Do you think it is more beneficial for hypertrophy to do each lower body part twice a week on two separate days? For example, Squats, Hip Thrust, rdls and leg press on one day, Hamstring Curls, leg extensions, deadlifts etc on second day or glute and hammies one day and glute and Quads the next lower day?
So you mean to say that it's not necessarily bad to do the same exercises on the second day but you'd find more benefit from doing other exercises on that other day. I see.

I’m 58 years old, how long should I do machine workouts before I jump to free weights?
