shine!!!

Ikr!? I helped my aunt do that some 35yrs ago. Only problem was it was poison ivy. I wasn’t allergic but we learned the hard way that she was! It was really cool that he got it ALL down without having to break out a ladder!

On one hand we have a man driving around looking for a job that he can do for free. Not a easy job where he can sit on a soft chair in an air conditioned office all day, but a dirty, sweaty job that requires physical labor and supplying his own tools. On the other hand - we have “help wanted” signs all over the place. Businesses offering hiring bonuses, I have even heard of a few places that will pay you just for showing up to an interview. And yet people complain that the money isn’t enough or the work is too hard, so they stay home and continue to do nothing. We really need to do something to get more people like you, Kevin.

There are also two types of people on the receiving end of free work. Those who are grateful for help and happy with the results and those who expected more/blame person for damage they didn’t do.
I help my elderly neighbors free whenever I can. I don’t expect pay. Thank you and compliments on the work is enough.

Man that was a lot of shoveling. Thanks for giving back to the community, that is a good thing to teach the young ones. Hard work pays off. I have done my share of landscaping, worked for a landscaper for 5 years, and had a family business mowing and landscaping part time, plus I did a lot of lawn mower repairs.
