I don’t understand why neighbors don’t help each other. I don’t know everyone on my block, but there’s not a person I wouldn’t help. What happened to this country? You did do a beautiful job.

That plant is a wild datura. It produces white blossoms shaped like morning glory blooms followed by round prickly seed pods. All parts of the plant are toxic, but it is a pretty wildflower. I allow one to grow in my back yard. The plant dies down in the winter and regrows in the spring.
From the nightshade family of poisonous types. Moon trumpet blooms at night and into the day , dependent on the intensity of SUN.. It draws pseudo moths during the early morning hours.
Great job, and much improves the neighborhood. The plant with the developing bloom and stickery seed pod looks like a moon flower plant. Will re-seed itself and blooms starting in the evening only. Hummingbird moths love the fragrant white trumpet shaped blooms.
Thanks for wiping our face off. 😆 What an awesome transformation!! You always do a great job!! I'm sure the entire neighborhood appreciates you doing this!! Sounds like you're speaking from experience about those sticker things! 😅
Those things that you didn’t know what they are that had those prickly little balls on them and the blooms are called moon flowers. They only bloom at night. They’re beautiful and the flowers are huge. And inside those prickly little things are the seeds that will drop once that ball dries out and that’s how they reproduce and grow new plants the next year
Nice to see you again Josh, yes you do make the neighborhood look better an then some. Your a smart man you show how so much more can be done with the equipment you have, no need for your truck to be all decked out with expensive an unneeded tools like other you tubers. Your funny at times was getting dizzy watching you going in circles getting those weeds cut. Hoping weather is cooling now for you Josh, starting to cool here in Toronto, not wanting winter at all ! You make a difference well done Hugs💚
Heck of a makeover Josh, just amazing how fast a yard can get ugly when the owners don't do anything about it, I know there's an app that can tell you what kind of plant it is by taking a picture of the leaves, I don't know if the app has to be paid for or if it is only on certain phones or whatever, might be something you can look into
The neighborhood is much improved because of your wprk on this lawn. Those seed pods and the developing flower looks like what is known commonly as a moon flower. Not the vine, but the shrub like plant. They bloom only starting in the evening and close come day time. If I am right, they are very fragrant and humming bird moths love them. There is a botanical name I can't remember, (only that it starts with a "D"). Glad you left it to bloom.
Great job. Never think you have to say your sorry for any of the work you do. It is at your time and expense, and as such doing it your way is never worth apologizing for. I think the plant you left to bloom with the spiky seed pod is a moon flower. Blooms at night, smells beautifully and the humming bird moths love it.
Good point. Wouldn't it be even better if today's manufacturers made quality products that not only fit a biodegradable materials standard, but things that are made to really last? Instead it's mostly cheap, flimsy, and disposable products, all for the sake of more and more profit, (aka planned obsolescence). .
Glad to see you back with a Monster yard to fix. Amazing change. The yard looked very presentable without bagging. That amount of dust and allergens is a definite concern. Hope someone can soon may use of this home.
Great job. It looks really great. I like it that you don't cut down all the greenery and plants in the yard and small side gardens that's supose to be there. So many channels just go and cut everything out and down. Turned out awesome.
Fantastic Josh! It's sad that it reached that state of an eyesore but you came along and gifted the neighborhood. Hopefully, the owners can get it fixed up and sold.
What a fabulous job you did on this yard. I love that the bin was there so you could dispose of the grass. I see all those beautifully manicured lawns and wonder why a couple of neighbours didn’t get together and clean up the property. Good for you, taking this on and helping make this world just a bit better.
Wow! Who ever is working on this house will be really shocked when they come back by!! It's amazing how big the yard looks when Lawn is mowed!! Pretty white fencing! 😍
You’re just amazing. Another outstanding transformation. And this is such a lovely place. I hope someone buys it that will love it and take good care of it. Those look like 1970’s homes there. They were still built decent back then. I’m thinking the neighborhood people will love you. Your viewers sure do.. Great job! ❤All of that shrubbery needs to go. Leave a blank slate. Maybe if you leave a card they’ll call you back to do that.
That dumpster right there made that job a whole lot easier! Great work man! EDIT: 11:15 I may be mistaken but that appears to be Jimson Seed, Datura or something of that nature...
I really, really enjoyed this one, Josh! The yard and shrubs look so much better now. You always go above and beyond. Glad to see you get some hydration. God bless!
It’s finally getting green again from recent rain, I recorded this weeks ago and was planning on saving it till this winter, but not many yards available to video right now.
Everyone MAKE A WILL. If someone dies and doesn't have a will, the property goes into probate - in some states in can take 2 YEARS for probate to clear and heirs to be finalized...and the property still has to be maintained, utilities/home insurance paid for, etc. during that time that it's not "owned" by a new family member. It can't be sold until it clears probate either. So if you don't have family in the area where you live, the odds are they can't personally maintain the property after you die and would have to HIRE people to do so - which they may not be able to afford. So - keep things simple - MAKE A WILL, have it notarized (free at local banks in most areas), and keep it filed with your other personal records (birth certificate, social security card, banking info, etc.) in a firesafe location - like a safety deposit box or safe. So that all notifications can be made quickly and everything can transfer cleanly.
I don't understand why the cities do not take abandoned places and find first time home buyers and let them have a chance to have the American dream,or house veterans, who are homeless,if we can house at taxpayers expense migrants , illegals, etc in 5* Star hotels and motels, and leave our own people, families, and children in the streets, then something seriously broken here in America.😢

Impressive result but really unfortunate that you couldn’t get rid of all those overgrown, ugly bushes. Not one of them should stay. They block all the light to the front door and safety is still an issue. I know you can’t do it all in these free transformations but it’s great what you have done.
Why are the shrubs not pruned way back as to not keep house hidden, where neighbors can watch for squatters? If no one lives there, what purpose are the shrubs there for? 😊
Most awesome transformation ever, you look familiar. I’m gonna watch the whole video and not skip ads to help get you a little more change.

That was pure magic! Awesome 👏🏼 ❤
